He is helpful...I always need another pair of hands to get the big carpets rolled up. The carpets look better than new. Excellent work! My review is probably not needed as I will be echoing on the great job Jim did on our white couches! Old stains and stains caused by our own attempts at spot cleaning were all gone by the time Jim was done with them. He was also very friendly, prompt and efficient.
