Don’t go here for oil changes. they didn’t even change the oil, they put in liquid equivalent to mud and messed up my engine. just save yourself the time so you don’t get scammed.

I always go there for my three thousand mile oil change. Everytime Ive gone there Ive gotten the best care without high pressure to up sell me. Jiffy is right! They get me in and out safely and timely.

Melissa, Paul and the team are EXCEPTIONAL people. I had a flat tire, I mean like almost to the rim. Thankfully when i noticed it i was across the street and i could pull in here. They did an amazing job and it was done within minutes. Ive also had oil changes here in the past. Great people, great service. Great job guys!

Got an oil change. They were polite but they claimed I had an oil leak, which didnt make sense. Id only done about 2000 miles in three years and hasnt changed or added oil, and the resovoire wasnt low so I knew it wasnt leaking before hand. Turned out they spilled a bunch of oil and they must have thought that that was the leak. Only been here once, but Ill probably try elsewhere next time.

Was wondering where to get a Pit Crew Quaker State oil change besides Walmart for reasonable price. Coupon might be the answer.Was very pleased with the service. They checked everything and cleaned windows with standard conventional oil change... Way to go Jiffy...Update: 10-15-2020 Service is outstanding but price for conventional oil change has increased to $50 range. Coupons up to $15 off inflated price!

Jiffy Lube on Manatee has outstanding customer service, they pulled my car in...accepted my coupon, explained their services today..great experience...Ill only go to JL on Manatee, 1st St had awful CS...right in the parking lot...yikes!

These guys are too fast.I took my wifes Toyota in for a oil change then filled out a short info form.Got a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine and before I drank half of it the car was ready.These guys are like a pit crew at NASCAR.

Yesterday I had my oil changed at this location. It was done fast for good price. I requested not to be left with warning lights on my screen and there is still a oil change warning light. Will go back to have it fixed. Technicians are friendly, I recommend.

Although I just went in to have my oil changed with synthetic oil + get new windshield wipers, I was encouraged to get a new battery, get my tires rotated + get two new filters. It had been awhile since the vehicle had a thorough going over, so I hope I did the right thing by following their recommendations...

Its ok Kay for an oil change. Theyre quick but theyll also upsell you quite a bit too. Make sure you ask for their prices because they wont offer that info when they offer a service or pressure you into a service. And Tires Plus down the road will do the same service for much cheaper.

Service was fast, friendly and a great price. I am very pleased with the work and with how I felt leaving. It is nice to hear at time of payment that your tire pressure was adjusted to the proper psi recommended for your vehicle. I would gladly recommend anyone here.

Got an oil change at this location and had flat tire two days later. Went to tire shop(the shell near this jiffy lube) and the mechanic told me there was no nails or holes but a piece of metal stuck in tire’s valve core. It’s obviously from jiffy lube when they were rotating and checking pressure on my tires. Contacted customer service but no response from this store. I do not recommend anyone to come here. Overpriced and quality of the service is not better. It ended up cost me a work day and tire check from tire store(not to mention the scratches on my tire ring caused from the flat tire) Can’t imagine what other mistakes they have done to my car.

Do not go to this place they rip you off they told me $450 and then they gave me a bill for $6.82 and because nothing was in in writing they held my car do not go there

First time going to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and Ill definitely be back. The staff was friendly and welcoming, Mark behind the counter explained everything they did to my car, which I was appreciative of. They are quick, yet efficient, and are all about creating repeat business. In 5,000 miles, I know where Ill be going. Thank you guys!

WARNING: Bait and Switch CouponsI went to this Jiffy Lube today with the well advertised coupons for a number of maintenance items. I was told that because the store is privately owned they would not honor some of the coupons. I may have spent $280 and lost $20 worth of coupons, but I will not spend another dime at this misleading place.

Fast service with no explanation the service was great one guy seemed a little rude but he was probably just hot but what I didn’t appreciate was that they did not explain to me what they were going to do or what oil they were going to use. If you come here make sure they do that first. They put conventional oil in my vehicle which is what was recommended for my car but I could have switched to synthetic and they would have mixed oils which could be avoided if they ask first.

This Jiffy Lube gives probably the best customer service Ive ever received anywhere, not to mention doing a good job. Very respectful and knowledgeable people. Im only 18 but Id imagine this is the way things were more commonly about 60 years ago; more stores and companies should be this way.

First time here, they were phenomenal! Mark was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Juan was very polite, holding doors and offering a friendly greeting. They had me in and out in 15min! I highly recommend this location!

Best oil change place I have ever used, and I have used a lot. Clean Courteous, try to sell filters but not high pressure. They work clean and fast.

What a Rip off will never ever go back $120 dollar oil change on a 4cyl . This place never told me any prices that how they get yiu.

On August 28th I had my Infinniti serviced at this location. I had the oil changed and some filters replaced. About three weeks later I was driving down Manatee Ave when I felt a sudden vibration and lots of noise coming from under the car. I pulled over and discovered that the skid plate had come loose and fallen down striking the pavement. To change the oil in this car the skid plate must be removed and replaced. Obviously the tech had not properly secured it after servicing my car. I wired up the plate and drove to the store where they put in numerous bolts that had fallen out. I was happy that my wife was not driving the car on the highway to work in Tampa as that could have been disasterous. I contacted Jiffy Lube customer service but never heard anything from RADLube, Inc. the owner of that location. I guess they dont care about the safety of their customers or the shoddy work their employees perform.

Good people working here and not too expensive people who have high bills at the end usually havent got their car looked at in a while and actually need a few more things than they would care to mention but my experience was fast and friendly and felt like family.

Seriously i been getting my oil changed here over 20 years. I have no clue who is in charge of this place but have not been treated so rudely in years. They do not care about their customers. Period. I plan on bringing this up to the owner. I bet he has no idea how his employees are performing. Not going back. Learned to change my own oil the same day. Terrible service due to miserable employees. Yeah. Its true.

I’ve been here quite a few times before, but unfortunately I won’t be back after my last visit. Days after my service I noticed oil leaking in my garage, after investigating where the leak was coming from, it was the drain plug that was loose, luckily no damage was done and I caught the issue quick enough, but it could have been a very bad situation.
