This particular office (approximately 10 years.)Im NOW with a BRAND NEW Insurance Company where the overall EXPERIENCE is literally a night and day difference. Without getting into detail, State Farm; you truly FAILED me as a client/customer. Id like to thank State Farm For 20+ years of service but my advice is to steer completely clear of this particular office all together.

I have found Mrs Fink and her Office to be Friendly, helpful and Reliable.During the past few months my Wife and I have purchased a new Home. I was offered Insurance by many Companies and Agents during the process, always a little bit cheaper on the surface than my current Policy. I sat down with Mrs Fink, who took her time to answer my questions and explain the differences in coverage. I am glad that She took her time and gave me a better understanding on my Home Owners Policy. I might add I have been a State Farm Policy Holder since about 1975 or so. I have been with this agent since 2003.. I have had auto insurance and home owners insurance as well. Terry herself has helped me many times and was always as nice as can be...they always have gone out of their way to help me with what I needed and in a fast and efficient manner. I know a lot of people shop around each year for insurance but Im content to stay with a home town agent that I like and trust has my best interest at heart. I even had a busted window which needed to be fixed...Terry herself called their people they use and was able to get me a much better price than I could have found on my own. You wont find another State Farm agent that will give you better service. Im surprised to see negative reviews on here as this agent is a sweet lady who help people.

Always have nothing but positive experiences with Terry and her staff. Everyone is very professional and personable. When I call the phone is always answered and when I come in I never have to wait. Very helpful and friendly. Only negative was an across-the-board board annual rate hike of an extra $20 a month with no real explanation. But the office staff didnt raise the rates so they still get five thumbs up! Always helpful!

Horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this agency. I can not speak about States Farm as a whole because I have only done business with Terry Fink agency in State Farm, but it is a horrible one.Instead of giving a long review of all the mess ups they have done in the past 4 months alone because it will be too long, I am just informing you that this agency does NOT know what they are doing AT ALL.They do not contact you or notify you in any way. Customer service is horrible. They dont know reasons for anything. STAY AWAY✌

After been with State Farm about 3 years, I moved from FL to TX. I have 2 cars with them. I have dealt with this ordeal since March and I`m still having trouble transferring one of my cars. I have customer service and they just keep telling this office won`t release my car. I have received letters from the state about not having my car under TX insurance and other problems as well. They also raised my payments $50 dollars, when I called there excuse why because policies went up. Not even 1 accident on my record !

Awful experience, I had an accident that it was my fault and i got my insurance revoked. I had to go and get a new insurance. What type of insurance is there only if you dont have accidents? Ridiculous!!!! Ill never use State Farm again!

At best, I can only say they are completely incompetent at this office. Go anywhere else, there are too many State Farm agents to bother with this one. They have cost me hundreds by continuing to monthly bill the wrong account after numerous calls. They are the reason that after 13 years with State Farm, I switched to Geico. They made me feel like Florida State Farm agents are incompetent compared to my agent from Illinois that I had been with all those years. I mostly blame Jessica as she is the one I spoke with who never seemed to update information properly. Hire someone who knows how to follow directions! First I tried switching my policy to a different office, but somehow these scammers managed to continue billing me through their office. Six weeks after I gave up and moved all of my accounts to Geico, this fine group of nitwits is still trying to bill a closed account and sending me electronic notifications. I had to go through two different agents and the customer service line today to finally get it figured out that TERRY FINKS office is the problem.If you are considering this office, dont just walk, RUN in any other direction! Even if you can put up with their incompetence, their nasty attitudes are sure to put a bad taste in your mouth.

I have been with this agent for over 10 years and never consider moving my Auto Insurance. I find it very hard to believe the poor ratings and suspect there are other issues i.e. nonpay cancel(s). Every staff member I have spoken to through the years has been nothing but some of the most top professional customer service providers I have known. Today I actually talked to Terry herself for the first time and experienced what a fine example she sets for her staff. I too have had fender benders during the years, every piece of information I was provided was spot on from her staff. They also do not hesitate providing alternative quotes, options and look for ways to save YOU money! With experience of over 37 years in the insurance industry myself I personally recommend this agency and Terry.
