Ive use this Chen Dry for a long time in my own house for carpet and sofa. I didnt realize they cleaned stone doors and Recently for a house i was selling they restored Limestone tiles back to their original color. Amazing. They saved me from paying twice as much because the other companies I talked to tried to do an added service I didnt need. So happy and satisfied.

All Points Chem-Dry has cleaned our Speech and Language Center for about a year. They are friendly and scheduling is easy. They always answer their phones or return a call on the same day. Bobby, the technician is friendly and thorough. He is good about moving furniture around to get the carpet cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

They came to pick up our area rug took it and did a very good job in cleaning it. I like the fact that they call to see if the rug is cleaned to your standard.

This company was very responsive to booking. The day before, I received a call to verify the time, which was a good reminder. The day of the cleaning, Robert called to tell me he was at the house, right on time. He was extremely professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. At first, there was a little mix-up with the scheduling, with the owner and then another scheduler, fortunately I had the day they had me scheduled open and I was available, which was a different day from when I had it originally scheduled for the carpet to be cleaned, otherwise it would have been a problem. Once the service person arrived to clean the carpet areas, it went very smooth and and fast. I am pleased with the service cleaning part and will recommend this company.

This company has been cleaning the carpets in my home, and in the rental properties that I manage, for many, many years. They always do a great job on the carpets and do a great job making sure the customer is satisfied. If something isn’t right for you, they will go back to your house and make sure it is right. Try them once and you will be using them from now on!

The whole experience was great from my first call to schedule a visit to Bobby completing the work at our house. ChemDry was not the cheapest, but am convinced they were the best value. Everyone was polite and eager to answer my questions and make certain that when the work was done, I was completely satisfied. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

We went with this company because of the promise that the carpet would be dry within 2 to 3 hours. We personally moved all the portable items outside: lamps, side tables, chairs, etc. Everything but the beds, desk, dressers and bookcases. We paid more than we’ve ever paid for cleaning three medium sized bedrooms :$157. The cleaning was completed by 10 am...took about 45 minutes. The carpet was not dry 12 hours later, when we had to move all those items inside ( to a room that did not have carpet). The next morning the carpet was finally dry enough to move all the lamps, chairs, tables etc once again. Huge inconvenience!The owner, Patty, was very pleasant and her son Bobby who did the work called us and apologized. The person in the office was pleasant, too. But the service promise of was simply not honored! How very disappointing.

Were VERY pleased with the work that was done yesterday to clean our carpets in our home, along with the carpets in our three rental properties. The carpets were completely dry by late afternoon.We have had some very stubborn traffic-pattern stains in our own house that previous carpet cleaners were not able to remove, and that they said were permanent stains. However, Alfonso, the technician did a great job, and completely removed the stains. Our seventeen-year-old carpets in our home look almost brand new. The service performed was cleaning four rooms of carpet with stains. They arrived within the one hour window, inspected the areas and got to work immediately. My service person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I was not happy with was my tile was left dirty and it would have been nice if it was cleaned since floor cleaning is in their wheel house.

I am very pleased with the service provided. I have used other Chem Dry cleaners in the past and they have often taken up to 48 hours to dry. This time my carpets.were completely dry within 12 hours and they got rid of the dog urine smell completely. The technician was professional and friendly.

This is the 3rd time in 20 years I used the Chem-Dry franchise, I love the result after the carpet is clean, All Point Chem-Dry came 15 minutes before the scheduled window time, I need the upstairs/staircase carpet clean, and the tiles grout clean. I was extremely happy with the work, they were able to lift some of the dirty spots that I thought was permanent. And the tile/grout cleaning was super, tiles were polished, and grout were clean and sealed. I highly recommend the service, I know you will enjoy the result the way I am. AllPoints Chemdry does a fantastic job! They are friendly, professional and on time. We’ve used them a number of times for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will continue to do so. We have two toddlers and all spills and stains add up. They recently came and I thought it take a miracle to get all the stains up and they did! The carpets are like new again!

I needed to have my large area rug and my sofa cleaned and All Points Chem-Dry was awesome. They were friendly and professional and got my couch and rug looking and smelling (I have 3 dogs, so...) so much nicer and cleaner. When Eddie got to my home, he was on time and he was wearing a mask and gloves due to Covid. He cleaned the couch that day, then took the rug back to the shop to clean it thoroughly and returned it today. It looks wonderful! I can see all of the variations in color again and I am very pleased. I will use them again in the future and I referred them to a family nember.

All Points Chem-Dry is awesome. We dealt with Robert Rodriguez, and hes really great. We had two emergency flood situations back to back in our home right before Thanksgiving, and he got both jobs (water mitigation/dry-out and repairs) done quickly and thoroughly. He was very easy to communicate with and notified us frequently of the repair status via email, text and phone calls. We appreciated his strong work ethic and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I have been using All Ponts for 3 years now. They have always done a great job. The office staff is friendly and very helpful and the guys are always friendly and professional as well. Their prices are very reasonable and I don’t think they can be beat by anyone that does the great job that All Points does.

I called them up based on the positive reviews on google. It was easy to set up an appointment and the carpet cleaner arrived on time for his appointment. All the stains were gone and the carpet was completely clean.

I continually use this service becaise they appear to be experienced, knowledgeable, and stable. You get the same people each visit, not just temporary workers. They dont rush, eager to get to the next job and fill a quota. Upon hearing I had lung problems, they cleaned area rugs outdoors. They have also made several good suggestions on how to care for our home and furnishings. And no, it was not a ploy simply to make more money

I had my moms carpet in her mobile home cleaned a week ago, and it looks great! Eddie, the person who did the work, mentioned that he could also clean the kitchen floor which was in horrible condition. Eddie arrived promptly, moved all the furniture including two refrigerators, scrubbed the floor, even removing two areas of old sticky tape that my dad had used to secure some throw rugs, and then finished with three coats of wax. You would never know it was the same floor. It looks fantastic!!! Im having him come to my house next to do my carpet and kitchen floor. Eddie is one of the hardest workers Ive ever met!

I accidentally spilled dark brown furnisher polish on my white carpet. I appreciate All Points Chem-Dry sending a technican to come out as soon as possible and remove the stain to the best of his ability. Unfortunately the stain could not come out completely but I appreciate his effort to try!

Here’s the thing with this dishonest chem-dry in Brea. If you live in what’s considered a “Rich” area, BEWARE you will get charged more. They also charge you $5 for without disclosing this to you. They also say they have a 2 or 3 room “special” but there is no special, they are really charging you more. If you don’t get something by email directly from the company, do not believe them. Also, They say they are “family owed” so they can get away with giving bad customer service and no one does anything about it. I would talk directly to the Chem dry corporate to complain about this “All points” franchise.

ChemDry is the way to go for carpet cleaning. It dries significantly quicker than methods used by other companies, and its competitively priced. Its the only carpet cleaning company I will use in the future in Brea.
