I needed a Highlight video for my daughters college recruiting. I contacted James at Family Focus and he understood my urgent need to get this video out. He was very courteous, Professional and receptive to what my daughter and I explained to him that we needed. His results were Amazing, timely and highlighted everything that we had requested. For my Christmas present, my oldest daughter gifted me the blessing of finding Family Focus Video and a budget to have old family photos scanned. I didn’t want to risk sending them off somewhere.Jim scanned about 2000 photos. He was very professional in asking me the format I wanted them in (flash drive or DVD). He kept me informed on his progress. Also, I had about 20 VHS family video tapes. Some I knew were damaged or, partially, recorded over. He went through each of the tapes and put together what was salvageable onto DVD. I HIGHLY recommend Family Focus Video. Jim is such a professional and thorough owner plus, he’s a nice guy, too. As soon as I save up some money, he has about another 20 years of photos to scan.

Having found old VHS tape 30 years old in storage, I was doubtful it could be saved and would anyone would be willing to take the time over just one tape. I called Jim and he said sure he will look at it. Not only did he look at it, he saved it and I had him make me several copies to send to several family members. Whether one or many, Jim will treat you right and his prices are very reasonable. Thanks Jim.

I converted all my VHS tapes to digital and love it. No more storage boxes in the closet, its all on my computer, it also makes it easier to share memories with friends and family. Great service and awesome pricing.

We found Family Focus Video originally through our neighborhood social media outlets and it was a great find. I had old videos of my kids as well as a family DVD that I wanted converted to digital cloud based format. Jim was great to work with, offering to add music and transitions to correct my awkward filming back in the day, as well as recommendations on edits. He really listened to what was important to us, which made for a very satisfying customer experience. He communicated frequently and adhered to the deadlines and deliverables that he promised.
