Dr. Frenchman and his entire staff are wonderful, personable and kind. They provide superb dental work. My TMJ was cured with the night guard they made for me. I’m impressed and very happy with the results! Thank you!

No one loves going to the dentist; but I LOVE Bayshore Gardens Family Dentistry. Ive been a patient for 8 years running. Front office, dental assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Frenchmen are always a pleasure to interact with: professional, warm, personal, and genuinely a good, caring team. And the work is great, too.

The team at Bayshore Gardens Family Dentistry is always so helpful and courteous and Connie is the best and Dr. Frenchman is an amazing doctor as well. They always do a thorough job and make the appointment enjoyable!

A dentist who cares. I have seen a few dentist in the past many years and most are quick and don’t seem to care. This dentist is different very patient and explains everything that is going on. I felt comfortable and informed this. His staff won’t above and beyond. I forgot my insurance card so they took it upon them selves to call and get my information from the insurance company. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Frenchman was great! Just had a crown done which required a few shots. I couldn’t tell you how many because I didn’t feel any of them. Kinda takes the dread out of going to see the dentist. Once he started the procedure, he kept making sure I wasn’t feeling anything and was comfortable. The staff was super nice as well and made me feel more like a friend than a customer.

Have been to many dentists in the area. Dr. Frenchman is definitely the best. He and his staff are caring and professional. Wonderful bedside manner- puts you at ease. Quality work and time efficient! I’m in and out in much less time than other practices I’ve been to. I’m moving to Sarasota but will continue to see him. Worth the drive!

I had a lot of questions regarding a procedure and I never felt rushed to make a decision or like I was taking too much time in asking. I was a new patient and very scared. The staff was so nice and comforting from the very beginning. Once I met the Doctor, he was so companionate with my fear that now I am willing to go back and continue my treatment without hesitation.

Excellent service pulling my few remaining teeth and digging out the buried remnants of several others. Could have been major pain, but Dr. Frenchman and staff made it almost a pleasant experience. And dentures... well-made, fit well, an excellent job.My only quibbles have to do with price, and I would have the same problem with almost any independent dentist. Im a low-income senior citizen, and a lot of prices seem high to me, especially in the medical and dental fields.I could have spent less by going to one of the chain dental operations, but I think I would have had a lot of pain and lower-quality work. Price is not always a good indicator of quality, but in this case, maybe it was. My wife had some extensive dental work done a few years ago (elsewhere) for major $$$. Of course, she has a husband to pay for things, and I dont.Will I go back to Dr. Frenchman? Yes. Should you go to him or to his partner (and wife) Dr. Scala? Might as well. Youll get competent, friendly service, and thats more important than price, right?

I travel 360 miles round trip to see Dr. Frenchman and his wonderful staff. I would have never thought that I would say that I enjoy going to the dentist. I have been going to Dr.Frenchman for quite a few years now. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. I have had some bad dentists in the past so I really appreciate having one that cares. I am never kept waiting long and they make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.

When it comes to dentistry, the office of Dr. Scala & Dr. Frenchman is the best in the area. The staff and the doctors are excellent in what they do. Dr. Scala went above and beyond to find a tartar and remove it. It just couldnt be found. After explaining to her that something was not right despite the teeth looked healthy and clean. She listened and went the extra mile to find the tartar. I didnt know if it was a tartar. Great team.Keep up the great work!

Dr. Frenchman is great, and staff has always been wonderful at helping me prioritize my dental needs while keeping within my insurance budget. Love this dentist, and even though I have moved out of the area I still intend to return for all my dental needs! :)

Our dentist for over 9 years recommend Dr. Scalia and Dr. Frenchman in conjunction with our move to Florida. My first appointment was to be a cleaning. However, 3 days before the cleaning, I broke a filling/tooth. Dr. Frenchman and his talented team conducted the cleaning and accommodated the need for a crown and filling during this first visit. They were completely focused and very thorough. They were committed to my care and comfort during the entire visit. I am very satisfied with the service and care received. I found the entire team to be talented and professional and the facility complete with new technology, clean and enviting. I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Frenchman!

As a Canadian snowbird it is always a little daunting to undertake medical help outside our country. One feels somewhat financially vulnerable in an unfamiliar setting. I am glad to report that in the case of myself and with the help of Dr. Frenchman I realized I had nothing to worry about. He understood my predicament and gave me short and long term solutions to my predicament thereby letting me decide how , when and where I could resolve my dental problem considering cost and time.I dont hesitate to recommend this clinic to my Canadian and American friends.

Both dentists are warm and welcoming as well as all of their staff. Most imporntantly, VERY gentle and maintain a calmness about my visits that makes a big difference when someone is working in the mouth. Highly recommend this practice to anyone of any age.

Not very happy I go in to get my cleaning and a couples fills that all I ask for and they won’t do anything they keep saying we need to do a root canal. I can’t afford anything else just my cleaning and fills. And then I get sent home. No cleaning or fillings done again. So I give up!!

I had a crown that had broken a little and then totally broke off. I went to Dr. Scala as she was my Dentist. As always I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken right back. Her assistant, Deb took a look and an X-ray. She went for the Dr. and when she came in I was told the tooth could not be saved, it had to be pulled, and there are two right in front of this one with small cavity. Everything from the start was a total caring for me. I was told each step from the pre numbing jell to two teeth fixed, one pulled and a stich. Dr. Scala knows me and I really do not like going to the Dentist, she is so comforting before, during, and after her work is done. If your looking for a great Dentist, Dr. Scala is your woman.

Dr. Frenchman takes the traditional meaning out of the expression Id rather have root canal. He practices painless professionalism. Gets my highest recommendation.

5 stars! Im from Michigan and was in Bradenton for only 2 weeks. As soon as we arrived......popped a cap. Ugh!! It wasnt a new one either! Called and got in the next day. Dr. Frenchman told me it was broken after X-raying. He put temporary bonding over the exposed area enough to last 2 weeks for me to return home. Yay! Enjoyed my 2 weeks here and now have a dentist in Bradenton to call if needed! Super nice staff too! The best!
