I simply called to get a quote and receptionist was very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. She was very irritated when I asked to speak with a particular agent. Which in this business people typically work off of referrals so it’s not uncommon to request that. Please train your employees common manners and people skills as that’s the bare minimum when trying to get new business and build a positive rapport. Especially since people will always remember how you made them feel. This person is definitely a poor representation of your company.

I had to wait a long time and i was the only one in there at the time and when i was addressed finally to do a quote i was helped with a bad attitude from who i believe was the owner had thick red beard he was rude and impatient when k was looking for my old insurance card for information and was just completely unprofessional all together his damenor actaully was scaring my daughtet ill never go back and do not recommend them to any family.

I went in for a quote yesterday and I was initially working with Lisa. Halfway through Brett the owner told Lisa he would take this one over. He had me walk back to his office where he continually made passes at me. Told me he owned the place. After I turned him down for a date the third time I had enough and walked out. I wasted almost 2 hours in this place.
