I just had the worst experience with any auto insurance representative to date. I called to speak with Debbie Bates and instead had Brenda on the phone due to Debbie not being available. She was helping while Debbie was out. It was the worst transaction I have ever been apart of. She was very rude and disrespectful. My insurance is transferring to new representatives which is so sad because Joel Meek and his team were the BEST! Super nice and knowledgeable people. Now when I call to understand the changes in my insurance I am victim to rude tones and replies. Then to Brenda telling me that I call just call customer service instead of her office. I will be paying more to go back to Meek but the customer service is so worth it.
My experience with AllState has always been positive. Our agent Debbie Bates has always been there for us from the very beginning. All of the agents are always polite and professional and have handled all of our concerns in a timely manner

Management and Agent LACKED understanding, AND, LACKED creating a solution to solve the problem!!!!!!The customer may NOT always be right, HOWEVER, they are always the customer! Therefore, let the customer be wrong with understanding, dignity and respect!Thats all I asked!
