I have lived in the Camden Royal Palms apartments for around three years now. I had a one bedroom, and moved into a two bedroom, following the previous unit I was renting. The staff is friendly, the property is meticulously well maintained, and their maintenance team consists of some of the most amazing and helpful people I have ever met throughout my past decade of renting from places within New York and now Florida. The property is beautiful and the residents are always put first. The staff has been working hard, and I have seen them implement and help all of their residents, throughout so many of these wonderful changes, that positively affect the renters who lease here; it truely makes you feel like youre living in your own home, surrounded by friendly, kind residents, and staff members whom keep the Camden Royal Palms property looking amazing, and make sure that it always feels like your home.

My building was recently pressure washed.They dont care where the dirty water or the debris goes when they are pressure washing. I had my car detailed Sunday night (as evidenced on the shiny, pretty side of my car) and then yesterday Camden pressure washed my building. I went to leave this morning and found the front of my car covered in dirty water, dirt and scratched! I guess rocks or pebbles or something must have been being sprayed because theres two spots where paint is missing! I went to the office and Laura said there is NOTHING they can do and I need to contact my car insurance to fix the car. So I should pay the deductible because Camden is negligent? She literally told me there is nothing she can do. SO MAKE SURE YOU MOVE YOUR BRAND NEW CARS (even though they never advised we needed to) BECAUSE IF THEY GET DAMAGED THEY DONT CARE!

Camden Royal Palms was by far the worst Camden living we have ever experienced. The staff were rude and non helpful. No parking at all, they don’t enforce parking rules as they say as well. Units very dusty , breezeways unclean, trash never taken out, staff are unprofessional and unaccountable. Most agents here have lack of communication skills. Crime has leveled up as well, people stealing from cars and people being shot in neighborhood. The leasing agents don’t talk about that though. This place is not worth the money at all. They also will charge you a substantial amount when you move out, mainly for carpet and whatever else they want to charge you out for. My wife and I are extremely happy to be gone finally!!

I’ve lived here at Camden for about two years now and it’s been very much worth it. The office staff and maintenance are great to me. Maintenance is extremely responsive, and quick. Also, sweet!Laura is absolutely what most people need when they’re apartment living. COVID has affected me immensely however; been She’s been very understanding, and has gone above and beyond to do all she can to help. I love my place! Camden is clean for the most part, the walls are solid, you can’t hear much of anything. Pretty neighborhood, neighbors don’t bother me any. All in all Camden has been a great experience, I definitely recommend!!

Rent is ridiculous, the gate has been broken MULTIPLE times, people here don’t take the trash out, customer service is unprofessional, and there is NEVER EVER ANY PARKING. It’s ridiculous and this place needs to shape up.

This is a great place to live with fantastic management. Everything from move in to move out went smoothly. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They were always very knowledgeable when I had a question and efficient in how they handled everything. The staff worked with me and didnt try to sell me. They made sure I knew my options that would be of the best value to ME. The amenities were extremely well kept. However, as I mentioned, the staff is the best part about this place. Having lived in several apartments I know it makes a huge difference having great staff, no matter how nice the apartment is. Definitely recommend living here!

Unit was delivered dirty. We took pictures and requested a cleaning it was not much better. The apartment had a moldy smell, carpet in the summer smelled like dog urine very bad. Thankfully we moved out.

We want to give another shout out to Byron!!! Our stove top and our AC decided to stop working at the same time. As soon as we saw Byron, we asked him for help and he came right over!!! He deserves a raise. This is a guy who truly cares and is super nice even when we ask him to come check it out with 30 min left of his work day. Thank god for maintenance.

Kelsey is an excellent leasing consultant, I’ve only worked with her every time I’ve been into the leasing office. Her personality is a bouquet of fresh cut wild wild flowers. And I can NOT wait to live here. Her aura brought me back to lease here when I walked through the door. If it wasn’t for Kelsey I would not be moving in here. I give her a 10 and 5 stars.

After searching for home for the last few years I met Laura In the Camden Royal Palms office. She made me feel so comfortable with everything from my choice of apartment, the application process, to the day I moved in. From everyone in the office to David, Jesus and the entire maintenance team, I have been made to feel welcomed and cared for. This speaks volumes for me as I have not been able to find such an environment. I appreciate all they have done for my family and making our transition to Tampa a beautiful experience. I relocated from MI and have lived at Camden RP since October 2018. The community is beautiful and in the perfect location, and the residents are friendly and diverse.I just recently renewed my lease and Connor was amazing!! Not only did he personally call me to give me a heads up about the renewal, but when I had questions about the term and rate, he promised to research and get back with me, which he did, the same day!!Hes always very pleasant and professional and definitely an asset to the Camden RP family.Thanks Connor for making my renewal seamless and for all you do for me and other residents!!

Absolutely stunning complex. With that being said, these gorgeous apartments are complimented by truly astounding customer service. I have been constantly blown away by the caring individuals that make this establishment as great as it is. From the utility workers to the leasing staff, I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of each employee. BIG shout out to Laura for being unbelievably fantastic at her job. If I could give this review an extra couple of stars just for her, I would! She’s THAT good. A great living experience all around that I would recommend to anyone.

Ive lived at Camden Royal Palms for a little over a year and a half. Ive had many issues that have come up. The maintenance staff is WONDERFUL; however, I very strongly feel theyre limited in their resources to work with. My fiance and I had trouble with our water heater that took MONTHS to fix. We had to keep putting in request after request for the same issue. Weve had our AC unit not putting out cold air at least twice that I can think of off the top of my head. It would run all day while we were gone and the apartment would be 80+ degrees when we got back. At one point there was an issue with pipes or something in the apartment above mine. Water came through our light fixtures in the kitchen and master closet. It also ran down our walls in the master bath, kitchen, living room, and master closet. Maintenance stopped the flow of water EXTREMELY quickly once we called, but that was all they did. We were told not to use those lights for 24-48 hours. Our closet smells musty half the time now and there are water stains on the ceiling in the master closet, kitchen, and living room. This has happened twice and when asked what could be done to prevent it from happening again I was told that it was up to the person above me to pay more attention. After all of the untreated water damage we quickly began to find roaches in the apartment. Its a gated community that charges gated community prices, but the gates are rarely functioning. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbor snoring almost every night, as well as the conversations my upstairs neighbor has with their significant other during the day. Any correspondence from management is incredibly condescending, but Connor and the people at the desks when you first come in to the office are wonderful and extremely friendly. Im cutting my lease off early and moving in July/August. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live.

Amazing place to live! Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is incredible. For instance, the billing department resolved an issue I had very fast, and exceeded my expectations. Very grateful that Ms. Belinda Selmon is on this billing team!!! She truly cares about your concerns. Their on call maintenance team are not only helpful to come over right away whenever theres an issue, but theyve now become our good friends! Id like to praise Byron, Veronica, and David for their exceptional service. Laura, Kelsey, and Connor in the leasing office are fantastic individuals! My dad and I came down from New York a few weeks ago to look for my first apartment in the Tampa area since I am coming down here for school. We looked at about 12 different communities and out of every one of them we hands-down had the best experience with Kelsey at Camden Royal Palms. We didn’t even realize that we had spent two hours there touring with her because we were having such a great experience. She made it easy for us to feel comfortable and not like she was just selling me an apartment but like she cared about my needs and was here for me.

I’ve lived here faithfully for 4 years now and while things have changed over the years, Camden is still the best complex I’ve ever lived in. The maintenance team is my absolute favorite because they’re responsive, quick, and friendly - even the new staff members are pleasant. The complex itself is beautiful, I still love the lake and the pool. They’ve added HBO channels to the technology package and I enjoy the community events they host at least once every couple months. I’ve only had one or two issues in the past with management in regards to parking and a maintenance issue, but it was resolved quickly and while I was extremely frustrated, they remained professional and handled the issue. There are several neighbors with pets and sometimes the smells are a bit disgusting, but the complex does a great job sending notices asking pet owners to clean up after pets. My only real issue is 2 things... parking and A/C to my master bedroom during summer months. The parking is slim, but they did implement a sticker method for community residents. I suppose that works better, but it’s still a struggle sometimes to get parking close to your home. Also, the A/C to my master bedroom is challenging during the summer months. It’s cool everywhere else, but the master bedroom stays 10 degrees higher and maintenance has tried their best, I just think the vent is not big enough. Other than that, if you pay your rent on time and remain pleasant to your neighbors, there’s no problems. I’ve enjoyed my time here and appreciate the staff.

Staff and maintenance have all been a positive experience and tend to the the best part about the company. Better than some places Ive lived as far as equipment but can tell some of the furnishings and odds and ends are of cheaper quality. If something does break tho, they are quick with a repair from our experience with little things like bathroom towel racks and the such. Parking is and issue and if you have a loud neighbor youll know it due to the thin walls. Always tends to have issues with the gates but its not a major hassle. Its a medium experience place to live which is still better than a lot of places can claim. Update as of 2/9/21, parking next to your own apartment is almost impossible and theres nothing but loud music and drugs that come from the road behind the complex until 3 in the morning. If you complain about it, the complex just says call the sheriff.

We are grateful to call Camden Royal Palms our home! We have owned our homes for the past 20+ years and a job relocation brought us to the Tampa area. We love our 2 BR 2 Bath apartment on the 3rd floor with its incredibly beautiful view! I use the pool frequently and feel like I am at a resort. I also use the fitness center regularly. We have a YMCA membership but having the convenience of a few minutes walk to our complexs amenities is wonderful! We also love the friendly neighborhood feel as we walk our dog throughout the complex. Theres also a dog park! We have met many people in our daily walks here. Each and every Camden Royal Palms associate has been professional, friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Theyre always here for us with whatever question or concerns we have,always with a smile and sincere desire to listen. We consider them our new Floridian friends! Thank you Camden Royal Palms!

I have always owned my own home for the past 35 years. This is my first apartment experience. I have lived at the Camden Royal Palms apartment for the past 8 weeks and I have to say that I really love it here. Guests that visit my apartment say, Wow, this is really nice! My apartment back porch overlooks a gorgeous lake with ducks, and birds and other wildlife. The scenery is very peaceful and serene. The management here is caring and the maintenance men do an excellent job up-keeping the grounds and apartments. I would highly recommend the Camden Royal Palm apartments.

I have been living here for about a year now and I have had nothing but positive experiences living here. It’s clean, sprays extremely well for bugs (a crucial factor for me!!), is pet friendly, and the staff is phenomenal. We had a very difficult situation with a leaseholder not paying rent and Laura, the property manager, was instrumental in resolving the situation. She handled the situation with fairness and grace and truly did her best to make the best out of the situation. Laura firmly cemented our outstanding opinion of Camden Royal Palms and I will be renewing my lease with them this year!!

Overall my experience at Camden Royal Palms was a pleasant one. It is a very friendly community. I liked that there was security patrolling at night. Landscaping is always well maintained. My apartment was very nice, had a homey feeling to it almost right away. The only complaint I have is the A/C would often break down, but almost right away a technician would come right over to work on it. The staff is nice but I must say Eliel Santiago was truly remarkable when it came to answering any question I had, he is very knowledgeable and accurate, he provides excellent service. I recommend Camden Royal Palms to anyone who is looking for a great experience.

I have lived here for about a year. Toward the beginning it was amazing. However, things didn’t last. This is a pet friendly neighborhood however people will make complaints about pets all the time. Neighbor are so easy to make noise complaint. I’ve had noise complaint put on me with me not even being home. It was horrible. Valet trash is included in your rent, I could barely use my valet trash because every time I place my trash the raccoon will get in it. I’ve complain to the office and they place a lock on my trash bin. Well even with that the raccoon tilt over the trash. The leasing office said they were putting traps for raccoon those were lies. The walls to the apartment are so thin you can hear all your neighbors. When we moved out they are trying to charge us $529 for carpets when we asked for proof of damages, they ripped the carpets and stated the underneath were damages. Please explain how this is our fault and how in the world do we know that wasn’t there before we moved. The leasing office is rude and you can never get through to them. The manager and upper management are horrible as well. They don’t ever call you back. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Generally speaking, things have been good for us in the year that we have lived here. Some concerns include the gate almost always being broken. Part of the appeal of Camden was that it is gated. Part of a fence blew over during the hurricane and it still hasnt been fixed, 3+ months later. I regularly see people come in and out through the opening.The reason for the low rating is that last night our downstairs neighbors threw a HUGE party until 4 in the morning. I tried to sleep through it, but after being woken several times I decided to call the main number. I have not had to complain about noise before so wasnt sure if there was someone on call. I was pleasantly surprised to hear someone answer. Turns out it was a call center at the corporate office in Houston.There is nobody from the community on call and I was instructed to call non-emergency police as that is the only option for our complex. I called and was told that a deputy would go out as soon as they were available. Nobody ever came out. I reached out to the staff/management via Facebook messenger, requesting a call back from Amanda, the community manager. I didnt hear from anyone today though they got my messages. I included photos and video of the mess that was left behind all over our walkway - bags of garbage, liquor bottles, cigarette butts EVERYWHERE.This staff will tell you everything you want to hear, but when theres a real issue they are nowhere to be found. Do not live here. Cannot wait for our lease to be up this summer.

We only lived here for a couple of months but they were extremely enjoyable. My husband was transferred because of his job and we are both very sad that we had to leave. Great community, well maintained, clean and quiet. Apartments are updated and well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, ceiling fans. The maintenance staff was excellent - quick response and always very friendly. Amanda, Christina, Denise and Grethel - all of you will be greatly missed!! Friendly, responsive, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Thank you - you guys are awesome! A true testament to customer service!!

Apartment hunting in the Brandon/Riverview Fl   area show only a very few offer safe living.  Royal Palms is one with a unique, friendly staff and workers unsurpassed by others.  This is reflected from manager Amanda Durance who always has a smile and a willingness to serve her community.  She and her employees put to shame other offices who barely give attention to newcomers and current residents.  They are hardworking, keep communication news of current events in a beautiful, scenic property that is well-maintained.

About to end our 16-month lease & sad to go! Most definitely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The price is high (leaving bc the rent raise pushed it out of our budget) but as always, you get what you pay for. One of my favorite things about Camden Royal Palms is all of the staff, both at the office & the maintenance. The maintenance workers are always smiling & always greet me even if just in passing, and they’re always amazingly professional whenever they’re attending to a work order. The office staff is A+ and a joy to see. I never dread having to bring up a concern. They really care about their residents!!!! Loved attending all of the events they put on.The parking definitely improved when they started enforcing parking permits & visitor parking, and the gate maintenance isn’t always on point but it’s never down for too, too long. Valet trash is touch & go & can get frustrating with the times & rules, but there’s only so much the company can do about it since it’s a third party.Overall, I’ve really enjoyed my stay here & will always recommend Camden!

Been here for over 2 years and the place keeps getting worse. One day I came home and there was dog poop on my door and trash can when I told the manager about it nothing was done or ever said about it again. And FYI I cleaned up the mess. And FYI I don’t have pets! They need to really fix this complex up starting with the gate it’s always broken and random kids/adults getting in the pool and pulling the fire alarm late at night due to the gate always being left open. I pay over 1300 for rent and never have a place to park my car it’s so unsafe and the only advice they can give you is to spend more money and “Just buy a space” for another $100 a month I shouldn’t have to buy a parking space if I would’ve been told about the parking I wouldn’t have moved in. I come home late after work all I want to do is park and go up the stairs but I have to hunt down a space and walk the distance to my apartment it’s sad and every time I think about it I get upset. The maintenance guys are great which is why I gave the 2 stars. Thank God my lease is over soon I don’t recommend this complex they don’t care enough while all they do care about is the money. If your a single parent look into a safer area for your kids. And FYI nothing has changed there is still no parking for the residents who pay to live here. So why did I contact y’all?? This place is a joke they did nothing but thanks for commenting like you cared! Save your time and money:-(

I took a tour with this property not too long ago, and I have to say, it was one of the most pleasurable apartment viewing i have experienced. I had the pleasure of having Natalia as my tour guide. He took care of it rapidly, and afterward, he took time to explain everything to me. I submitted one maintenance request yesterday and then was having a little issue with my washing machine and so I submitted another request this morning....it hasnt even been 24 hours on either request and both issues have been fixed! Camden Royal Palms is our new home and we could not be happier! Our entire experience, from choosing our apartment to moving in, has exceeded our expectations! Our initial contacts with Denise (while we were living out-of-state) were always professional, friendly, and informative. She made the entire process stress-free! From the moment we arrived to move in, every Camden staff member has made us feel truly welcomed; they are professional, friendly, attentive and convey that they care. Thank you Denise, Eliel, Amanda, Gretel, Kim , and everyone who has helped us! Minor issues that needed attention were dealt with very promptly-Kim and the others are wonderful! The grounds are gorgeous. The pool and fitness center are beautiful. The property is quiet and has a neighborhood feel to it .The pet bark park is great. Valet trash pick-up is nice also. Again we couldnt be happier to call Camden Royal Palms our new home!

Lived here for two years & so sad to go! The complex is safe, quiet, and all employees are beyond nice. The maintenance team is AMAZING - quick & get the job done! In our two years we never had one problem that would be typical of apartment living - outside of parking. It can be a bit hard at times. I would recommend CRP to anyone. Thankful for the most comfortable last two years!

First pro, staff is great AND COMMUNITY FOR THE MOST PART IS CLEAN! However this place is outrageously over priced.. Gate is down like every other week. Walls are paper thin.. My unit has black mold. They charged me a carpet cleaning fee of 115 dollars when I offered to it myself. Place is becoming overall ghetto trash. Then when I tried to break my lease back in July they wanted to charge me 2 months rent when my friend lease only required a month and half.. They also require you to have cable which mind you they charge and arm and leg for. NOT EVERYBODY USES CABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR INTERNET!!!!!!!!.. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM CAMDEN EVER AGAIN!

My son and I lived here for a temporary assignment and felt safe and comfortable during our 1 year stay. The grounds team are always on property picking up trash and ensuring the service calls are handled in a timely manner. When choosing to live in an apartment you have to take into consideration there are other people living above, below and next door to you. What they do and how they live, act or play their music, can not be controlled by the Apartment.. this is what you get when you select an apartment, its a community and you choose to be a good or bad neighbor. The staff are great people, the maintenance team responds in a timely fashion, the pool is kept clean, and great efforts are taken to host community events. They are constantly looking for areas to improve and upgrade. The apartments are reasonably priced. I would recommend this community for a family or single person.

You respond to negative reviews with we are looking for ideas to make improvements but when confronted by many members of the community about the issues with parking, management responds by taking away public parking and adding more reserved spots. Im on call at a trauma hospital and when I get called in at night I have 20 minutes to be there and in the OR. Do you have any idea what its like being needed for an emergency life saving procedure and having to spend half of your time limit walking to a vehicle thats parked outside of the gates to the community because the management of your apartment complex (that didnt have enough parking spots already) decided to take even more parking spots away?

So I moved here in May and so far I can honestly say this is probably the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The staff is amazing ...Eliel is the best! Jennifer and Maurielle are awesome as well, as Im sure the others. I love living here I get my requests answered immediately and without hassle. It is really high quality living for an affordable price. This place feels like upscale and it doesnt cost as expensive as upscale could be. I am very happy here.

My other half and I have been apartment searching for a little while now than we came across Camden. We are planning on finding an apartment come August/September. As soon as we stepped out of our car to walk into theeasing of Camden Royal Palms we fell in love. We fell in love with the community and the layout of the apartment and can see ourselves living there. The apartment complex is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful and professional. But most importantly Connor Bachrodt​ from the leasing office is such a professional amazing help. He has been the most help and he has been always so kind to us. Anywhere else we have been doesnt have a Connor. He has a good professional personality and I would recommend him and this apartment complex to anyone.

First of all I am an Honorably Discharged U.S. Marine Corps Combat Veteran, give you guys character background as far as my integrity. I Had two issues here.Issue #1Had black mold in my unit. I got sick, they came and attempted to clean it. I felt sick I had to get a mold test from home depot that cost about $120. I gave them the results asked them to move me, they said that they could not move me.I had to live in my unit with the black mold until the management got someone to come and professionally clean the mold.It seems that someone else in the reviews had a mold issue.Issue #2I accidentally locked my bathroom door. It was one of those put a pin and push it to release the lock type door. It was around 2 a.m. when I tried to use the bathroom. I attempted to use a pin, skewer, coat-hanger, nothing worked to open it. I walked over to see if I could use the bathroom at the fitness center, but it was chained. I had to make a hole using a knife to gain access to the bathroom. I put a work order in the next day a maintenance guy came.He saw the hole he attempted to open it and could not open it, he said it was defective. He said that he would mark the work order as complete and that he would change the door out in a week. A week passed and nothing, every time I saw him, he would say that the door was coming in and that he would change it out. The door was never changed.When I was moving out I explained to Maurille Yao (current manager) what happened, she billed me. I explained to her several times what happened and she said she still had to charge me for the door. I dont know why I was billed for a defective door. It was not my fault that the door was defective.I would not recommend this location to any of my friends or family members.

At renewal time my rent increased by $120.00 per month, which I thought that was quit steep. After some serious thought and with the outstanding experience Ive received from the front office and maintenance I chose to stay. I LOVE it here and will stay as long as they keep up the great service. Camden Royal Palms I thank you for making my stay here a pleasurable experience.

Before I moved out I asked multiple times if they need anything to be cleaned in the apartment. They told me about the tubs and oven. I did that. And I paid them a cleaning fee of $85. THEN out of no where a get a bill for $658 because they decided to replace the carpet. We did not agree to replace anything. This was totally behind my back after I left. Before moving out I went to the office multiple times and asked direct questions if there was anything I should do and no one told me nothing at all. Very insulting and offensive treatment. I will never forget that

The best community Ive ever lived in. My kitchen sink was clogged up on a Sunday night at 9:00 at night, I called to schedule someone to come out the next day and they had someone there fixing it within the hour. On a Sunday! The staff is wonderful and always there for you. Garbage pickup service and cable wifi with the rent is outstanding. I have some family members moving here from Chicago and let them know this is where they need to come.

I cant say enough good things about the property, the people and the staff! I am used to living in homes, and when my needs changed and I relocated, I checked out Camden Royal Palms. The moment I walked through the office door, I was treated with the utmost respect, friendliness and professionalism. Ive only been here one week and the office staff greets me by name. I had a slight issue with my a/c... but it was attended to promptly. Even the maintenance staff stops to chat with you while theyre on their golf carts traveling around the property. If you have a dog, they will be in heaven! The bark park is top notch and my pup enjoys playing on the agility course! This place is one in a million and Im excited to see what fun things/events the staff have planned throughout the year!

When I first moved in, the staff was very personable. I had a roommate leave within the first month and I had to transfer to a one bedroom. I believe the woman’s name was Vanessa, said she would accommodate and get me the lowest rate possible for a one bedroom...I ended up paying the highest rate possible. The apartment I moved into had a few issues nothing major, all was fixed. I didn’t like how I asked maintenance to let me know when they would be in my apartment and they went in once or twice without me not knowing (I prefer being there). The gate not working and a fence being down for a few months, dog poopies everywhere also made me take a star away. BUT! Grethel is an absolute sweetheart and she takes the time to know people and really care, when I was moving, Eliel-I believe he has seen me on my own a lot and knows that I can use a helping hand and he offered to help me move out (unless I heard the message wrong...but either way nice person!) very clean and pretty apartments, great people that work and live there. :)

My family was placed in a rental at Camden through my husband’s company as a part of our relocation. We have been here less than a week and I’m ready to move.They have a one car per adult policy and our family owns three cars. We were only given two parking decals and our third car didn’t have one so we found out (after being towed) that the third car needed to be parked in the guest parking, which is very far from our building. The parking situation is also TERRIBLE.We had our vehicle towed by their tow vendor, Split Second Towing on the evening of 8/7/19 for not being parked in the guest parking. When we went to get the car from the tow yard, it was absolutely the worst experience ever. My husband went to get the car (they would only allow cash payments) and asked to check out the car before taking possession of it. While looking at it, he noticed a gauge on the rear bumper, which wasn’t there before they towed the vehicle. They lied about the damage, how they moved the vehicle and treated us VERY poorly. We had to call the police to create an incident report and will be escalating the matter because it was recorded.We called the apartment complex over 6 times while dealing with this between the hours of 3-4:30 and they never answered. Then, after the incident, we stopped in the leasing office to speak with the property manager (Jennifer) about this tow vendor because we went online and noticed their reviews are below 2.0, they had quite a number of reviews citing the same experience we had AND they’ve been sued for misconduct, in addition to the owner having criminal charges with Hillsborough County. We explained our situation and expressed our concern with the property having a contract with a business with such a poor reputation and terrible practices. Jennifer totally dismissed our concerns stating she’s known the owner for 20 years and she’s never heard anything negative about them. When you’re done reading this review, google Split Second Towing and see if our experience is out of their norm. I showed Jennifer a picture of the owner, whom she said she knew for over 20 years, and she acted as if she didn’t recognize his face. The video was very clear (I will be posting the experience) and there was no way she couldn’t recognize the face of someone she’s known for that long. Essentially, she was not concerned at all with our experience, the fact that this business is known to be unethical or the fact that my husband’s company is paying a substantial amount of money through this corporate lease.We will be escalating it through his company as well as Camden’s corporate office and will see if they care about the relationships they introduce into the lives of their residents. We will also help locate other tow vendors to recommend in lieu of working with a company who’s known for treating consumers poorly. Choose an apartment complex that is responsive, concerned and empathetic.

If you dont have a vehicle this place is for you, if you have a vehicle be prepared to walk more than 5 buildings to the other side of the complex, if parking is available, so quick the leasing office is to dismiss the serious issue and to offer a pay solution to the problem they created, leaser beware run if you plan on seeing your car at night.

Pros: The grounds are nice and well kept. People are, for the most part, friendly. The area is nice.Cons: The staff takes weeks, sometimes a month to reply to any emails, so dont count on any replies. Sometimes they dont even respond.Next, the AC never works. We are ALWAYS having maintenance coming to fix our AC compartment. There has been so many requests for maintenance to fix our AC and each time it never actually works. Our apartment has recently reached 84 degrees and we had to call the emergency maintenance to come fix. He (Jesus Velaszuez) came and did what he always does (release the water from pipe) and then questioned why we never do it ourselves. I have released the water over 10 times, my roommates both have released the water ourselves just as many times. We are all sick of coming home to a disgustingly hot appartment.Ive tried contacting the manager about this problem and havent gotten any response which is very unprofessional...yet they are able to respond to this google review...very sketchy.
