Awful experience. Hired to film a show for my nonprofit dance program. 3 dances were missing.. video was edited awfully. Still don’t have a complete version or my refund. Essentially stole from a nonprofit.

An absolute scam! No professionalism whatsoever. It has been over 9 months since our wedding and we dont even have all the photos, and well they are aspiring movie makers who cant even make a wedding video in 9 months time.They are very nice to you before you have paid them all the money. But once all the payments have been complete all we can do is follow up with no results or response. BEWARE, also look deeper at the positive reviews. They seem to be fake reviews probably from people who never purchased their services.Giving 1 star although only because negative is not possible.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Since1897Films!! Hands down the most talented and professional videography company in the Florida area that Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. Anthony went above and beyond from beginning to end to ensure that I was taken care of. He proactively communicated with me at all times and was very open about his expectations and his abilities! He has an amazing personality, extremely bubbly and inviting, the perfect personality anyone would want at their event to keep the crowd lively and satisfied! I truly appreciate all of his efforts along with his crew members in making sure that my event was a dream come true. He caters to a very diverse crowd, all my guests raved about how appreciative they were of his presence! I honestly recommend him and his company for any event and wish him the best of success in his future endeavors! Thank you Since1987Films!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! If you ever want to see your wedding pictures and video please do not hire this company. I can not stress enough for anyone trying to do business with this person to go read the review by Chynna · married on 06/19/2016The story repeated with us for our January 2019 Wedding in Florida. We were given all the promises for photography and videography coverage, we even paid more for drone videography coverage, but to this date (November 2019) we havent received even all the raw pictures of the ceremonies let alone any finished deliverables. We did not notice that the many positive review for this company are mostly from same date (Fishy much).Anthony Santiago and Since1987films are playing with the emotions of people, knowingly. My husband and I have been ghosted and robbed by this company’s owner, Anthony Santiago. I would prefer an option that allowed a ZERO out of 5 stars.

Anthony Santiago has broken every part of his contract and has not provided the video. Looks like we too will be looking for an attorney. The only responses when we ask when the video will arrive have been excuses. And now, nearly 10 months later no response at all.

I spent FOREVER looking for the perfect videographer to help film my business and thank goodness I found Since1987Films! All other videographers in the area were no where near in comparison to the professionalism and talent that this company had and in addition their prices did not match their work. As someone whos always on the go and looking for mobile talent Anthony was such a great fit for what I was looking for!! Thank you Anthony for having the patience to deal with all my demanding needs and for making my videos look so camera ready!!! I cant thank you enough for what youve done. I will certainly be recommending you to other friends of mine in need of some videography. You really cant beat his prices considering how professional his work is. Keep up the good work Mr. Santiago!

I dont even know where to begin when describing the nightmareish experience my husband and I have had with Since 1987 films. From the beginning, we were sold empty promises and big dreams and not only were they not delivered but we even had to proceed with legal action in order to receive ANY product over a YEAR LATER. Our wedding was June of 2016. We requested that most of our video was reception and family time--We did not NOT want most of our video being the bridal party getting ready like we had seen in other videos. We were promised that this wouldnt be a problem. The day of the wedding was great there were not problems and they were very professional. Our contract stated that we would pay half before the wedding and half a month later and would receive a final product 6-8 weeks later that consisted of 8 hours of raw footage, a completed video that arrived in a gift box and a highlight video. On our honeymoon we got a phone call saying that while our footage was safe their camera was stolen and some footage that they shot before the wedding was missing. Since they stated that nothing from the actual day of the wedding was taken we proceeded as outlined in the contract. 8 weeks came and past then 12 weeks then 16. All the while they promised that they were working on the video and apologized for being so behind. We didnt even receive highlight footage in the meantime. Over 6 months went by of being told that as the only editor, Anthony was very busy and due to the theft of his equipment, some personal problems and the holiday season, he was behind on all of the videos he was working on. Finally we received a video in December--great right?! We still didnt have any raw footage or a highlight video or gift box but atleast we had our video!! Wrong! The video was 7 minutes long and FIVE minutes of it was the bridal party getting ready/the unedited ceremony!!! When we asked why there wasnt any music he stated that he couldnt afford to license the music EVEN THOUGH WE PAID HIM IN FUL MONTHS BEFORE. Wed paid thousands of dollars and got the run around for months for a video that was 2 minutes worth of an actual wedding, substantially shorter than the contract agreed to and was missing every other component of the agreed upon product. Another back and forth ensued for months with our request to deliver what we asked for. We were given the run around for OVER A YEAR with new excuses every week. Anthony frequent attributed the fact that we didnt have any product to his busy schedule, lack of finances and stolen footage. It finally came out that our footage was stolen as well and he didnt have enough footage of anything else to give us what we wanted. Eventually after having to obtain a lawyer and threaten legal action we received our video and raw footage in August of 2017. The raw footage that we were promised would be 8 hours long and continuous footage ended up being short seconds/minute long clips that totaled about a half an hour of footage out of our 8 hour long wedding. The video had a couple of clips added including our dances and speeches which were NEVER EVEN IN the first draft. To say that this has been a horrible nightmare is an understatement. Please please please if you value your money and want to cherish your wedding video stay away form Since 1987 films. We dont have wedding video that we can be proud of and show off to our friends and family and this is due to Anthony and Since 1987 films.
