About 1 year ago. My c300 had the stirring column lock. I was in a parking garage and it would have been a huge challenge to tow the car out. Dave ordered the part and it came in with in a few days. He got his tools and came out to the garage and did the job in the garage. I would never go to another garage to get my car fixed. Garage is super clean and always willing to help.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop. Totally misdiagnosed the problem with my car, and quoted quite a high price to repair. I went home to give it thought, did some research, had a dealership take a look, and found the real problem which was covered under warranty. Classic Motor Car Service has been wiped from my contacts book, and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

Every time i bring my E350 in for preventive service or to get my car repaired im greeted by a very curteous staff who go above and beyond to make me feel great....very professional and top notch technicians....never been overcharged and never had to bring my car back for the original issue...its done right the first time...i highly recomend classic motor car service....ive been to 2 mercedes dealers and never will go back to either...i had a headlight go out over a weekend i called monday morning and was told to bring car in i was in and out in 20 mins even though every bay had cars in them...my key was brought to me in office and i asked who had my bill and i was told by nick the owner that there was no charge and that they appreciate me as a customer...never in all my years did i leave a repair shop without a bill for a service performed....thank you nick and crew you are the best....ed
