Zach gave me a great deal on headlights and installing them! I highly recommend this place to anyone that is in need of something replaced, or detailed! Awesome job!

They do a great job detailing and have done a lot of after market stuff to my truck. Have nothing to complain about.

My daughter brought her vehicle there to get dog urine out of her car seats. They charged 150.00 and said they couldn’t get it out. She brought it to Kv Auto and detail in Pine River and they got it out for $40. We go back to Roc and they wish they could of had another chance which unfortunately they never offered. They gave her $20 back. They charged for a service and didn’t complete the service. Pretty tacky to take advantage of a 21 year old. We are very disappointed. Where is good customer service and why not do the service you said you could do.

We recently had our Avalanche detailed at ROCDetail.... I bought a certificate (value $275.00) from B-Bay- think I paid somewhere around $170.00 forit .They told us it would take about 5 hours - we took itto them at 8:00 am.... called them late afternoon-“not done yet “ - at 4:30 we went down there.. truckwas sitting outside.... looks like they just sprayedit off - was a TERRIBLE WASH job... streaks - waterspots etc.... there was parts that fit in the back of the truck just laying in the back.They did a good job on the inside....but not the outside!! We will NEVER take a vehicle to ROC Detailagain!!!!!!!

Zach is a liar and a thief as well as a registered sex offender. 6 years ago I came up with an idea for a business to help recovering drug addicts after treatment. I invited zach to be my business partner. As he was married to my stepsister. I moved him here from st. Paul. Almost 3 years into the business I cant figure out why Im doing all the work and making 15k a year trying to support a family of 5. I tried to go to the bank to look at my accounts since Im an equal partner, but the bank wont let me. Eventually Im allowed access. Come to find out zach had been using the business account to pay for hotels, food, vacation etc.. I confronted him and all I got was oops I used the wrong card on accident. I told him that I was tired of him lying and he had a very inappropriate relationship with a female employee whom he spent all day every day with. He convinced me a few months earlier to sign over 15% of my shares because he needed a line of credit. I trusted this dude with everything. He was over 8k behind in the shop rent but his new girlfriend had full pay as well as benefits. I told him we were gonna split the business in the spring. Next day he changed the locks on the shop and locked me out of the business I started. I had no income with a newborn baby at home as well as a 2 and 6 year old. Zach offered me 70k buyout that he would pay over 15 years. I told him no. Then he filed a false restraining order. After no way to support my family he had me sign over my dream for $3,500. A company valued at 300k. Is this someone who loves Jesus? I was just reading his post about how he loves Jesus. It breaks my heart that the real Jesus from the bible has people like Zachary osiowhemu representing his name. Alexander the great once found out that a soldier who was a coward was named after him. He went straight to the boy and told him to either have some honor and courage and strength or change your name!!

Customer service is excellent, prices are fair

Im sure these guys are a great car wash, but as for mechanics, I believe this place is a total scam. I brought in my 07 Honda si, because it wouldn’t start, we figured it was something simple like something electric.We have paid $200.00 JUST for a bunk diagnostic!!! Yes $200.00Right away guy told my dad that it needs a complete new engine... after telling me everything checks out on the scan, and valves are good... This was red flag number one. Then the kid working on my car said “I can’t fix it, but I will buy it from you for $700.00 because him and another man working there were interested in racing my car...(the tires costs $700.00)Red flag number two.So DO I need a full engine replacement jess, or were you trying to scam me out of my car for $700.00? This is incredibly unprofessional behavior. I was SHOCKED being offed $700.00 for my “unfixable car” I highly recommend NOT using this place for mechanics.

In my opinion he was overpriced and his work was good but I would not say excellent.
