Dr. Bustos is very skilled. He is especially patient with those who have a fear of dentists, like I do. His prices are quite reasonable considering the office is very modern and the equipment is top of the line. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended dentist!

Staff is very friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entering and had a smooth process. The technician that did my xray was very supportive in helping me to relax and explained the process. I was asked what did I expect and my outcome.Dr. Bustos was very thorough and courteous. I went in for a filling today. Everyone was very nice. The doctor was right on time. Everything was smooth as silk. I am happy to have found an independent dentist as opposed to one who works at a corporate office.

Happy with my care. I have a temporary crown in while I wait for the permanent one to be created. I had the temporary put in on Friday and I noticed a lot of pain over the weekend. I called Monday morning and right away they saw me and fixed the issue. Professional and punctual.

Dentistry and orthodontics is 5 stars. I would have given the overall rating five stars if the waiting room was a little more pleasant. It needs help! At least put some plants or something in the waiting room. Its like four drab walls with cheap pictures and cheap furnishings with no style. Gray and dreary. Bad first impression.

This was my first time and I was very pleased. The visit was a little long but I didnt mind as the staff was professional and friendly! Appreciated the attention to detail and explanations of procedures.

I picked 3D because it was so close to my home, but what a delightful surprise how wonderful and friendly and professional all of the staff are. The team cares for you from over the phone, to greeting at the door, to making sure they know your sensitivities in the chair. I couldnt be happier. What can I say, I love my dentist!! My dentist has great gas (because I get anxious about pain) 😁🦷🪥👍

I am very pleased with Dr Bustos and the dental office staff . Very professional and very detail oriented. Not only had xrays done but also real close up pictures of my teeth. I could see what teeth really need work done. Havent seen this before in other dental offices and I really appreciate they give disposable shades to wear, it helps so much .

Staff very friendly, Dr Bustos very professional. But, my insurance told me they pay 90 percent, I was only responsible for 10 percent, plus my deductible ( only $50). Well my bill ended up being a little over 400, ( for a rotted tooth removal) my payment was $270 . I should have paid under $100 . I expect a refund of over $170 back from dentist, we shall see if they do. If not, never going back again.

By far the best dental care I have ever experienced! Courteous, professional, welcoming, and friendly staff made me feel like family. It’s very apparent Dr. Bustos is a dentist with integrity and compassion who truly cares about his patients. It’s rare to find a dentist that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person along with excellent quality of dental care. He educates his patients on their diagnosis, treatment, and preventative care. His extensive knowledge on teeth and oral hygiene is extremely evident and he is always staying up-to-date on the latest innovations in dental technologies to incorporate new equipment/techniques in the office. Overall, 3D Dentistry provides excellent services and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Always a pleasure going to 3D...they match crown colors to your teeth really well...everyone is nice...I think they need a massage chair for co-worker breaks!

Had a wonderful visit while visiting Florida. Dr. B made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and had a calming bedside manner. His office is spacious and clean with great technology. He replaced a lot of fillings for me and called the next day to check if I was doing ok. Ive had a chance to visit my dentist where I live and he commented that my fillings looked amazing. He said if filling could be models these would be supermodels. He was extremely impressed with the quality of Dr. Bs work. I would highly recommend everyone to see him.

Amazing! I always had the best dental care by Dr. Bustos. He has been my dentist for over 7 years and he has always done the best dental work on my family. He treated my 14-year old son for an extraction recently. My son was amazed that he didn’t even feel getting the anesthetic and how gentle the entire process went.

They change dentists and hygienists a lot but the staff that I interact most with (like administrative) are so kind and understanding, I don’t plan on leaving! Ive had to change appointments multiple times due to financial and work reasons and they are so understanding and patient every time!

I was a patient of Dr.Munoz. I was pleased with the care I received under her direction. But Dr. Max is great. His knowledge and manner immediately puts you at ease. He definitely knows what he is doing. He may look young, but he is a Yoda of dentistry. His staff is equally accommodating and well trained. And their choice of music was awesome.I never thought a dental experience could be pleasant.

Amid all the Covid madness I had a dental emergency. Within the same day, I was seen and treated by one of the best dentists I’ve ever visited. I’m making Dr. Bustos my dentist for life! His office manager was assisting, Tanoka, she is the sweetest practice manager I’ve ever encountered. Great customer service and beyond exceptional dentistry! Couldn’t say enough great things about these two! Don’t waste your time with a cold and painful dentist- Dr Bustos was gentle...never thought a gentle dentist existed!

Update on my review. Dr. Sonja Munoz use to be the dentist there and her staff. A month ago my husband walks in for an emergency and finds out Sonja Munoz and her whole staff left. Whole new staff and dentist there now. We are not staying. Cant give you a review on them, but at least the other dentist and staff couldve written letters or emails to their patients to say goodbye or warn of the change in office. I thought that was very unprofessional.

Very friendly front office crew, always efficient with scheduling and checking out. Had deep cleaning with Shayda, nice, friendly and did a great job. Had a crown removed with Dr Max, he as well did a great job, took his time, told me what was going on and did it correctly.

Had my 1st exam, x-rays and cleaning and scheduled follow up work I knew of. It is a brand new state of the art office and NOT a corporate conveyor belt. I spent 1 1/2 hours of quality time with the dentist and hygienist ... gentle and friendly without high pressure sales. I will definitely recommend them.

Outstanding attention and service.

This was my 1st and last appointment today. I went in and was greeted nicely and everything went smooth. X-rays, exam, recommendations...then comes the cleaning. They want to do a “deep” clean for $120. I said no. I can see the paperwork where my insurance says it is no cost to me. I want what the insurance covers. I am then gone through by the cleaning lady, Dentist, and I’m assuming billing woman to tell me I really need this. I go through all of them with the same attitude. I’m here for what my insurance pays for (not for what you can make more money on). Then I am told after some time... “We can do the deeper clean for $50 out of your pocket.” I laugh and said no. (Funny how something you “need” all of a sudden is 65% off after you say no) So they then tell me without this “deeper” clean they cannot keep me as a patient. I laughed and said that’s fine I’ll go anywhere else. New dentist looking for money! You’ve been warned

I have had cleanings l, exams and filings here. Friendly staff, on time and they follow up and I am impressed with the work done. So great to have a dentist in the neighborhood!

A place you want to stay away from! I went here because I had a cap come lose and I needed it re-cemented and that was it. First they wanted to take a x-ray of the tooth. I asked for what reason and that was going to make the bill higher then needed to be. Well lets just say they came up with a bill over $300 for 5 mins of work. I told them that was way to much money just to put it back on. Ended up getting it cheaper at the end. Today I had another one come lose so I called them up and asked if they could do it for same cost. They said ok and made me a time to come in. Well when I get there they tell me it will be $120 just to be seen and to get x-ray and to do the work was going to be more. I got up and walked out. I am not going to be scammed again.

This dentist was amazing! My son, 17, was in alot of pain and concerned. Their office got him in immediately to treat him. Rhonda made the process easy and was extremely accommodating! The entire staff was very patient with my son as he also has very badgag reflux. From start to finish A+++++. The dentist also didnt try to sell unneeded services to us. This is one of the reasons we are leaving our other dentist. Always a salespitch on what you can possibly need. Finally found a family dentist who is really looking to just help people!! Thank you soooo very much 3D Dentistry!
