Showed around 5pm, without an appointment, kind of urgently needing a replacement battery for my wifes mustang, which gave up the ghost that day. Even though it was crowded, and they were short two mechanics, they were able to see to my issue. The Manager (I think) himself even lent a hand to get me sorted. Kudos to the whole crew for getting us sorted then and there. This is the reason Ive brought all my cars here since I moved to Brandon 14 years ago.

Great shop! I have been coming to this location for several years, and I am always satisfied with their work. The guys are great! Work and repairs are always done in a timely fashion, often quicker than I expected. What I like the most about this location is that as a woman, I feel very comfortable coming here. They never talk down to me, or talk to me like I am dumb/ignorant. I never feel like they are ripping me off either! I have taken several of their quotes elsewhere to compare, and this location always beats others. 100% would recommend!

My car overheated. The manager was so honest.He said: Youre under warranty and I dont want to take your money. He referred me back to Kia to fix the problem.Also, there is a website JW.ORG that provides comfort from the Scriptures in dealing with todays challenges.It highlights what God is going to do about the earths problems in the near future. Its non-political and family friendly.

Terrible customer service. I spent alot of money on new tires and an alignment. 2 weeks later the front wheel almost falls off my truck because they did not replace the safety pins they removed. Luckily I was not injured and fixed the truck myself. When I took it in to get it realigned they acted very hostile and tried to blame it on me. They finally relised it was their fault and realigned it. They did not apologize and told me If we messed up your truck the first time, why do you trust us to realign it? Go to a different location. The Firestone AT2s are great tires!

Staff were prepared and on top of things. Called about a 43 month old dead battery that needed replacement (25% off SRP with warranty). They said to bring in the dead battery, and theyll take care of it.Got down there with the dead battery in hand, and found them ready with the replacement and my papers. Experience was without a doubt the briefest and most positive at any Firestone shop.

Me and my one year old son had been stranded since 3 am they fix my tire quickly and was very pleasant all thanks to Brian and the team.

Been going here for decades. Theyre good about price matching competitors on tires, and theyve honored wheel alignment plans on every car Ive owned. I do all my own work and they never give me a hard time plus theyve never tried to convince me to perform unnecessary repairs.

Had an emergency tire issue on a high performance supercar and they assured me they handle these special cars. Sure enough they did a superior job.

Had my vehicle service at this location. Or not serviced on 8/5/2020.Requested 2 front tires to be balanced (due to slight shimming) and passenger rear check due to slow leak (once a week needed to add air). On 8/8/2020 I needed to put air in the passenger rear tire (down to 26 lbs). This was also the first time i took my car on the interstate. At interstate speed limit 70 mph I felt like my front end was about to fall off. My steering wheel was vibrating servierly. I drop my speed till it stopped.I call this location on 8/9/2020. Spoke to Trent. Explain that service was not done to my satisfaction. He told me I could take it in. I did. Call this location 3 hrs later and was told they already called me. My Front tires were bald and they could not balance my tires. I know where the tire wear indicators are on my tire and are not bald. Why is it on 8/5/20 they were fine now 4 days later they are bald. All I wanted was an honest place. Still looking this is not it. Does not even deserve the 1 star

Waited for 4.5 hours in the lobby for front brake pads to be changed and a tire to be plugged and then was charged extra for the plug when there was nothing g wrong with the tire when i got there and then they told me i needed a new tire on the back or i couldnt leave safely and then when i asked for the tire so i could bring it home and see if there was anything wrong with it he told me we already got rid of it sorry I cant nring yoh the tire. I was completely robbed and spent 330 dollars when my bill was supposed to only be 170 out the door.

My battery light came on, and went to Advance who confirmed it was the alternator, not the battery. Firestone happened to be across the street so I went there. They were really friendly and told me they could do it same day. I walked down the street to get something to drink and when I got back it was done. Very happy with the service and all the guys there were personable and helpful.

My husban was today with my kids to fix his Subaru. They got there early to get it done soon. The staff told them it will take just 20 min. After 2 hours our Subaru still outside untouched. The stuff wan not honest they were busy and they didnt care to tell my husband with his babies crying that will take a while to start with our car. We just left our car to assist our children.

Just received an oil change this morning from the Firestone store on Brandon Blvd. Upon inspection they stated my vehicle needed new brake pads and rotor for over $400. Somehow I knew this wasnt correct. Got a second opinion from another national auto repair shop and they determined the pads and rotors were okay. I only had to replace the brake hardware for less than $100. Dont always trust Firestone because they are dishonest in their findings.

Would give 0 star if possible.had brake repairs done and when I picked up vehicle brake warning and abs lights were on.the were not on when I brought vehicle to them.was told over a week ago that the master cylinder they replaced was defective and needed to be replaced.that was over a week ago and somehow they say they are still waiting on parts.gping to have to go somewhere else to get brakes inspected to make sure they replaced what they said they did

I am unsure if the guys name who helped my boyfriend and I on this past Sunday when we went to drop off his car and pick mine up from the day before, but he was extremely rude right off the bat. As my boyfriend was telling him what he wanted looked at on his vehicle without any warning or an excuse me for one second, he picks up the ringing phone and has about a 2 minute conversation with someone. Later that evening we received one phone call that our car was for pick up. We came in to get the car and the guy that helped me with my car the day before checked us out and we thought we were only paying for a high milage oil change and a full service inspection. When I received the email with our invoice of what services the did on our vehicle it showed that they replaced the battery which we made no comment about when we brought it in. So I proceeded to call Firestone and the older man we dropped his car off to Sunday morning answered the phone and I asked why the battery was replaced. He told me that he spoke to a male voice and he said it was okay to replace the battery. I was with my boyfriend all day so I knew he did not receive a call about the battery being replaced the only call we got was to pick up our vehicle, so I informed him that that was not true and he pretty much told me I WAS LYING! When my boyfriend and I got back to our house I told him what happened over the phone with the guy and he indeed clarify the he only got the one phone call to pick up his car. So my boyfriend called the Firestone and the same guy answered and told my boyfriend that he was lying as well and he did talk to a male voice that approved a battery replacement. We decided to keep the battery because we were not guaranteed that we would get our correct battery back and if it needed to be replaced and he actually called us it would have been fine and we would have approved it, but for him to tell us that we were lying about him calling us for it to begin with is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I would be careful if you drop your vehicle off and the older man is working the front desk.

Took two cars to have tires done........8 tires ànd about 6 hours later and were ready to roll. Not bad for a drop in with a full shop!

Had a 2 oclock appointment for an oil change. 2 hours later, i was out the door. Smh

I paid 90 dollars for an oil change, inspection and windshield wiper change that did not happen. I came to find out that they never did anything. Oil maintenance light came on 3 weeks later only after adding 90 miles. Tire pressure light was was on the moment I received the car back that day. The only thing was serviced was windshield fluid. Not to mention the long wait.Ladies do not come to the Brandon location. The last thing you would want is for your car to malfunction in an unsafe environment due to negligence. You deserve exceptional service and peace of mind that your car is receiving the services it needs to ensure you feel safe driving your vehicle. If the basics are not done correctly I wouldn’t want them to do anything intricate that could damage the car even further. Waste of time and money.

Walked out after twenty five minutes. Waited ten minutes after arrival (and appointment time) to be greeted. Only five seats in the store, no water. After fifteen minutes of having no where to go and seeing they still hadnt even brought my car back to start I asked for my keys and left. If youre going to wait for your car, avoid this location

Went to purchase 2 new tires and instead of the new tires being placed in the front where all the traction is they decided to put them both on the driver front and rear... once I left the car was basically veering off towards the left side of the car. Went back asked to have BOTH new tires moved to the front and noticed the next day that they put the old tires in the front and the new tires in the back!!!! Now my new model car shakes at 50mph. I’m extremely disappointed being that I’m a woman and don’t know much about tires and placement of tires. Hopefully tomorrow this issue will be resolved. They deserved the 1 star because the tires are perfect

After a complete failure of the electrical system our Dodge Caravan was towed here by StateFarm (since we are from out of town and had no idea where to go.) Even though the van ended up having to eventually go to a dealership (due to a part that had to be programmed by them) this shop was more than fair and consistently kept us updated as to the status of the repair. Want to rate negative number if there is. Very worst customer service. I had booked appointment on 08/28/2020 at 1:30 pm (for my car check) through call by person named Tommy. We reached on time and they made us wait 2 hours and after that when we ask for how much time, Ceaser was the guy who was very rude asking us not to rush. This is very bad. i asked my keys back and he was offering free service next time,. We had a baby with us all the time and these employees didnt even concern about the baby. What a pathetic service!!! Would never go to firestone.

Best customer service! Bought 2 new tires with road hazard warranty and got a nail in it in within 2 weeks. Went in and had it patched for free. 3 months later got a screw in it this time (same tire) and got a new, same brand and type for free. Only thing I had to pay for was to put road hazard on the new tire which was $39. ($38 and change). Service at the counter was awesome. Explained everything to me. Even brought me behind the counter to look at the computer. Their techs are quick as well professional. Thank you guys for everything!

This business is not trustworthy. I went to Firestone Tire to have my tires rotated late on a Saturday. They were too busy to do the work. I was traveling through the area on business and had a tight schedule. I told the woman at the counter this and she made an appointment for 11am the next day. I showed up 11:00 sharp. They were busy. I said, Looks like youre busy--how long is this going to take? I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. To rotate tires? Well, we have to check the balance. I again said I was on a tight schedule. I was told since I made an appointment, I had priority, and would be next in line. I said, Okay, Ill give it 10 minutes. I waited, and watched them finish up work on the vehicle they were working on when I got there. They proceeded to start work on another vehicle, which wasnt mine. I was lied to. I asked for my keys back and left. I wouldnt give these people my business. If they lie about one thing, you can bet they will lie about something else.

I recently had my Camery worked on... The whole break line... Took 2 full days of custom work which they happily did for me. I must of called 20 times wanting to know the status of my Baby. Each time they gave me a detailed review. Nobody else in the Brandon area wanted to work on it because of the amounts of rust under this Michigan 18 year old car....But these guys did and i thank them so much... I would recommend this company to any car i own...

Mike and William R. went above and beyond, staying an hour and a half after close to help ensure my car was ready to go and I had everything I needed. They displayed fantastic customer service, and were so polite. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks me where they should take their car to get serviced.

Went in for new tires, oil change and turn signal replacement in July. Although I had no appointment, they fit me in and finished the work quickly and at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Service was very slow. There was 5 techs in the shop with 3 cars inside of which none was on the alignment lift. Took them 20 minutes to go out to parking lot to get my car. Overall took them 1hr. 5 to align and balance. Too much time

Ive used this Firestone for years for all my cars. Always great customer services - among the best. Today I went in for an oil change and paid $94.00 (and that was with a $15.00 discount already included)!! In all the years Ive never paid anywhere near this amount ... its a sad day when a dealership can beat the price for an oil change. Regardless of how great the customer service might be, theyve managed to price me out of thoughts for future service here.

Dropped off my car to get my tires rotated everything was fine tires got rotated. What wasn’t fine is that when I went to check out and get my receipt. I realized my car key has been broken and slid out of my key fob. When I spoke with the front rep about this. He responded well the key must have been broken before you dropped it off sorry I can’t help you. So now I’m waiting for a lyft, to go home and grab a spare key and need to buy a new key.

Bad experience came 1015am oil change alignment I was told it would take a couple of hours. 1215 an employee came that I needed tires and an alignment but I told that earlier to another employee. Explained him that I have lifetime alignment he said oh yes he said it will be 45 minutes 0145 did not see my car I checked it was park on the other side. I went to ask he told me he just finished and they would bring my keys. The paperwork and keys was hanging on the windows. I left 1:50 pm bad experience no sorry

Every now and then you come across someone who had the perfect personality for customer service. With the being said, Andrew on the evening shift is AWESOME!! He explained the charges for my cars services clearly and I left the store feeling like I received quality service and a good deal on my new tires. I will be returning.

Best thing ever, honesty

Paid $1000 for 4 tires and they didnt even last 25000 miles. Trash!And dont bother making an appointment at this place. Too many times we have made appointments days ahead of time for maintenance on our cars only to have them keep our car for hours beyond the time it would take to do the maintenance telling us another car is still ahead of us.

I had a nail removed from my tire and the hole patched. It took a few more minutes than expected but the service was good and it was less expensive than the other local shops and regional chains. I also quoted new tires and it was $150 less than Costco. I would go there again.

Brought a battery in for a warranty replacement. I had called ahead and made an appointment for 9am on a Saturday. Even with an appointment it took almost 30 minutes to switch out my battery. Considering I had already pulled the battery out and just had that at the counter this should have been an easy switch. They guy helping me would continually stop, help other customers and chat with his coworkers. The inability to handle my appointment without interruption caused this proces s to take much longer than it should have.

Quite a speedy service thats worth the wait. They have competitive prices and coupons available from time to time. Got 4 tires there without a problem.

Expect to spend a lot of time waiting in the lobby, staff is not in a hurry to get you in and out. Manager was too interested in chatting with the female regular than he was to help customers. Other staff only worried about making excuses as to why they couldnt make the repairs and didnt want to order the necessary parts. Will not recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Came here with my daughter to get a battery for her car. They tested my daughters battery and told her that it was fine, it didnt need to be replaced, must be something else wrong with her car. So, we went home, put the battery back in her car, and away she went to work. 8 hours later, her car wont start. Whats wrong? Dead Battery!!!Thanks Firestone!!!

Ive been using Firestone for years to take care of my car. Had no major complaints in other locations but this place shocked me. Called ahead to take care of my flat tire. The rep said he has a space for me. So I dropped the tire around 11am and left. There was no need to wait for it. The rep said they would call me whenever its done. I found (as I thought) the hole where the tire could be fixed - they marked it. So when I came back after 5 hours I found the tire in the same location and in the same position - Nobody ever touched it. The rep said - youre next and theyll take care of it now. So I waited for another half an hour came inside and noticed one of the mechanics just hit my tire with his fist and RIGHT AFTER THAT the rep said - that tire couldnt be fixed and I need to buy another one :))). That was the most ridiculous maintenance Ive ever seen. So I just picked up my wheel and went to McGee where the owner told me that shouldnt be a problem but then found a hole in completely different place - unfixable though :(( Likely there is enough autocares around to take your business to. Good Luck Everyone !

Have been there twice now for oil changes and tire rotations. The service has been excellent. Cannot get the routine maintenance light to go off and was told to bring the book in and they will figure it out. It is not done like most cars. The wait time was minimal, even with no appointment. All of the workers were very courteous. Did not feel at all that I was being taken advantage of as a senior female. Have stopped in twice just to have my tire pressure checked and it was done with no hesitation from the staff. I will continue to take my care there for all its needs.

Scheduled my gfs car for at 1pm, we dropped off early & they got the car done before hand. I told my gf to replace the 2 tires but she said she wants to patch them if theyre able to. I dont believe in temp fixes. So the team called us stating tires are expired and that one of the 2 tires that needed a temp fix was too big. So my gf said replace all 4. The team quoted her tires that werent Firestone brand. I told her they had a special on their tires that she called them back asking if that was the brand they were going to use. They told her no so she asked them to use firestone ones. (The disappointment, not offering your name brand tires before suggesting the cheaper tires). Other than that the team was amazing and extremely nice. We are grateful for them.

I took my car in for a clunking noise I heard when I went over bumps and I took my dad with me because I didnt want to be taken advantage of. But I didnt have to worry because Cheyenne was one of the coolest mechanics Ive ever met. Super friendly and funny, she made the experience a lot less painful seeing as I had to drop a lot of money to get the problem fixed. Note to self, dont run over pot holes lol. Ill be going back here again.

Had an appointment for 2pm its now 4pm and they just now got to my car as Ive been sitting waiting. On top of that when I called I was told a different price for the tires over the phone and now theyre telling me something else. If you dont mind wasting your day and then a price gouge then this is the place for you. Stay thirsty my friends.

Avoid Firestone!I bought two new tires and in 4 days one blew out for no reason. I took it back in and they told me I hit something when I know I did not. I never got the car to 35mph when I heard a loud boom and had to pull over.They replaced the tire and told me I had to pay $40 and when I complained to the manager they took the charge off. The mext day I drove to work and the new replacement tire that blew out the day before was already flat. Took it back in and the rim was cracked on the inside. Said they did not see it when they put on the tire and I would have to pay to replace the rim. Avoid this place at any cost. They take all they can from you. 6+ hours waiting and $200 later I still have a cracked rim.

No communication. 3 hours for oil change and 2 tires. Overall everyone working had no sense of urgency. Car was covered in oily hand prints on the outside. Car was on the lift for 2 hours.

Definite no go. They reap you off good.Here is the story. My ac compressor clutch has a large air gap due to long time friction(high mileage), so that the ac gives intermittent cold air because the clutch can not be always sucked by the magnet of the compressor. The ac technician noticed the problem and he used a steel bar to push the clutch to engage. This is an easy and accurate diagnose, he definitely know that this is a small job. But they advised me to replace the whole compressor and quote $1700 dollars to finish the work. Note that my compressor is just OK. Today I get the problem fixed by removing a washer from the bolt of the ac clutch and I get always ice cold AC. I paid $50 for the auto repair, the work finished in only 15 minutes. Now you see, how they suck your blood! Shame on them.

Crismary is the best employee in their she is so sweet and very understanding person she makes sure the you are a satisfies customer before you leave the store. Her customers are her priority and thats is what customer service is about she do a excellent job all her staff is very nice and caring just like her. Jose is a amazing employee as well very nice and I am very satisfied with his work. When I go to this Firestone I feel welcome, appreciated, I really love the fact that they value my business and their services is so amazing to the point where is unbelievable do to the type of world we are currently living in. People no longer care about making sure the customers are satisfies but I can honestly say this Firestone do care and the manager crismary is the best manager in there.... Love this place I will not go to another Firestone and is a little drive for me to get there but well worthy

I have had mixed experience with them. Once I took them for a squeaking noise near the wheels. They were unable to diagnose it. Next time I realised it needed a brake service. The noise was gone after the brake service. So they are good at doing things for you but not the best troubleshooter.
