Came in off the street for a quote on car and auto. The agents were great!They offered us coffee and donuts.. lol like I needed them😆.I got great quotes for home and auto. Paying a whole lot less than I was with my other insurance. The nice thing about this State Farm agency is they are down the street from my house and super friendly. Love the donuts!!

I have had Jim as my State Farm Agent for 10 years and my family have used him for 20+ years. Ive used him for homeowners insurance and car insurance. Jim has always gone above and beyond for me, provided me proof of insurance, offered to find me discounts that I qualified for- good student, good driver, and multi-car discount. Jim has always provided me outstanding customer service and I have recommended Jim to all my friends.

They took care of me and were efficient and always available when I needed them. Im so glad to be with State Farm they make the entire process so easy and I will continue to be a loyal client.

I would not recommend this agency or company to anyone. Between high rates and lack of communication, I would never give state farm my business. I called on April 15th to cancel my auto policy, check a week later and notice its still on my account. I call and am told it was never cancelled. I then receive the cancellation notice in the mail and notice the effective date states April 16th, when my new insurance went into effect on the 15th! Due to this error, Ill now have overlapped coverage for that day and not get the full refund that I am owed. So frustrated and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Theres no reason I as the customer should have to be the one contacting the agency to remind them to take care of things.EDIT: Just received a call from Jim personally to address the issue and I have to say Im even more unimpressed. Apparently the blame is on me for stating I wanted my coverage cancelled the 15th of April because to them that meant it ended at midnight the 15th and actually cancelled the 16th. So according to Jim i should have stated i wanted it cancelled the 14th even after i told their company i wanted no coverage the 15th as that was the effective date of my new policy. And the majority of the time this guy tries to talk to me like an idiot saying his customer service reps did their job and it was my fault for not being clear enough. What a joke!

Had to switch over to a different agent do to lack of communication.... they take about 24+ hours to respond.

Jim and his staff members are not responsive. They also do not follow up after the calls , and the over experience is very bad. Stay away from this office.
