I was a customer for 13 years. I little trouble processing the one claim i did make (i was rear ended by an uninsured motorist) and it was fine, swell, whatever. Over a year ago i moved to Texas. I cancelled my insurance with them. I discovered a few months later that my bank account was still being billed. I called. There was some confusion apparently with communications from the state farm agent here is Texas to Tom Nunezs office. I assume its fixed and at the very least i would no linger be billed by them. Fast forward a year, i discover I am STILL being billed and have been the entire time. I call again and ask about this. Yes there is a record of my call, yes I am still being billed, no she doesnt know why. Shell have to check with billing and get back to me. She does not. I email a reminder.... another week or so goes by I call again. Shell have to check with billing. At this point I am so angry. Its directly billed from my checking electronically. At this point Im simply being STOLEN from and im STILL being asked to wait.

Rosie is a MVP, she works hard to get you the right coverage for your price range. Ive been a client for over 10 years. She treats me like part of her family and always a pleasure to talk to.
