The sell Lizards 🦎 cats 🐈 mice 🐁 hamsters 🐹 Guinea pigs , Snake 🐍 fish 🐟, as will as that you need to look after them.They have Pet Training & Grooming in store. They also sell life vests for safe swimming for your pet. The staff was friendly but hard to find. I felt like we were all playing hide and seeking lol.You can have Pet Tags made in store here we got some for our fur babys. It was $20.00 per pet tag. The prices are about average for a big business like this.

It’s what you expect…. My only complaint would be long line to check out and only one register open. No one respects others space to it’s difficult to check out safely

This store always looks like an empty warehouse. Everyone was friendly. The store was clean. Couldnt find a price for the betas so didnt purchase. Also had a few floaters...... Got my birdfood at a good price.

I was skeptical about chain pet stores because of how expensive they are. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. My cashier was Bianca and she was just incredibly kind and helpful. She put us on to the puppy guide which in the end saved us money and explained being a new rewards member and the perks it comes with. I’ll definitely be returning with my new pup who was greeted so sweetly by everyone when we came in.

Small and could use a facelift inside. They had what I needed. It seemed well stocked. Employees are friendly.

Went there looking for grain free kitten food that I couldnt find elsewhere. PetSmart has a good selection for both kittens and adult cats as well as a large selection of other products. Found what I needed, very satisfied.

I went in there today to purchase some food and supplies for my 6 dogs (all different breeds) all require special food and care. I was helped by a young woman named brandi who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I highly reccomend this location and I will be frequenting this store more often! Thank you!

Decent store, clean, decent selection, busy, and Great staff

The fish associate was very knowledgeable and nice. But their stock is always very low. Its kept generally clean though except for the plants in the cups, they are covered in string algae.

They did a good job grooming our pup for her first trim. Customer service was great. I do feel the overall cleanliness of The store could be better, but overall a good experience for a chain.

After a poor experience at a local pet salon, I brought my golden doodle here. I believe it was Michelle who groomed Pickles. She did an amazing job and Pickles was just fine at pickup.All the staff was friendly, the groomers were so kind and Pickles is a hyper dog but they handled her with kindness.I will be bringing Pickles back.

Had a great experience as always! Got my new puppy tons of new toys and the essential stuff. The puppy kit is always a great value. Saves you lots of money and theres a lot of good coupons for future needs.

A bit pricey, however, they have a pretty good selection of items available if you cant wait for ordering something for delivery. They also offer dog training classes and have pets available.

Great clean store! Friendly staff. However was trying to purchase a fish and tank for my son waited and looked around for about 25 minutes never found an employee to help us. So we left without a fish.

Not the best place to buy fish. Many dead ones in the tank and many do not live long after you get them home. Overpriced pet supplies and food. Ok service. Not a lot of genuine knowledge about the animals. They get three stars because of their affiliation with rescue. They get a lot of cats adopted. Also, they dont sell cats or dogs, so no support of puppy mills. Their reptiles, birds, and small mammals seem healthy. Ive had success with the hermit crabs I got there. My last pair lived 11 years.

The Banfield staff are awesome

The staff is quite knowledgeable and have been most helpful with the addition of two dogs to my family. I was even more thrilled by the free food from adopting my dogs at spca. Its a great start to find out what they like.The staff also helped me find glucosamine pills and offered insight with which shampoo to use. Thanks again!!!

Great store and service was excellent

My first time at this location (brandon Blvd. West)and probably my last mainly because it is so filthy. The grooming area is filthy and the store seems neglected. The customer service and employee enthusiasm is great from grooming to the cashier up front but otherwise this location needs a major makeover and maybe a manager or 2, maybe even a deep cleaning crew?

The clerk was evidently new and should not have been left alone. She had to call for assistance which is fine but I still ended up being overcharged. So now I have to drive all the way back to the store to be reimbursed. Properly train your staff before leaving them to operate the only checkout in the store.

Made appointment to have my dogs nails trimmed and they asked me after I was there if my dogs have ever been dog aggressive. I said yes but never in this type of setting. They told me its their policy not to treat them. You think if that was the case I would have been asked that before making an appointment and wasting my time bringing in three dogs. Very bad business wasting peoples time.

I had pathetic experience at grooming salon. Groomers at this salon seems to be lazy. They didnt even try enough to make my dog comfortable. I take my dog regularly for grooming to petsmart but at causeway location to different groomers, so my dog was not an issue here . The whole vibe in the salon was negative and it seemed like they dont care if they dont get customers. They turn them away so easily.

I got a chameleon for my music studio and all the stuff for its terrarium here. Great pricing!

Just got some fish for my daughters first fish tank. This store had everything we needed to get it going. Lots of good buy 2 get 1 free supplies on Topfin. The employees were nice and very helpful especially the young man in the fish section.

Very friendly and always have what Im looking for. Also appreciate their cat adoption help. That is awesome!! Thank you and Im sure the kitties are thankful as well for the opportunity to find their forever homes.

My sweet girl was bit by another dog in this store a few weeks ago, ive emailed petsmart corp and banfield corp the day after this happened. Neither have emailed me back, hopefully this will get someones attention.I normally come to this particular petsmart every two weeks just to get my dog out of the house so she can be social with other people, ive done this since we got her, she was 8 weeks old. Shes just a puppy at 5 months and 3 weeks and she is the sweetest dog youll ever meet, we take her everywhere with us. (7/15/18) We made our normal trip into pet smart and the owner of another dog IN THE STORE let there dog come up to riley. They sniffed eachother and it was like a switch just came on and this dog spazzed out. The dog went to nip at riley, i thought I pulled her back quick enough and as I was pulling her back the dog had a hold of rileys ear and the tooth drug down the skin. she has about a 2 inch gash that was dripping blood everywhere. I had two other customers in the store help me get riley over to the side of the store where the vet is, helping me stop the bleeding.I asked the woman who must have been the vet assistant if she could help me and she said both vets were with other animals at the moment and she couldnt interupt them. I understood that and asked her if she could get me more papertowel. She said I probably should take her to an emergency vet down the road to blue pearl BECAUSE THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE. That upset me.. The woman I was talking to was very patient and was passionate towards Riley, she did help me out, this complaint is not about her. Then a manager came over, I specifically looked at his nametag and saw MANAGER dont remember the name, it was a male. He asked if she was okay and then I never saw him again. The lady whos dog bit her offered to pay for anything I needed for her (While she had a screaming baby in her arms and her dog that bit riley) at this point I obviously wanted that dog away from riley so I declined the offer and I was just annoyed that she was talking to me bc my dog was still bleeding, I didnt have time to get her information. I needed someone to stop the bleeding NOW. So the lady walked away, checked out and was gone.I had someone else with me that was in a different isle and didnt know what happend so I told her Riley got bit by another dog and turned back around. The vet(inside petsmart) was standing there, they had decided to take riley back. So they took her back and they told me they wanted to wait until the owner of the dog that bit riley had walked away before they were gonna tell me they could see her... im still curious as to why they had to wait til she left because if i wouldve known that they were going to take me there instead of making me go to an emergency vet, I wouldve takin her offer to pay for it. THEN they told me the total of the visit was $51.80... TO CLEAN HER UP AND WRAP HER BLEEDING EAR. Riley is always coorpetive, I bought the puppy kit coupon book, which had a free consultation with the vet in it, I used that.. but the cost was still $51.80 so if I didnt have that they would of charged me $100 TO DO THAT? for something that happened IN THEIR store?! This was the most scariest, stressful thing I have ever been through and I feel like I was taken advantage of because of the vulnerability of the situation, I just wanted the bleeding to stop. I understand that they have to cover the cost of the bandages.. but good lord. the banadges that were used was just medical tape and guaze, not $50 worth. it took her 10 minutes to wrap Riley up. Something I couldve did at home..which she somehow got off her head 20 minutes after we got home anyways. They didnt even but anything on the cut.. I feel like it shouldve been free. And before this happened I was actually planning on getting a monthly membership plan for this particular vet. However after this trip I dont believe ill be returning to the store in general unless I get my money back or something equivalent. It was a terrible experience, and I am STILL, VERY upset about it.

Always out of canned cat food, shelves are picked over with not much left to chose from and never anything that my cats will eat. Today was my last trip in there.

Bought a box of crickets and majority were dead. They did fix my problem and gave me live crickets instead.

I waited about 15 minutes at the hermit crab tank for assistance. The girl made eye contact with me several times as she helped the two customers that arrived before me. She then proceeded to go help another man who came 10 minutes after me. I wanted two hermit crabs and she decided to ignore me and get the man 150 gold fish first. Worst experience ever. I am so disappointed in the lack of knowledge and attention to customers multiple employees have exhibited; however, this is the first time someone was so blatantly rude. I felt compelled to warn others people, choose a different store or location if you want competent, respectful people.

The grooming salon would not see my dog because he had “more than 10 ticks” despite having seen in the past when he had more. My wife told the manager brandy that he had been to the vet a few days ago and was on a new medication for the ticks and had proof to show this. The manager refused to show a policy. We called customer service and they said they can turn the pets away if they are “concerned for their Heath and well-being” though my dog was just at the vet 3 days earlier. I guess the manager at a pet store is more qualified to make this judgement than a doctor. The website for Petsmart says if your dog has ticks to bring them in for a flea and tick bath (which we were trying to do) and when my wife tried to show the manager she said she could not talk to her because she called “corporate” since she talked to customer service on the phone. She also refused to show her any policy and told her she can ask “corporate” to show her. They were extremely unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. My wife felt discriminated against because of her race. Don’t go here. Go to your vet or a groomer instead. Don’t waste your time making an appointment here so that they can just turn you away because they don’t feel like dealing with your pet or because of your race.

Wow great store. Went looking for a harness and lead for my pup. A very helpful employee, Shannon, asked if I needed any help. I asked for her help picking out the right stuff. She not only led me to the right product, but test fit it and demod how to use it proper. Turns our she is their trainer. I will be back here, even though I have closer pet stores, due to the cleanliness, stock levels (so many places are barren), and especially the customer service.

Do NOT ever adopt a pet from this petsmart. My roomates recently adopted a cat and supposedly the cat had been examined by a vet and was disease free. A few days after having this cat move in all three of us are covered in the most agressive form of ringworm our doctor has ever seen. The doctor was perplexed that it was this bad. Very hard to treat and is all over us. It is the most miserable thing I have been through. It also infected our other cat and it was so bad they both had to be put down. So if you love the pets you already have and do not want to spend loads of cash on treatment, DO NOT SHOP OR ADOPT PETS FROM THIS LOCATION. I am a military veteran with several years of military experience and have been in all sorts of countries yet have never contracted any ailment this bad. They are scum.
