The oil change part was quick, but it is unlikely that I would go back. When they gave me the receipt - it stated that they checked my lights, but they never did (and I felt rushed while there, despite there were no cars behind me). It is kind of not a big deal, but kind of not cool. Also when I asked to check pressure in my tires - they said their pump is broken. Ive been changing my oil in Jiffy Lube all over the country for 25 years - I never experienced anything like that. Never again!

Watch out for angel ! Quoted $74.99 then presents bill for $84.98 i guess i needed extra oil but wasnt told about the extra charge . He wanted to argue about the bill until another guy said take $10 off very unproffessional chris the owner said i paid more at another jiffy lube (maybe they quoted the job properly)lol last time i go to yours

Not satisfied with the service at this shop. Had my moms car get an oil change and looking at the repair order I can tell they didn’t do an actual inspection. They said the coolant level was checked when it was below minimum. Another thing that was great was she was sold a 50 dollar cabin air filter replacement, the funny part is they charged that much because “labor” when they already took it out without being asked. Oh and the cabin air filter is 10 dollars, maybe 15. To top it off I did the job myself and found it took but 2 minutes to drop the glovebox with no tools, looked inside the place where the cabin air filter resides and found they replaced it but also found a nice nest blocking all air flow. Why wasn’t that cleaned out in the first place? They did the oil change and filter for 50 which was ok but other than that probably won’t go back there.

Service was really good. Was in and out for a really good price. They even added wiper fluid and vacuumed the front of my car. Definitely coming here for oil changes.

Awesome and friendly service. They will do a lot for your car and without putting a lot of pressure on you or making you feel like you dont know anything about cars. I always take my car here for oil changes and any other minor things I might need. They do other major things as well, I just have not needed anything along those lines done.

Nice that they rotate tires now never been to a Jiffy that did that. Paid a lot for both services combined and they never topped of the windshield washer fluid.Seemed like nice people.

Good Experience! This is the first time in 15 years that Ive had anyone do anything to my vehicle. The owner here really has his shop in order and knows how to present himself and his technicians. I only had an oil change done this time, but he did find a brake problem explaining it to me in a way that I could understand without trying to pressure me into anything. As a professional (I worked 12 years as a CMAT) I would highly recommend this shop for your auto repair and maintenance needs.Update: (04/26/18)Ive actually been back a couple more times, once for an air conditioning problem, which Chris handled quickly and efficiently. Is was high Summer and he got me back on the road with ice cold AC in no time.Being backed with on my own work and having a trip ahead of me, there was no way I was going to get this maintenance done today, so Chris was the first to come to mind. He had three guys working on my car and got it all done in less time than I could have imagined. Chris runs an efficient shop? Still highly recommended!

The owner lives here in town (Branford). Super nice guy, staff is great, service is great- fair, honest. They clean your windows and vacuum your vehicle ! Full service station, all repairs, not only oil changes, I take both vehicles there for everything now. Recommend highly.

They were fast, and it was a fair price for an oil change and fluid check. Carpet vacuuming could have been more thorough, but it was included, so it was a nice touch.

This jiffy lube and it’s staff does a great job. I am in the auto industry and on my way to work my car started misfiring and stalling on the highway.it was a saturday and my normal mechanic moved so I needed to get it looked at and fixed quick which is nearly impossible on a Saturday I called them and got right in it wasn’t an easy problem to fix cause the code only said multiple misfire but they had patience and worked with me on price it took a while to figure out but they did a great job and my car runs like a top now. The mechanics were professional friendly and fun to chill wit and now I know they do way more than just oil changes. Got a full tune up o2 sensor control pannel all at fair price thanks Rob Dom Manny and the older guy with 200 years experience and the other two guys who were awesome this is gonna be my new go to garage recomend to anyone in the area

Good place for old change

I called to see how late they were open until. I was told theyre open until five and they stop taking cars at 4:45. So I got in the car drove the 10 minutes to the location by 4:45, as I was told and was refused service saying they had already stopped taking cars. Very unprofessional, as I had just spoken to them 10 minutes earlier, so I cant believe they refused to do an oil change.The above review was a year ago.I brought my vehicle in this past Wednesday for an oil change and to have a brake light replaced. They changed my oil, but when I got home and checked, they did not change my brake light. I called them yesterday, Friday, asked what happened and was told they must have forgot because they were busy. (When I came on Wednesday they were all standing around, I was their only customer, they were not busy.) I was told I could come in today (Saturday) to have the bulb replaced. I asked was there a specific time I should come, and was told I could come whenever. I checked their hours online, and arrived 45 minutes before their closing time. And no one was here! There is a sign on the door stating they were closing early today, at 2:00.

No fluids checked. Tire pressure set wrong. Air filter housing not bolted down.
