It’s a shame that a company treats customers so poorly. While picking up the rented tables, damage was done to our property. While we were home, the employees didn’t knock on the door to advise us of any damage. While calling the next day, Kyle told us the damage was done before they got here. It wasn’t them. I asked why they didn’t knock on the door and tell us (if their tables were damaged they would have told us) he told me he didn’t care. Again, wasn’t them. If I had cameras then they would pay. Next, he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up again. We did this 3 times. In the course of our conversation I told him I would dispute the charges, and he said they would fight it. Then he went the extra mile to call me a “retard” before hanging up the last time. His closing words were he had real customers to deal with.If you read this, I hope you investigate other companies to do business with. This shop clearly doesn’t care about their customers or reputation.

I walked in to rent a corn hole game for my Daughters 16th birthday. I payed $30 then told to pick up on the side of the building. When I saw It I was disapointed it was plastic and not even full size. When I got it home I knew it was not what I wanted so I called and asked if I could return it. Taylor Rental said no. They said it left the store and you saw it so no refund. So glad I was able to go to RENT ALL CITY They were amazing was able to get what I wanted.

Rented a dunk tank for a benefit to raise money. The dunk tank was junk and the plexi glass broke after using it for a half hour. So we eneded up losing money. Then they proceeded to try and tell me we broke it somehow (like I was lying). Plexi glass wont break unless it is rotted. Maybe if they stored them inside or covered them they wouldnt break and people wouldnt lose money. No refund and said I was lucky they werent charging me for the glass. Terrible customer service I wouldnt recommend.

My Dad and I are BOTH regulars here my dad has been renting mowers from this place for over 10 years on and off each and every time we come in the establishment we are treated very kindly they know who we are the moment we walk in the doors and they always have what we need very friendly staff and employees I don’t understand the negative reviews people give. WE PERSONALLY have never experienced any such rudeness ever they always get us in and out quickly and their mowers are always in good condition sharp blades and gassed up ready to go we will continue being loyal customers for years to come :)

First time using this place, recommend go elsewhere. Equipment was not properly maintained and attitude from staff as previously commented on very prevalent. Had to go to another rental to get a grinder for a small maple tree stump, after fighting their dull bladed one for 3 hours. Asked for just a small rebate and was told that if they give money back to everyone who has problems they wouldnt make anything. That says it all....... its no wonder!

Taylor Rental has been in this location and doing business for so long, nobody can remember a time they werent there. Its my go-to place for renting everything, from party goods to demo equipment. And I love the fact, renting over a holiday with a weekend involved, pay for one day rental, but you have the stuff (tables/chairs) over a four day period. Wonderful. Always go here.

Picked up some super last minute chairs from these guys and they were so nice, super affordable, and Very helpful! I needed 12 chairs and I needed them fo fit in my Fiat and they made that happen. I was able to pick up the chairs the day before the event and return them the day after for the same price. Paid $1 a chair rental which is awesome considering I was about to pay $12 a chair and then would have no idea what to do with them after the event haha. The drop off process was also just as easy. Will definitely be back to rent in the future! Thanks guys!

The staff and more importantly the manger are very rude. I told them an item I rented didnt work and proved it and all I got were excuses when I told them I was only letting them know for the next person renting not that I was looking for a refund ( which they should have done without question) the manger chimed in without being involved and with a very rude statement. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for your rental needs.

Everything you need at a fair price

Called Saturday morning for an item I needed for the weekend. They said they had one available, and first come. I told him Id before before noon (3.5 hours after my call), and he said, Okay, Ill reserve it for you. He took down my address and phone, but not my credit card, and it was waiting for me when I arrived at 11:50 am. That pretty good customer service ... much appreciated. The item I got was totally clean, no dirt or grime, worked efficiently and did the job I needed.

The attitude and lies that come from these people are amazing.We rented tables, chairs, and linen from this company for a party. Everything was set up outside. They came to pick up everything but forgot the linen and hightop table that was set up on the pool deck. They called us about these items and we told them where it was and why they did not pick it up. They told us because the pool cage was locked. Problem is, we have no pool cage.When they realized they got caught in a lie, then they said it was on the patio that was locked. Problem is, the patio is never locked and tables for the buffet covered they entire room. Not to mentioned we have 60 witnesses and the caterers as witnesses.Now that these people dug themselves into a deeper lie, they told us we had to bring in the table and linen. I told them to pound sand and do their jobs themselves!I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I rented chairs, table cloths, plates etc for my 50th birthday party. The process is smooth and easy, the price fair and the attitude of everyone there is excellent. Would recommend and will use again.

Went in to rent items for a large party were having that wouldve equated to a few thousand dollars for them. The person behind the desk was working with another customer and I stood in line. Another worker approached me and asked what I needed, when I explained what I was looking for he said the person working the desk would need to help me. Before I could even respond that I didnt mind waiting the person behind the desk yelled at me very aggressively, just wait! I can only help one person at a time!I immediately left and found US Tent Rental, they were extremely professional. I paid a little bit more but it was worth not having to deal with a company that employs rude and arrogant staff.

After months of planning our wedding, the day before comes and its time to have the chairs delivered. They never show up. Come to find out, they had our wedding date written down wrong! Not to mention, they had to scramble to get chairs for us, which were DISGUSTING, rusty, broken, and not at ALL what we paid for. No compensation was offered for THEIR mistake, and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE to NEVER do business with this company! The terrible quality of their chairs speaks for the way they run this business! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The lack of concern or need to fix what happened was despicable! Avoid a wedding disaster by skipping Taylor Rental in Bradenton!

Stay away from this place at all costs! If i could give no syars rating, i would.They are unresponsive, dont seem to care about custoner service when you email or call. You will likely get ignored several times before you finally speak with someone. Then, when you finally get someone on the phone, they will just tell you to look at the website. They refuse to give you an itemized invoice. For crying out loud, how in thr hell are you supposed to know if they have received all the items for your order?Good luck, if they even show up on time on the day of the event, you will likely not receive all of your items correctly.Final note: stay away from Bill!

Taylor Rental items are very used and worn. We personally counted items and checked that all items were in proper containers before return pickup. Taylor picked up our items without even letting us know. Once the items were returned I was charged 2 additional amounts on my credit card because they said I was missing 10 items!! I called and talked to Steve at Taylor Rental who told me they didnt make mistakes counting and it was just too bad that I couldnt!!DO NOT USE TAYLOR RENTAL!! There is NO customer service!!!!!
