I had a great experience with Christian Brothers in Valrico! They provided me all the information up front, cost of the tires, labor and time it would take to complete everything. Great customer service and they accept Apple Pay which to me, is a huge plus. I definitely would (and will) highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful place to get your vehicle serviced. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We were getting warranty work done on our Ford Expedition and they handled all the details with the out of state dealership. Thats service right there. They kept us informed every step of the way. Only negative is that thier texting service that updates you on your vehicle will give you wrong updates from time to time. Minor details when over all service is fantastic. They will also drive you anywhere after you drop off and pick you up when they are done. We had dealt with I believe Kyle the service manager and he was exceptional. And Tom I believe was my driver who was a great conversation during my ride home. Keep up the great work.

Had 2 cross threaded lug nuts. They were efficient and even gave me a ride home and pick me uobwhen done. Excellent clean and professional

We had almost $1,000 worth of work done on our car, oil change, transmission fluid exchange, all 4 brake pads replaced and our rotors turned. When we went to pick up our pearl white SUV that had been detailed the day before there were grease hand prints and fingerprints all over it, I literally mean everywhere, the side of the car, the doors, grease smears were also on the hood. There were also dirty foot prints on our running boards and dirt on our driver side rug,even though they had put a paper down. The paper was also left in the car covered in dirt. I’m floored that there could actually be that much dirt. There is also grease on the inside of our door. In addition the fluid levels for our vehicle were all indicated as topped off. Yet our windshield washer fluid light was on. The prices were high for the work we had done but especially high for the greased up mess that our car was left in and the unfinished top off of fluids. This shop appears to be very high end with a nice building but details matter and returning a car from an appearance perspective the way it was received matters. Dealership prices you might as well go to the dealer will they will wash and vacuum the car and make sure your fluids are topped off. Incredibly dissatisfied with our experience.

So I was driving home one night during the rain, and my car started making a loud knocking noise. After a little bit of research, it seemed to be the transfer case. Well I call Christian Brothers in Valrico, and explained the situation. They gave me an estimate from what I explained. They were able to fit me in the same day within the hour. I bring my car there, and they drop me off at home (super convenient). It’s ends up my a shirt got wrapped around my Axel, which hit up against the heat shield which hit up against the transfer case causing it to make a loud noise. They removed it for free and didn’t charge a thing! I felt obligated to get some work done so I had them change my air filters - 50% cheaper than the dealer. These guys could’ve EASILY taken advantage but they did not. They also take pics and will send them with the estimate (just like the dealer does). I will DEFINITELY be back to have them do work.

Christian Brothers Automotive did a superb job repairing and servicing my ancient Honda Odyssey. I highly recommend their services. They especially stood out in these areas: 1. Very efficient front office operations - courteous, helpful, clean, and even provided transport to and from one’s home if needed. 2. Knowledgeable and tech savvy personnel provided a detailed explanation of services I requested and costs of said items for my approval. Text updates of services & repairs being done were provided throughout their completion. 3. Competitive prices with a clear breakdown of labor parts and services was provided prior to the start of any repairs. 4, Repairs were performed exceptionally well and on time. Finally, there was no bovine scatology attempt to upsell unneeded items or services or surprise costs. Great job folks…. I’ll be back soon.

The best experience I ever had in my life with a shop. These guys are amazing. I made an appointment for an oil change late last night, guess I received a wrong conformation so I assumed my appointment was confirmed. When I went there this morning ar 8am, I was told they couldnt verify my appointment but since I received a confirmation code, they took me in anyways with no hesitations. After I was all set, my car was waiting at the front door, ready for me to jump in and go. An extra bonus, an ice cold bottle of water was waiting for me in my car with a thank you note. Even though the temp. Was only in the 40s, I thought this service is amazing and I will definitely be back. I would suggest any one to try them out and right now they have a FB special for a $9.95 oil change. Cant beat that. Thank you so much for a GREAT service and friendly staff. You guys rock !!

Car dealer estimated $3000 to repair my Subaru AC system. Christian Brothers completed the repairs for $200. I saved $2800.

I went for an oil change. They did that and did a check my car for any problems, and then informed me of what they found which wasnt much. I had a light out and needed the battery cables cleaned . They took pictures of everything. Being a senior woman I feel like they did not take advantage of me.

Very happy with the experience! Comfortable and clean environment. Kind and helpful staff. They got the problem with my headlights diagnosed right away, and somehow they went out of their way to get the parts I needed and fix it later the same day, which saved me from a lot of stress! By far the best shop I have been to in some time, had alignment and oil change done, prices were fair. The lobby is immaculate, service manager listened to my issues and communicated with the tech, and during inspection confirmed with me what was going on before pulling it out of the service bay. They also baked me a fresh chocolate chip cookie while I waited lol, I will be returning.

Everyone at Christian Brothers was thoroughly professional and kind! They went out of their way to explain everything so I really understood what was being worked on. Their services were incredibly easy to use- they sent an email with a breakdown of every recommendation along with pictures and walked you through each suggestion so that you could make an educated decision. All in all it was just a really great experience, especially compared to the anxiety show most visits to the mechanic are for me!

I recently got my tire mount done at this place and really liked the service. I called beforehand to ask for a quote and service manager was very pleasant and helpful. When I reached he was very professional. The waiting lobby is kept very clean. Special measures were taken to avoid contact as much as possible because of current covid situation. Service was top notch! Would highly recommend this place.

AMAZING!!! This is by far the best automotive shops I’ve ever worked with and they are reasonably priced!! The service advisor I worked with by the name of Paul, had amazing customer service and kept me updated every step of the way. I stopped in to check on my car and they let me take a look at it myself. They are completely transparent. 100% honest and straight forward. I was a able to talk to both Paul and the technician working on my car. They have a shuttle service to take you home if you need to drop your car off for repairs, which was very helpful. When my car was complete I received a call and a text message. When I arrived at the shop to get my car I was given a bottle water and my keys and I was on my way. Christian Brothers Automotive definitely has my loyalty and trust. I would 110% recommend taking your vehicle here!!

Christian Brothers Automotive on Lumsden road gave by far some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Paul C. was my service advisor and he kept me informed throughout the entire process, was knowledgeable about what was going on with my vehicle, and really seemed to care about each individual he served. It is hard to find the level of customer service he provided.

This shop not only has great people, but feel a very serene place to go take your vehicle. I love the fact that they have the app and let you know when your car getting worked on, and shows you picture of any concern that they may encounter. They also give you the prices for each job that will cost you if you decide to proceed with repair, or to brainstorm in how to manage future expenses. I will definitely will keep coming and bringing my future vehicles.

So I came to Christian brothers automotive not even an hr after leaving another local mechanic in the area. The difference in treatment was insane. I’m a 20 year old female and honestly I’m still learning how to keep up with my car, but I do know what good customer service is and also what transparency looks like. Paul was amazing, he explained everything to me and when I took out a list of expensive work the last shop stated needs to be done he went over it with me, showed me he pictures they took, explained how they test for those things and why it was suggested. He didn’t try to make me do all of it that moment or press for me to set up another appointment and that’s why I plan to always take my Mazda here. You really get treated like family.

Fantastic first experience, Tom was very friendly and respectful when it came to fixing my 50 year old vehicle. Called me for my approval of each repair and it’s cost before proceeding with the work. He also let me know that my car was parked safely inside before locking up the shop for the night. Honest, fair, and quality service at this location.

Fast and great service

Great, clean facility. Felt very safe during COVID. All employees in the check-in building wearing masks. Hand sanitizer available at check-in. I don’t think mechanics were wearing masks, but they weren’t near customers so it didn’t bother me much.

This place is extremely professional they do everything by the book, they really care about the customer and the vehicle I don’t trust any one else with my car the best place to around here...

Excellent service

Update of the issue. As of 6/2/2020 The ownership has now reached out and come to an amicable agreement with me over the situation I will be changing the star rating to reflect this. While the whole process was frustrating I do have to state that the personnel at the business were very nice to deal with even when I was upset. for this I am moving my start rating to 4 and wanted to make this update so as to reflect the commitment the facility does have to their customer base.First the people are very nice, Paul and Tom were never an issue to work with. The issue is that I had an expensive radiator replacement performed $1500.00 . After leaving the shop the car drove a bit odd and after 2 days the check engine light came on. I brought it back and they went over the entire car for roughly 8 hours. At this time Paul called and stated they reviewed everything they had done for the repair and that if the problem came back he was suggesting that I take the car to the dealer for them to look at it. Fast forward a week now the issue is back and I took Pauls advice and took it to the dealer. The dealer had the car for about 4 hours when they advised that the repair was likely due to the o rings for the intake and that they were likely damaged during the repair. I said to go ahead with the repair as the labor was already going to be $825.00, and the parts another $100.00. I want to be clear that the labor rate regardless of me getting the car fixed or not was going to be $825.00. I needed my car fixed so I gave consent. Once I got the car back and drove for over a week without issue I reached out to Paul to discuss the issue. He was very nice and was going to work with the owner to get me compensation. 2 weeks go by and I call to check up later that day he calls back and said the owner has authorized him to give me a shop credit of $325.00 for my issue mainly because I had not cleared the repair with them prior to going forward. As I stated previously the labor to diagnose was going to be $825.00 and I went to the dealer at CBA suggestion. So at this point I told Paul that $325.00 shop credit was not sufficient and I want to at least be compensated for the labor in some way as no matter what it was going to have been charged to me, even if I were to have brought it back to them for repair. That would have wasted at least 3 days of my time at this point. So here I am 2 weeks after the compensation discussion with still no resolution. The repair took place the 5th of March and today is April 22 I have at this point resigned myself to the fact that I am out the money and my only recourse was to let my story be known in this review. So in short, while the people are nice, the ownership does not stand behind their workmanship when a 3rd party has to effect a repair for something they did incorrectly after they advised that I use the 3rd party.

I have used the Valrico location twice for air conditioning service on two different vehicles and have been very pleased with the company. I am actually a mechanic myself and it is very rare that I can recommend an automotive service provider.

The staff are professional and friendly. I sat in their COVID-19 clean waiting room. Paul asked me if I would like a beverage or needed the WiFi password. When my service was done he explained the process and recommended maintenance with no pressure. I walked out to my car cooled down with A/C and a water bottle in my console. Couldn’t be happier with this service and I will be a loyal customer.

All prices are up front so no hidden costs like other shady mechanics and they ask for your approval before they do any service. I will always take my car to them!
