Jon was here when he stated. Very professional, personal, and he was very respectful of safe distancing. Cost was very reasonable and he explain his charges for the work he did. Will use him whenever I need any appliance repair. He was great and I highly recommend him.

I have redacted my original post as I did not use this service and have decided it is unfair to give any rating toward this business. I am disappointed by being dismissed when I was clearly in reasonable distance, but I have to respect the owners decision to pick and choose his clients. Theres no point in causing unnecessary harm to anyones reputation for an unused service. Best wishes to the owner and the business.

Returned 3 times to fix same problem. I had to pay for a second opinion. I was informed that Appliance Geek improperly installed the recommended fix. Works perfectly now. Appliance Geek would not refund the charge.My issue is paying for something and receiving noting. The initial repair literally did nothing. Appliance Geek told me Thats the repair. Which translates to me, tough luck. The drain has been leaking since 2017. If the repair had worked for some amount of time and then resurfaced, that would be a totally different situation. I have had to consistently clean out the water / ice. I was about to spend a lot of money and purchase a new fridge. I thought a second opinion may not be a bad idea. Turns out it was a great idea. It has been completely dry since repair #2. The second tech took a photo of the original repair to show in his training classes of How not to do the repair. I attached his notes. I did cover all personal info. I will gladly give out his contact info on a one to one basis.I dont like being called out when I am wrong, but sometimes I am wrong. It sucks, but you do what you have to do. I believe that when paying good money for expert service, saying Sorry just doesnt cut it.

FANTASTIC Customer Service. I work with a company that has a lot of laundry done on site daily. He fit me in his schedule as soon as he could, and got everything ordered for the repair. He came back in a timely manor to complete repairs, and had us running smoothly! He also knows some other good repair/handy men. Fantastic Company, I would give more than five stars if I could.

Jon was fantastic. He communicated well before our appointment, arrived on time, and diagnosed & fixed the problem with our dryer quickly. We’ve had our garage door, water heater and dryer break all within the last 6 weeks. This was the only experience that did not give me a headache from the hassle or panic attack from the price. Anytime an appliance breaks from now on I know exactly who to call, and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Read my story before calling, he came over to fix my fridge and he said it is the electronic board need to be replaced and it cost $400 labor and part, I looked online found the board for $180 brand new and installing it shouldn’t take 15 min, I asked him can I order the part and you install it, he rejected it and asked to do the whole job for $400 which is way more than the price of the fridge itself, he charged me $80 for his visit and diagnose and I adviced him that I will change the electronic board myself and if this wasn’t the issue I will be contacting him and sharing my story, he agreed and paid him $80, then I got the board, Install it myself and the same exact issue nothing changed which lead to wrong diagnose , the issue was a sensor (simple fix), I message him requesting full refund and he rejected saying that this $80 was for his visit not his diagnose , for me this is scam visit not repair visit.

They are awesome! After contacting Samsung for like two weeks to repair my 1 year old dryer, I used a service called serviz to find Appliance Geek. They came out the same day (earlier than the appointment time) and fixed my dryer within like 30 mins. I will use them for EVERYTHING!!
