My friend and I booked the 24ft double water slide for a back to school block party! The slide was scheduled for Saturday from 10am-6pm! Due to scheduling, the slide was delivered Friday night and not picked up until Sunday afternoon! The set went great and our block party was a huge success!! Thank you! Would highly recommend! Christian was very responsive and answered all my questions!

Rented a double water slide that had leaks and the pool wouldnt fill up. Crew had to come out 4 times to attempt to fix it while my party was going on, and were rude to my family. My father had to patch it and only one side of the slide was able to be used. It also was dirty and full of ants upon initial set up.I spent $500 and the owner said he would take some off but then did nothing. I would check around for other companies that value repeat business and workd of mouth raves. Buyer beware!

I have rented from Obie many times and they always have great customer service. Today they went above and beyond. We notice that many of their houses were sold out so we decided to call and they went out of their way to make sure we were accommodated. I used them for the first time on 11/14/20 but it wont be the last. They were on time. The two inflatables I ordered were clean and in great condition. The water slide was a huge hit. It was so much bigger than I had expected it to be and so much fun!

Had a great experience with Obie’s when renting a water side from them in June. I’m actually getting ready to book another rental right now for one of my other children. Anyways, service and communication with Christian was great. If anyone rents one of the water slides with a large pool at the bottom ask to get it an hour earlier than what you initially wanted. It takes a lot longer to fill up the pool area of the bottom of the slides than what I had thought it would.

I enjoy helping set up the inflatables. Great group of people. I noticed Christian the owner took the COVID19 safety time and has been upgrading his inventory to provide exceptional quality and customer service. I have not rented from this company and I never will, especially after he just cut me off in traffic two times with no turn signals and no brake lights. Because he doesnt know where hes going or what Lane he needed to be in to get on the interstate. If you dont even have tail lights or blinkers and proper safety equipment on your vehicle trailer transporting your equipment, how trustworthy are your bouncy houses and slides?

Christian and his family are great. We have rented a slide for parties for our kids and their friends from Obies Party Rentals for the past three years. My kids are teenagers and this is a great way to have some good clean fun. This is a family run business, I always try to support local family businesses. Christian and his son have always been so kind and accommodating. I would certainly recommend Obies to anyone.

This company is by far my favorite rental company for any type of inflatable. The prices are very competitive and the selection they have is incredible. We have never had an issue and I will continue to use this company for all future parties and gatherings I have !!

Really rude, slide was dirty, very damaged asked for a refund because it was a 1 year old party but I was told I was being picky I need to get over it do not recommend for anyone.

They delivered and set up the slide. They had us connect the water and when the kids started to slide down there was a gap where the two parts of the slide connected. It hurt their backs too much to use. When we called the owner, he said he knew the slide was damaged but was hoping to get through the rental before fixing it. Said he couldnt come to fix it and suggested we put pool noodles in between to try and make it useable. Nothing we put in the gap worked, the kids couldnt use the slide. After speaking to him, he offered to refund $150.00.

Horrible experience with this company. Defiantly overpriced for a slide that was falling apart. Also where it was ripped it caused injuries children. When they were told about what it did their response was the slide needed to be retired anyways!!!

This companys customer service is definitely lacking to say the least. I rented a bounce house waterslide combo for my sons birthday party. They arrived late and only inflated the unit for us and did not set up the sprinkler, hose or anything else. The bounce house was filthy as was the slide and the pool. We had to spend 45 minutes just trying to clean it out and trying to set it up only to realize it was missing peices. I called Christian and he came to the house and handed the peice to my 68 year old mother and left... The bounce house was in terrible condition and when I emailed him about our experience he completely dismissed my concerns and assured me the unit was in great condition as he inspected it when he came to drop off the missing sprinkler. The condition he found it in was after we spent 45 minutes cleaning it ourselves. The sprinkler never attached correctly as it was broken and half of the top panel was missing. We were late to get the party started because of his companys carelessness. It was an awful experience. The worst part about it was the complete dismissal on the owners part.

Damaged product, terrible customer service. On Saturday June 3rd, I had a summer party for my kids as I have done many times in the past. I have also rented from Obies on many occasion. The last party was two years ago (Kids getting older) . So when we decided to have a party we called Obies as we have in past. I rented the 20 Tropical Big Kahuna which I have many times in the past. This year the slide was damage at the bottom (causing a child to get hurt) which I had to call Christian about during the party. I was told he was aware and to tear off the piece that was damaged. After removing the part that was damage it made many others get hurt with scratches and velcro burns and the pool coming apart at the bottom. I had to shut down the slide at 2 1/2 hours after the party started. Christian offer a free rental in the future but as I explained my kids are going into high school and its been two years since last party that I requested a refund for the slide. He would only refund $150.00. Very disappointing as this was never a factor in the past. I rented a slide, a slip and slide and a generator for this event over $600 and he wasnt willing to offer a refund for the damaged slide that HE delivered knowingly.

Rented from this company 7/14/18. Half of the 27 slide was separated at the bottom making it unable to use. We paid $540.00 for half a slide. A piece of tape was placed at the bottom of the pool which let go after a couple hours of use. The pool section did not hold water after that. My wife spoke to Christian about the issue and was told he would make it up to us, we expressed our disappointment on the post survey and nothing has been done to resolve this and we were still charged full price.

I usually rent from a different company but decided to go with Obie’s because they had a slip in slide that was Finding Nemo (the theme of my sons party). I rented a month or so before the party and got an email stating I’d get a call the day prior to the event for a delivery time. Well Friday at 6pm I still hadn’t heard anything. I call Obie’s and speak with Christian, who from my understanding is the owner. Turns out the slide I wanted had been damaged and sent for repair. I get it happens and that isn’t their fault. But to find out the night before the party I find unprofessional. Christian worked with me for a replacement option and threw in a Nemo banner to stick with the theme. Christian made sure he was on the delivery and that I was happy, which I was at that point. He mentioned to my husband the pool side (where they fall in to) had a small leak but it wouldn’t be an issue. When the kids got to the party and we went to use the slip and slide the pool was empty. We had to have the kids wait while we refilled it. We also had to keep the hose on the whole party in order to keep it deep enough to be safe. I’m sure our water bill will be awesome this month! To finish it off, we noticed the extension cord Obie’s provided was extremely hot. When we unplugged it, it had melted our outlet!!I texted Christian photos of the damage and never got a response, we also told the man who picked up and showed him the damage. Wasn’t expecting much from him as he is just an employee but find it a little shocking the owner of the company couldn’t offer to pay for the damage, offer a refund to help cover the extra costs, or at least respond to the text and apologize!!We will not be renting from this company again, between the slide rental, water bill, and fixing the outlet, the headache isn’t worth the money.***EDIT - His below reply that he made today (04/13/21) over a year after the incident is a complete LIE. He never spoke to my husband once about the incident. We only communicated through text on my phone where he was extremely rude and NEVER offered to repair the damage, issue a refund, or even a partial refund/discount ***

Just rented the 4n1 waterslide for our sons 4th birthday party. The bounce house arrived early and we had it until the following morning. Kids had a blast in it. Highly recommend. Will be using them for our next party.

I highly recommend this company!!! I was stressing for a last minute party and he was able to work us in even with a VERY BUSY day for them!!! He even dropped off the equipment a day earlier. I will not be using them again. Supposed to drop the slide off at 9am.. by 10am there was still no slip and slide or a phone call. So I had to call Christian. They didnt have my order.. but you bet my card had already been charged, and I called the day I ordered it to confirm they had my order. Then they said I would have the slide by 11. Didnt show up until 12. Then he came over and said who do I collect the money from and I dont pay you, you pay me! Very very rude.. I showed him I had already paid. I asked for a discount since it was 3 hours late he laughed at me and rolled his eyes and said you want me to give you money back?? Terrible customer service.. I was very disappointing!
