Great,quick service! VERY REASONABLY PRIZED FOR ALL CASH SALE!

I usually dont leave bad reviews because of one experience; I felt compelled to do so in this instance though. I shopped on their website and picked out four different sets of rims that I wanted for my vehicle that would fit. When I go in to talk with the salesman he informs me that I cannot pick any four of those rims because theyre not available. He then pretty much told me to have a nice day rather than trying to sell me what he did have. There was no more conversation and he genuinely seen bothered by my presence. If he would have done a little bit of work and gave me a list of options that were available I probably would have left with rims that day.

Great staff. Everyone was friendly and professionally. Went and got my alignments, balance and rotation and was out of there in no time!

Brought in some wheels and tires to be mounted and balanced. The tech finished everything fast and proper. Good price.

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!I had got a Groupon for an alignment and tire rotation. They said they performed those things. I drove my vehicle home and it was still pulling to the right but worse. I called them right away. They informed me that the reason it was still pulling to the right was because I had bad tires. Why wasnt I told this in person when I arrived to pick up my vehicle?! Because they knew what they were doing. They saw a woman by herself.. Easy prey. If anyone knows how an alignment works, what shape the tires are in has nothing to do with the alignment. So I called back, no answer so I left a message and no call back. Im a woman so they decided to screw me over.. shame on me for thinking this place was different. I will tell my friends and anyone else who will listen, do not go here. You will be lied to and taken advantage of. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I feel wrong leaving a review. I have been purchasing new tires and rims from RNR for over 5 almost 6yrs. I have 5 cars and they hooked up each one probably twice. The staff is great. The prices is so low its unbelievable and the variety jus have u wanting 2 sets at a time. Great place for tires rims and low price high quality material

Refused to do the work (simply alignment) unless I bought tyres saying it was unsafe and they wouldnt take the risk, tyres are fine and this was complete bs as I took my vehicle to tireplus (directly across the street) they had no problem doing the work. Its obvious now that their Groupon deal is simply to get you in the door so they can steal from you. Nothing like the classic fake issue to steal your money trick. Save your money and time and go across the street to tiresplus. Honest guys and great work!!!

WILL NEVER GO BACK! I was told by Joe Johnson at RNR Brandon that my front tires not only physically touching the struts, but burning and smoking while I drive is SAFE! I am not a tire expert, I attempted to buy new tires for my vehicle at the exact same size to replace old ones & brought to RNR for mounting, balancing and alignment. RNR let me drive away in a dangerous situation!! I returned the same day with obvious damage to the tire and strut and was told my life was not in any danger...did not even bother to take a look at my car. THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE INSTALLED THOSE TIRES!! They left me without being able to get refunded now the tires are damaged, needing to purchase a whole new set of tires, and repaying someone to mount and get ANOTHER alignment. I imagine its because I am a young female they knew they could take advantage of.. TERRIBLE! SHAME ON THEM!

Nothing but the best service, wade had nothing but knowledge and comfortable atmosphere. will definitely be coming back for all my other vehicles. So i have to edit my original post! Come to find out that this company illegally ran my card for a payment without consulting me. Their response was they could not get in contact with me and that the company had changed there policy and set my account for auto payments! now lets keep in mind that contact with myself never happened. Then continues to say that on my whole account i was always late. Well i do not like being called a liar and i believe that this company tries to be sneaky! Well i will finish my payments then i will never do business again with this company! Sad but all this is true, besides all of this wade one of the managers has always been a great person. If you decide to do business with this company make sure to let your banking institution know that you will only make your registered payments and if any other happen before the due date posted to your bank it will be considered fraud.

They messed up a payment or two of mine because of incorrect information I was given and they are SUPER OVERPRICED. Their roadside assistance is nice though. Ive used it 3 times already for different things. And they have been willing to work with us on payments a couple of times.

I came to this shop to get rims for my son which I thought would be simple. Unfortunately I was unaware of how complicated it was to just pick any rims. I was glad to speak to a man named Wade, who made my buying experience great and easy. he provided me with information to help me understand the different types, and what will fit and what will not. That was very honest of him to provide that information instead of just taking my money. He gave payment options which were affordable as well. I left happy with my purchase for my son and he loved the rims on his car. Thank you!

Big money. 3 price options. Cash. Same as cash and in house financing. First off Cash and 6months same as cash two different prices. Almost $300 just for tire protection that ends after paid in full. Complete all my payment to get paid in full stamp on my bill. After have them debt my card twice without me ever giving them approval to do so. Once right after coming in and paying. Only later to find they changed my card again for a different amount. Took days to recover that. And all trust in using my card with this business. As far as the staff goes. They were good. I never buy or refer to anyone. Just save your money for 3 months and pay in full to tire rack or anywhere. $3000. For wheels and knock off tires. Way to much.

Wade was my salesman, in my opinion he went above and beyond. He got us what we wanted! Was never pushy and very friendly. We drove over an hour to come to this store when there is one less than 30 minutes away due to service over the phone. I would suggest to anyone to go visit the Brandon store everyone was really friendly.

Garrett and Joe are amazing. They made it easy to find rims for my GL450 that would look custom! I’d definitely go back to them again. Garrett showed me several rims that would work until I settled on the one that looked great and was the right price! The customer service was top notch and they kept in contact with me throughout the process until my rims came in which only took a day! Go to RNR, you won’t be disappointed!

My experience at RNR started off difficult as I spoke to different associates. A young man name Wade was kind enough, to explain what The 6 month same as cash program was. I was skeptical about signing up but Wade explain the benefits of using the program. He provided me with multiple options and his knowledge and expertise was amazing. He assured me if I had any questions that I could come back and ask for him. It was a pleasurable experience at RNR. I sent my family members to him as well and he helped them with tires and rims. I will definitely continue to keep coming back and sending more clients to see Wade.

The staff was amazing. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have a really big tire on my Avenger which is hard to find. They had 4 in stock when I called. I was in and out in under an hour. The showroom was very clean and open. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of tire even if you cant buy them upfront you can rent to own on your terms!!!!

Called In and spoke with Scott to get a quote on a tire mounting on my rim. He then tells me it depends on the tire size and whether the rim is 1 piece three piece....?what? it shouldnt matter, if its a 10 piece wheel Im not buying a rim, and its not rocket science. I tell him my rim size and tire size. He then asks me if I have a tire on it already? because theres a dismount fee...🤔 $50 is what he quoted me, thats absurd. You have to be real desperate or real dumb to pay that much for a tire mount. This place is a straight robbery! Do not spend a penny in this place. Go to velocity if you need tire mounting, way better price but you have to negotiate there a little too. Cost me half that price per rim mounted and balanced. Robbery I repeat robbery!

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They found me tires I could afford on bi weekly payments. I even have road side assistance if anything happens to my tires. They didnt just give me the cheapest tire either, they provided me with a quality brand that is going to be much more reliable. And being a mom safety is my first concern when driving around... having piece of mind about my truck/childrens safety is life changing! Thankyou for being so kind to my girls while we waited for the tires to be installed (THAT DAY!) I will reccomend this place forever! Thankyou rnr.

Took me over a year to save up for rims and tires R&R on Adamo in Brandon was the closest one nearest my job stop down in there one day talk to the general manager which was good but the service came with the sales manager within three hours he had me sold and installed the very next day I give it a 10 star rating I take that back he had me sold within an hour and 10 minutes go see them the hook you up

Service was outstanding!!! I really needed tires, I called them up, set up an appointment, got my new tires put on and out the door in less than an hour!!! Tire rotations for free. You just can beat that kind of service. I will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful, quickly got tires on and a great time frame for pay. Wade is awesome, very friendly and helped the whole process be comfortable.Update, will never do business here again. I was told the wrong due date for months and just found out it was late so I owe even more! Ive already paid over 1500 for these tires. Just a scam . Same as cash 6 months is bull. The total is unclear, so you get to the 6 months and still owe a couple hundred after paying 100 a month for 5 months already. They are way more expensive and nothing is for free.

Not impress with the service. I have not gotten any service except wasting my lunch time. I call ahead and they said it will take only 15-20 minutes. I got to the shop at 1:55 pm the AC is down and there is only one person working. After waiting for 20 minutes, the guy came after me got service first and I am out of time. I confront the manger, who appear showing no interested in my business. They could not service my car within my lunch time (30 min.), they handed my keys back and left without service but wasted my lunch time. There is a preferential treatment here. I will not return again. My rating is ZERO.

Scott was very knowledgeable about the different size wheels that would fit on my car and made my decision an easy one.

WAY OVER PRICED. Called to get a quote for some 35/12.5r20 toyo R/T tires and he quoted me 2800$ for 4 tires, not even realistically close to anyone else i called. Most shops quoted 1600$ mounted and balanced.

My experience was exceptionally well....Wade was my sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was really knowledgeable about their products and made sure I got the best option for my car. I appreciate the service I was granted with at R&R and I will def be back and recommend this place to others as well...

Service is good. I thought it was a gimmick to screw people but it isnt. My son got wheels and tires for 2 different vehicles, and we put new tires on our suv. Not a gimmick. Prices and payments make it easy and convenient. I really do recommend. Im an ASE master tech, automotive professional for over 40 years, seen lots of gimmicks and crooks but I like these guys.

I really got to know the team in Brandon, from the sales staff to the garage techs. It was a great experience working with an informed team. I look forward to getting my tires rotated and balanced regularly with techs that know how to treat custom wheels.

I truly had a great experience from start to finish, I was greeted by GFrey, who showed so much patience with me, answered all of my questions....then I went in and G was busy, I met Joe very nice guy as well he gave me a great recommendation , but what I like that I went too another store and I called Scott and they matched the price, and he remembered me on all 3 occasion when I came in and he always greeted me with a nice smile....these guys truly display excellent customer service and I had been to 3 different places that week. This place is horrible to deal with. Wade and Joe are scam artists. Will illegaly steal payments that you make on your accounts. Then in turn claim you never paid. They do not give reciepts for anything. Please beware of this company, use at your own risk

Probably the worse company ever I have repeatedly asked over and over and over to remove my credit card information so they can stop charging and they tell me everything YES WE ARE GONNA DO IT and they keep charging me still and on a day that I’m not even supposed to pay them they charge me any day of the week when our agreement was every other Saturday I have it in writing that was out agreement so after weeks of telling the only course to take is legal action against them I will never again deal with them and highly recommend and discourage anyone from doing business here with a bunch of incompetent group of individuals

These people RIPPED ME OFF!!!$175 to be exact. In 2017 and still there are place that take advange of women. I will never ever tell anyone to buy anything from these people again. I wanted tires, not a bunch of insurance and services they added to my bill without being upfront about them. Slick thieves. If I had not caught it two month in...I would have paid $807 for $520 tires.Total rip off !!!ZERO stars !!!

I stopped in location 6 months ago & Wade helped me with an estimate. Ive been very busy & dealing with A lot of stressors in life lately. Was running thin which didnt get me into the shop on a Thursday night within an hour of close.Wade happened to be working again. Unfortunately let me know my size tires wasnt in stock till next day.Pretty disappointed I agreed to return next day.When I returned Wade informed me that I didnt have the spec sized tires on my ride.I was unaware b4 this & was really nice on what I was having a very difficult day.Sometimes just a little effort can really help brighten a dark day.

Been to this place 3 times in hopes of getting wheels put on.. I arrived too late once. 2nd time they were booked for the day, and finally told they could get my wheels done on Monday when they opened only to find out the techs show up at 10am and opening time is at 9, and they didn’t even have my tires when they told me at close of business day Saturday they had them in stock. So I would have to wait another hour for tires to arrive and another hour, hour and a half for them to be mounted and installed... I’ve always used rent-a-wheel and thought let me give rent-n-roll a try. Lesson learned. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible just horrible. This company does faulty work. They installed new tires and rims, i left front end was vibrating. They say its not their fault. Over the weekend my tire falls off. Come to find out the crossthreaded 2 lugs which caused my tire and wheel to bend off my car. Now having to sue them. Do not trust Joe he is a manager and horrible. Told me i didnt know how to drive and it was my fault
