After trial and failure with 3 local dentists I decided to call Greenberg Dental on Cortez.Not only did they schedule me immediately for my 1st visit - I cracked a molar and had a decent cavity in another - but they got me in the following day to have both repaired.The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and super friendly - the entire staff was welcoming and so down to earth.Dr. Rodriguez was amazing and his personality helped so much with my anxiety. I recently had major cervical surgery so he brought a pillow to make me more comfortable, took his time, and did an awesome job with my teeth.I like that they do everything in office - from cleanings to braces to implants - and also offer a more than reasonable dental plan that really takes away from the financial burden of dental preventive and restorative care.From start to end the entire experience was perfect!I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to this dental place for 4 years, and I am very picky about my dental work, and this place is superbe. Ive gone through a couple dentists in this Cortes and theyre both were a superior, the doctor I had to day was very pro ficient and very precise. The whole office staff is very friendly and easy to communicate with. You should take my opinion and try this dental place because it is definitely the best Ive been to in many years. And Delma is awesome as a receptionist she will make your appointment to fit for you. She will fill ur needs at every request. She will give you her time in until the problem is solved.

Well the building is empty. No signs stating where they moved to but the number is still ringing but for months I never get an answer just a chance to leave a voicemail. But no callbacks.

My 16 yr old son has a heightened nervousness when it comes to the dentist. We had an appointment for 5pm, and arrived on time. There was one other patient in the waiting area who asked the front desk several times how much longer until she was seen. The front desk was compromised of 4 women, and must have had a terrible day, as they rudely pushed the patient aside. After sitting there for an hour listening to the front desk employees talk about how overbooked the dr is for tomorrow but oh well, she will just call people last minute in the morning,I should have known at 6pm, when my son still wasnt seen, that I shouldnt ask them to update me or explain anything regarding my appointment. What I never expected was to have one of said rude employees tell another rude employee to, Turn the radio on; that will chill her out. They can wait longer. As my son and I left without being seen, the ladies then thought it appropriate to point at us while laughing as we got into our car. One of them even opened the door, stared at us, and then simply shut the door. If Dr. Greenberg is on board with his staff treating his patients in this manner, I hope that he is onboard with losing more patients moving forward. I should have known better when I saw he only has a 3.9 rating to begin with. Unfortunate that he doesnt care.

Am having some Dental Implants with Bone Grafts done. The offices on Cortez W in Bradenton and the one in Sarasota have courteous staff and are kept clean and safe for patients. Really liked Dr Bardsley and his staff.

I took my daughter in for a consult and was so amazed with this office! I was running late due to traffic on a Friday afternoon on the 4th of July weekend, but they took my daughter in with no complaint. I was so thankful!! The staff is so polite and helpful. They are very quick and professional as well. I look forward to going back to get my daughters cavity fixed.

I had a dental emergency and the office manager bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. They all stayed late to get my dental work finish. Thank you so much for caring for your customers.

First time with my new dentist . Loved both the Assistant and my Dentist ‘s efficiency and calm demeanor. My company’s dental plan suggested Greenberg Dental and know I am in good hands. They are conveniently located and office was super clean . They are cost effective and reasonable in all ways .

Not happy with the service. Apparently a new Dentist and new office staff. After not hearing back after 2 weeks and expecting a call I called them. On Tuesday they called me back and said my next procedure would be ready in 2 weeks and then someone just called me today (Thursday) and saying they have to find my case and will probably be 4 weeks s... so someone lied to me on Tuesday or they’re lying to me today??? I’m ready to get my money back and a new dentist!!!!!The office staff has no compassion.. they’re telling me they just took this office over and I’m on their list of cases to find.. what does that even mean? Your standing there sweeping the floor instead of “looking for my case” I e already waited -almost 3 weeks.. this is not acceptable

There is a new dental hygienist. I was nervous to go because Emmett had been cleaning my teeth for so long and now hes working Add another office. There is a new hygienist Irene And she did a fabulous job. I was very happy. She didnt hurt me. I will go back again. For my next cleaning

My experience was less-than-stellar this visit I was on time for my 3 appointment I was put into a room ask them to pull up my x-rays which I would have thought they would already have pulled up from the Bee Ridge office when I told them they are taking an x-ray there saw the doctor for a couple of minutes and then was left in a room for an hour one hour remind you Im in a wheelchair I could have had to go to the restroom I was anxious and sweating and didnt have any idea why it was taking so long for someone to come back Inn I called the office from the examining room and said I have been in there for quite a long. Of time at that point in 45 minutes the receptionist said she would tell the check another 15 minutes went by were now up to exactly an hour I was in that room by myself I slid myself down the chair took the brakes off my wheelchair pulled the wheelchair back up to the dental chair got myself out of the room and up to the receptionist area where in tears I sit and I raise my voice I wanted to know what the hell is going on why was Ive been made to wait for an hour when in reality the doctor only needed to look at my broken crown and figure out what to do and how many appointments it would take to do that when he finally came in he apologized I was still very upset over the fact that I was there on time and all he needed to do is look at this tooth. I realized youre short-staffed that youre doing everything you can to treat people during this covid-19 but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving anyone least alone someone who is handicapped at the moment sitting in a room with a closed door for an hour I should have been seen at my appointed time or shortly thereafter before another patient was being worked on

I looked a long time to find a place to leave this review. I guess they want to chose only the best reviews to put on their website under WHAT PATIENTS ARE SAYING:.I went to Greenberg Dental, because I had a molar that had decayed beneath the gum line. I wanted to save the tooth, because it was part of my only remaining chewing surface.The people up front were not rude, but at the same time, they were not very friendly. A smile goes a long way in a dentist’s office, even if it is under a facemask. They did not seem to be happy working there. Maybe all four of them had had a trying day already at 11AM. I don’t know. As I said, they were not rude. There might have been a good reason for them not being jovial.The ex-ray tech was friendlier. Even though she had a facemask, she seemed to be smiling through her eyes and tone of voice. She took many ex-rays, which is a good thing.The dentist and his assistant were nice enough, but I was not happy with the results. The dentist showed me the ex-rays to show me where the decay was too close to the roots of the molar to save the tooth, which again is a good thing for them to be honest with me. They told me that they would have to refer me to an oral surgeon, which was NOT a good thing.They only gave me the name of one oral surgeon and he was not on my insurance as ‘in network’. It would have cost me over $1000 to have him pull the tooth. I chose Greenberg Dental in the first place because they took my insurance and most of the cost would have been covered by the insurance.I found another dentist that was also on my dental plan. Greenberg did give me a copy of the ex-rays at no cost to take to the next dentist and I thank them for that. My insurance would not have paid for a second set of ex-rays in as many days. The second dentist office got me in quickly. The dentist’s assistant and the dentist told me the same thing about the tooth not being savable and that it would have to be pulled, but the dentist told me there was not a problem in them pulling it. Within an hour, the tooth was removed, even though it was a difficult extraction. The top of the tooth had to be snapped off first (not as bad as it sounds) and the two roots then had to be extracted separately one at a time, but he was able to remove them quickly.I found everyone I encounter at the second dentist to be friendly and professional. Both the dental assistant and the dentist joked with me to put me at ease. The dentist was VERY considerate of the fact that it took three times to get my mouth deadened enough where I did not feel pain during the extraction. He even put more deadening in amongst the roots after the top of the molar was removed. My insurance covered the extraction 100%. I only had to pay a total of $22 for the visit. That is the same amount I had to pay at Greenberg and I left the same way I went in.The second dentist’s office emailed me the needed paperwork to fill out before I got there, had me call when I got there for my appointment, had me remain in my car and had a nurse come out to me to take my temperature before I could go inside. Greenberg had me come in, take my temperature and give me the needed paperwork to fill out. I then had to go back out to my car and wait for them to call and tell me I could come back inside for the exam. It was a small thing for me, but I saw others that were using a walker and/or wheelchair having to do the same.

Just had my first visit. everything went very well and staff was very friendly and professional waited no time to be taken to room for x-ray Doctor explained 2 types of treatment for my problem, and let me choose. He was very personable and made me feel very much at ease also the cost was very affordable.. Sure dont understand some negative reviews I read before I went.

Greenburg Dental has been very helpful with both my sons and my dental work. They are very professional and explain the procedures so we can understand what they are doing and we are more comfortable that way!

A little long of a wait but it was worth it. Everything was broken down for full understanding. Hygienist was awesome, she did a very good job on cleaning.

This was the worst dentist office Ive ever visited. If I could I would give it a negative star! The office staff was rude and the dentist unaccommodating. He recommended a deep clean even tho my gums are not red or puffy, my teeth dont bleed when I brush or floss! They also dont do the procedure correctly ie: they dont apply antibiotics to the infected area. Dont know if this is because they dont have the expertise, equipment or authorization to do so? I said no to the deep clean so they refused to do a regular cleaning! After taking my insurance money for the ex-rays!!! This visit was a total waste of my time.

Great staff and great Dr. Jim. They helped with everything we were worried about. Great cleaning and they really helped me calm down and when they say nothing hurts they mean it.

The surgeon very nice and personable. The billing staff however was difficult after taking your money and takes a very long time when they make errors in billing. I can’t in good conscience recommend the Bradenton office for care but if you choose to, be sure of your insurance especially if you have get prior approval. Have them call your insurance to verify what they will be pay beforehand.

Had a toothache on a Friday night that rolled into a Saturday. My wife was able to get me an appointment that Saturday with Dr. Fowler. She identified the problem and gave me several options. One of which was to pull the tooth. That was my preference. I also had a bridge that came out as the teeth (roots) were gone. I asked her if she could also pull those. She said sure. Then, I asked her if she could do all three right then and there. Yep. She did them all! Went for a follow up today. She worked with my insurance company as well. GREAT Dr.! Very happy we found her! 5 star rating, for sure. Very pleased.

I took my son there today for an exam and a cleaning. I wish I would have caught the ladies name who took care of him (long dark hair with braces, she said she had a grandson) because she did a great job, was very friendly and was super patient with my 4 year old. The wait wasnt long at all and the overall experience couldnt have gone better. Thank you!

My cleaning was an unpleasant experience.Water all over my face almost choked!The woman who polished my teeth was rough and had long nails.Grabbed my mouth and cheek roughly and nails dug into my gums and it hurt!Wont go back!

Best place to go. I went to seven (7) other dentist offices and non of them excepted walk ins, and one of them did but didnt have the tools to pull my tooth. Finally I went to Greenberg and instead of hunting after my money they were there to help. they saw that my tooth was inflamed and instead of pulling it now they gave me antibiotics until Thursday and then they will pull it out. they want to make sure they wont break it so we need to wait for the inflammation to go away. they were professional, kind and understanding. Just because they have a bad rating doesnt mean they suck. this is a great office, and I will recommend it to all my friends. this is the first dentist that didnt rudely remind me that i have an ugly smile and i will need a tone of work done, no instead she told me that we need to pull that tooth and then we can talk about other work that needs to get done.

This is the WORST dental office I have ever been to. I had to have the same filling done 3 times! 3rd time being them tell me I need a root canal because the filling kept falling out! They cant even fill a cavity correctly!!! They are rough and inconsiderate and I am definitely not letting them do a root canal on me. Going to choose a different dental office. Highly disappointed, not to mention waiting 2+ hours even when you have an appointment.

After that, the office staff would not let me schedule a simple cleaning and wouldnt let me talk to the dentist. I called the Insurance Company and they said, Nonsense. Find a new dentist. So I did.

I went there yesterday and waited 2 hours and 20 minutes before they even worked on me. They kept telling me to relax my tongue and then the dentist told me that if I didnt relax my tongue he might cut it off. How do you relax your tongue is what I asked him and he couldnt answer me!! I was out of there so fast! Horrible!

Was given 2 two options and I chose extraction but yet dr. John felt the need to try and upsell . I clearly stated 4 times to pull the tooth and he kept trying to do a sales pitch. I would not recommend this place.

So sad....My entire family are(maybe not after today)patients of this office. I cant speak for the entire staff because there are a few good ones but the Periodontists Secretary/assistant Cathleen is about the most unprofessional and down right rude individual I have ever encountered in a medical profession. She refused to take responsibility for loosing our information and not processing the information needed for my husbands upcoming surgery... today he took off work to meet with her and got there to find out she had no information for him. It was such a waste of our time and money. She called me while I was at work and continued to be loud and condescending when confronted with proof the information was given as requested and when I asked to move along the call in a professional manner she dismissed me and hung up the phone. If I hadnt already put thousands of dollars in to the work being done I would never go back to them. One bad apple surely ruined my entire view of this office. So sad....

The dentist did a filling on the wrong tooth. Didnt feel any remorse. Then never did the ones I needed done. Also scheduled me twice that were unavailable appointments. They now kicked me out because patients complained. But I think they are trying to avoid a lawsuit. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Their are too many issues in the office and they treat you like dirt. I called asking for the customer care number twice and got hung up on each time.

Went with my daughter about a year ago, she was 4yrs old at the time. They did her clean up and Dr. said to make her appt for next year. Next year came which was 2 months ago, waited 45mins. Got called into the room and had be wait another 15mins. Assistant finally came in and as soon as he came in, he didnt want to do a clean up or anything. While arguing with him that the previous dr told me to reschedule and now they cant/wont do anything, he told me to wait to talk to the dentist. Again another wait. 5. 10.. 15mins. Comes back in to tell me the same thing he told 15mins ago that they told be able to, and then walks out saying let me talk to the dentist meaning.... you never talked to the dentist in 15mins!!!??? Really... 5.... 10.mins and finally returns and says no we cant do anything... I stormed out of there with my daughter as calmly as possible (because of my daughter). Before them calling my daughter in, I had set up an appt for myself which brings us to today. Walk in 7am for my appt. Tell one of the front desk reps that in here for my appt with name and everything. He says ok Ill let them know you are here. 20 mins go by and two other clients go in before me. Now Im wondering why and start making eye contact with one of the other reps at the desk. She pops her head and asks, are you here for an appt?Responded yes, your co worker didnt put it into the system? No with a confused / lost face.Got up and thank you, you can cancel my appt.Never again!!

My first experience with the hygienist was aweful. However the dentist was excellent. My 22nd visit was great. The hygienist was excellent and the staff was very pleasant.

This is THE WORST dental office on the planet!!! The office staff is so ridiculously stupid maybe besides the main manager. They have messed up my appointments several times. They screwed up our billing as well and tried billing the wrong insurance! They are SOOO unprofessional. I was supposed to get a tooth pulled today due to it causing me headaches and pain. They messed up and said it was supposed to be a consult. I have already had several of those! I will NEVER return here and I suggest you DO NOT EITHER!! Find a different dentist and dont waste your time or money!!!!! I Would give them zero stars if I could. The actual dentist and periodontist are fine, but they need to fire their entire office staff and start over. RIDICULOUS!!!! Jackie I think she said her name was? The absolute worst dental experience in my life. It wasnt so much the dentist, but the reception. They screwed everything up from the minute of my first appointment. Nothing ever scheduled correctly, billing was a nightmare, just very condensed ding and always made you feel like it was somehow your fault that they screwed up. I will never go back. And I will spread the word about how awful they are.

Rude employees. The num for their Bradenton office was listed for their Altamonte Springs. Team Leader Brianna was rude and not apologetic for any mixup and seemed to blame the confusion on me.
