My AC needed to be repaired after the recent Seattle heatwave. I contacted Dana’s HVAC and they were responsive, on time, and completely professional. The repair person, Mike, called to let me know when he would be arriving, used a mask, wore slip on shoe covers while in our house, and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failed capacitor. He had a replacement part in his van and the cost was reasonable. Overall I am very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to use Dana’s HVAC for future HVAC service.

Dustin and Brian showed up promptly as planned this morning. Dustin sent me a text with his picture of himself prior to his arrival.Both were friendly, respectful and professional. I was amazed at how fast they got the old equipment out and the new in. The technician took the time to explain how the system works and how to best maintain it (we just bought this home and we’re unfamiliar with it).Carl (technician) was respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that he remembered this home/system from his last maintenance call a couple years ago was reassuring.

These guys worked really hard to get the job done right and within the scheduled timeframe. We had a complicated setup but they worked through the problem and not only made it work but look good as well.

We had a mini split AC system installed and we are so happy with it! Dana’s was professional and courteous from the day of the estimate to the two-day install. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends. We love having a cool house now and will enjoy having a warm, cozy house this winter.

I was scheduled for a furnace duct and dryer vent cleaning for the 17th of September at noon, got a call from melissa in the morning, my wife spoke to her saying she made a mistake , that they do not not do that job on Friday, so she reschedule for Monday the 20th for 8 am. No one showed up or careed,i the called and spoke to melissa she told me that I was scheduled for 9 am. I said no, I have a text from you plus a voice me stating it was for 8a. I still have them. Anyway I was very upset and said I wanted to speak the the owner, was told they were out of town so I spoke to a manager. Problem was not solved. I explained the I had to rearrange both days to get this don took a day off on monday. I can understand the 17th, but not the mess up for Monday. I have worked with Danas in the pastAnd always had great results, this is very unprofessional in the second rescheduling. Considering she texted me and voice me for the time on Monday

The BEST Service I have received since I have had this heating system. JUSTIN was super with knowledge and info. Did a GREAT job in cleaning the units etc. You might be getting a call from my neighbor for new installation, they now have baseboard heating!! Danas did a fantastic job. The whole crew that came and did the electrical and the installation of a new air conditioner were just great to work with. They were very professional and friendly and installed our air conditioner in one day. They explained how it all worked and walked us through to show us everything to make sure we were happy with the job. We received outstanding performance for our annual maintenance service. Mechanic found a cracked fuel component and we replaced it.he did a great job, showing the part and explaining the damage. We have received great Dana service for many years with no disappointments.

Scott S. was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and provided much helpful information. He even did a test on a MERV 13 filter I had purchased for use during wildfire smoke events - he checked to make sure it didnt impede the airflow too much. We will use Danas again.

Unfortunately for me I had a different company look at my unit first and was told it was no good any more. Brian checked everything and my unit is not broken or have any bad parts. We’ve lived in our current house for 5 1/2 years. Dana’s had installed our furnace before we bought the house so we automatically went with them to maintain it. They also installed central AC for us about 5 years ago. They are always professional and friendly. Today, Scott installed a whole house air filtration system and answered every single question we had. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole experience was a breeze. Serviceman was Dave. Very professional and nice to work with. We had questions about how to switch to summer cooling on our thermostat. Bought the house in 2018 never had a problem cooling off in past summers turns out I don’t actually have AC! Appreciate the time he took to explain the system I do have and why with this extreme heat it did not cool off. Set a date for a free quote to install AC summers only going to get worse.

I had a service technician come out to look at my Heat pump, and while they couldnt fix the issue (turns out its electrical from the house 😑), Dave was personable and quick to figure out the issue.

Dana’s has been a reliable and trustworthy company to have install and maintain our HVAC System for over 14 years. Would not use anyone else.

We have a contract with Danas to maintain the system and today was their yearly maintenance inspection. The heat pump and furnace had given us no problems since the last visit. The tech did say that the furnaces emergency heating strips were cycling on and off, but the heat output was running at normal temperatures. We wont need heat now until next fall, so he said not to worry. Ill have to get back to them to find out if the heat pump was the only thing we should need to sufficiently heat the house without emergency heat being activated.

The technician arrived on time, he called when he was getting close. He immediately put on a mask and solved my issue within 3 minutes. While he was here he did a diagnostic on my A/C compressor and gave it a all’s well. We’ll be using them going forward when the system needs replacement as it is 18 years old. This is the 2nd time Ive used Danas and couldnt be more happy. They first replaced my hot water heater 5 years ago and now just replaced my furnace. Long-delayed review. We chose Danas Heating & Cooling, Inc. because the previous owners of our house had left records that they had done maintenance on our furnace. We scheduled service on 12/1 for basic cleaning and maintenance on a system that hadnt been cleaned for three years and were very pleased. We were notified in advance of the persons identity (complete with picture), got an on the way message and the person was right on time. The service was thorough and smooth, and the representative was courteous and friendly. He even made friends with our curious dog. The price was quite reasonable, and we were happy to set up for next years service in advance. Were very happy to have a service that we feel we can trust for all future maintenance.

I have used Danas for about 7 years now to provide annual maintenance for the oil furnace at a rental house I own. My contractor recommended them because he felt they did excellent technical work. I cannot say enough good things about them! They remind me when it is time to schedule the annual service, they are happy to interface with both me and my tenant, they are flexible and pleasant, they bill me on line, they send text reminders of the visit and impending arrival of the technician to both my tenant and myself, and either the technician or the office calls if there is any kind of problem or issue. I cant think of anything they could do to make the whole process easier or more streamlined. All around a great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Our furnace broke down on the coldest day of 2021 so far. I called Danas at 7:45am and spoke with a pleasant receptionist who arranged for a furnace repairman to come out to our home that same morning. The repairman, Brian, arrived at 11:00am and quickly identified the problem which he immediately fixed and we had an functioning furnace and a warm house again. Brian was very polite and professional in explaining and fixing the problem and I wouldnt hesitate to call Danas again if I need to have the furnace repaired.
