In my mind nothing can take the place of a local owned business. Eric and the office manager are honest polite reasonable and have a long history of being in business a very long time. I have an RV microwave that stopped heating and they didnt turn me away and told me they can take care of the problem. Oh yes I recommend this company 100%

My washer stopped working on Monday. I called Home Appiance, who I have used for repairs for years. I received a recording asking me to leave a message and someone would call me back. Today is Friday and I still have not received a return call. I was able to find another company to come out the same day and repair the washer. Poor, poor service.

My washer and dryer needed repaired ironically at the same time. I wasn’t sure if I should replace them or see if they could be fixed. So happy I had Eric from Home Appliance out. He fixed both and saved me the money I would of spent on new appliances. He was courteous of my home and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have had Home Appliance Services several times and they always have been quick to respond and repaired whatever appliance was broken. Eric and Kathy are so kind and efficient.

They did the work on my fridge. Had to replace a cold control 240383703.I was out of town and they charged my wife $234.85 just for the part found part on line for a cost of only $79.99 Triple the price of what I could find. They are in the business so I know they buy better than what I can find. Charged a fee to be there. Charged for labor Total was $347.53 for a visit that took less than 45 mins. Will not use them again. Shameful.

Home Appliance has always been reliable, knowledgable, trustworthy. Eric and office are easy to work with and response times have always been good.

This used to be a family-run business that came into a home and the visit, if under an hour, would be a reasonable, set fee plus parts. Now they charge the same as any other major repair company. Its a rather large set fee - an hourly rate - cost of parts and tax on the whole thing. They are honest, but theyve gotten expensive enough for most home-owners to take just about any option out there or buy a multi-meter and learn the repairs online. One other thing, the repairman moved a pipe which, although it would have burst soon enough due to age, did burst and even though I paid for an hour, he left after 10 minutes with just a few pieces of advice on how I could fix it myself. Maybe Im nitpicking a little but if it were me, I would have just fixed it for the customer or at least got it to where it would be easier for him to fix. This isnt the company I remember it once being.

Eric i was going to call you to service my refrigerator however you sound you still charge alot for parts that i actually found online new for 39.00 and the are oem parts. For a temp control your prices are very steep. I am not sure why companies dont use online companies for parts, u can still mark the part up to make money on them 10 dollars or so. If u charged 18th Malloy 347.00 and the part amt was 180.00 that is still the difference in labor. Even Russel appl suggested you but i read reviews and forget getting u for service.

We are always willing to take care any problems with our customers to keep them satisfied.We checked with several parts suppliers on cost of part we installed and it was no cheaper the than 180.00. We would have been more willing to refund his part cost and install part if he obtained part for cheaper price. If he had called us about any problems with our service. As far as review from pablus digitalus we have no record in our computer for any service for this person . We have always taken pride in providing honest service to our customers with fair prices thank you home appliance service.
