Traveled to town for a conference and had car trouble. I was in town for a week and he was able to take care of the problem quickly. I was able to get back on the road and still explore before I had to leave. Great communication and very friendly!

This place went above and beyond. Were very friendly and loved their sense of humor during this stressful time. Reasonable pricing and fixed my car faster than expected.

Repair was good so far. The service and communication were very sub par. Most likely wont be back.Here is my issue. I was told if I brought the car Im Thursday am by 11 it could possibly get looked at. It was there roughly around 9am. I was called about 930am stating you were given the wrong keys and I was going to have to pay for a locksmith. This was incorrect as you gave your workers the wrong key. The. Never received a call back with the status that day. I called back 5 hrs later to check and was told they found the right key but would look at it tomorrow. Then Friday morning was called at 9:30am or so and was told what the problem was and I said ok to repair. Still no f/u call close to noon so I called back. Then when i called back i was talked down to. All interactions with Kelly. So yes I stand by my review. You are lucky to get a 3 star. Thanks. If you want a better review you should have better communication and treat your customers better thanks!

I had a headlight go out and for my truck that means the entire assembly had to come out - a bit beyond my own capabilities. I called Kellys yesterday and they were booked but got me in early this morning. Kelly said it would take about 45 minutes, and then when they got in there said there was something weird and it might take longer. 18 minutes after I walked in the light was done, and when it came time to pay he only charged me for the parts because the job ended up being so small. I will definitely be going back for anything else I need. And as others have mentioned, he is a funny dude. Kept me laughing the whole time. Highly recommend.

Don’t bother stopping here if you are female and don’t look like a model. I am a little old grandma. Stopped in to get air put in the tires, and I would have happily paid for someone to do that, but instead I was told it was self-serve by the man in charge, and they wouldn’t help me. I was nearly injured by the pressurized hose as it flew out of my hand when I disconnected it. It is hard for me to get down to put air in the tires and then get back up. When I returned the hose to the lobby, the man at the counter laughed at me, criticized me and asked me if the weather was cold enough for me to add air to the tires in the subzero temperatures. These are the kind of males that give men a bad name. It appears that they are nice to other men. Women should stay away.

Had my Jeep at Kellys for a couple of weeks try to diagnose some issues on why the vehicle wasnt running correctly, that I gave to my teenage son. Never once were basic fluids like oil and transmission fluid checked while it was at his shop. I currently live in Virginia, so I didnt have the ability to evaluate basic things like this myself. I would expect this oversight by my son, but not from professional mechanics. Once I was able to see the car after I paid almost $800 in repairs from his shop, noticed that there as over 5 quarts of transmission fluid missing and 2 quarts of oil. The remaining oil and fluid were burnt. Totally unacceptable, so keep looking for a better mechanic.

Kelly is such a super nice guy he will do what he can for you and keep it in a budget and also exceeds expectations. He fixed other things as surprises just out of the goodness of his heart. I give him 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This place is amazing. Our grandson had an issue near Brainard, and called several places. Everyone else put him off for a week. Kellys got him in right away, and fixed the problem, and came back with a lower price than quoted. An awesome, honest place.
