I went to look at a used Chevy Monte Carlo SS. When inspecting the vehicle, I noticed that the oil level didnt even reach the dip stick. If that isnt bad enough, they were showcasing this vehicle on their showroom floor. Anyone who knows how to take care of cars knows that a car should always be full on oil, especially if you claim that it has been very well taken care of. Will not stop here again.

Drew and his wife were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I came right when they opened to look at a vehicle i had seen online the night before. I was greeted and helped right away by Drew. While warming the car up for me to take for a test drive he had introduced me to his wife and BEAUTIFUL merl Poodle!!! ( STUNNING DOG!! ) he answered all the questions I had. I came back later with my husband and his wife greeted us while Drew was finishing up with another customer. There are no words to describe how comfortable that place was! It was a no pressure easy going place! Family owned and that was a huge plus! The friendly conversations and the knowledge was great! Very happy with our new truck! Randy and his wife were great to work with, and very accommodating to our 3 kids. We drove a ways to get there, and it was well worth the drive. One of the reasons I felt comfortable making the trip is because of the reviews on Google. They did not disappoint, and why I felt inclined to also add a review myself (Dont usually write these). Bonus points for being a family run business, and the cookies in the mail were a nice touch!

Take everything you know about car salesmen and throw it out the window. The staff truly cares about you and will not try to force you into buying a car that does not suit your needs. I live three hours away from this dealership, and they were kind enough to meet me halfway with my new truck. Ive been to many a dealer, none so welcoming and helpful as Miltimore. I finally had to give up on it and give it back to the bank I wish there would have been more that the dealership could have done to help me keep the car running
