Im thinking of moving here & from what I could see, it is a lovely complex. Gated community, people were at the pool, neighbors were on their patio & spoke to us. Office staff was very friendly and gave us a nice tour of the property. The unit I was shown made me feel like I was home. It is differently in my top 3 choices.. Im in Tx and I dont have half the bedroom space that this property offer. The upgrades speak for themselves & I would be paying less.

I lived here several months before paying to break my lease. The walls are very thin. You can literally hear your neighbors entire conversation and every movement. The office staff are friendly and the grounds are up kept. Parking could be challenging as well at times. My experience at this complex was less than desirable. The location is great.

This place has been the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management and maintenance folks are super friendly, flexible and efficient. The units are nice and spacious, have amazing natural sunlight. Parking spots are spacious and abundant. The furnishings are brand new and they constantly keep updating the infrastructure. Ive already recommended this place to a bunch or people.

Typical time to complete a work/repair order has been less than 24 hrs.Unit:The fixture/paintwork/woodwork is perfect.Houses are newly renovated and overall property is constantly renewed (smart package management, pavement, gym, pool area, club house etc.)Neighborhood is very quiet, spacious and peaceful.

Nice renovated apartment. Spacious and lots of natural light. Good noise isolation. Staff are very nice and helpful. Maintenance team are quick to resolve requests. Feel safe and quite. Recommended to many of my friends.

Beautiful and well kept property! Love how close it is to shopping and restaurants and Natchez Trace. Perfect area to ride bikes over to the reservoir area. The staff is amazing and I promise you there isn’t a manager who will go the extra mile more than Jan!

I would to personally thank the maintenance staff for doing an amazing job this past weekend. These gentlemen are hard workers, work efficiently, without ever complaining. I am currently looking for a new home and visited Bridgewater. The customer service was awesome!!! The staff and apartments speak for themselves. When I get my final work acception. I will be back to lease simple because they cared about my needs. The grounds were very clean and maintained. Everyone should look at moving here. Great place.

Apartments are quite roomy. Attractive hardwood look floors. Manager, Jan, always made extra effort to be sure rules were followed, grounds were kept clean adn to address issues if they came up. Maintenance crew was always helpful. Chose this apartment over several others and would again. Kudos to the entire management and staff!

The staff here is great! They truly care about the property and their residents. Anything you need, they jump on it. You will not regret living here especially since they are renovating their apartments.

My son lives here. I visit often. Very clean well kept community.

I enjoyed the staff they a very sweet. I can understand the delays because I have been in the business before. Its pretty secure for the kiddos. The only thing negative I have to say is that some neighbors/residents dont police their kids like they should at the bus stop. Yes, I do understand people have crazy hours for work but someone needs to be with their child just to eliminate conflict. The same goes for there pets as well. They staff do the there best on informing us on up coming events and area events.

This is the most peaceful apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The staff is always very attentive to the needs that may arise from residents.

I highly recommend Bridgewater Apts in Brandon MS. The facility is gated. The children have safe play areas. The staff is always accomodating. Its peaceful and well kept. The apartments are laid out well to include wood laminate flooring.

A beautiful and clean property! Great visit.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Manager does not enforce rules. Tenants leave garbage out on breeze way, dog feces is everywhere, trash is piled up at the trash bin, price too high. Reside at your own risk but be forewarned.
