Absolutely terrible asked for a discount they said they said no payed 40 for it... absolutely disgusting. said they looked terrible cause I got them short.. I get roughly the same length everytime. has nothing to do with the length

Called ahead of time made and appointment for my lunch break at 1pm showed up and only one girl working, asked if she was the o let one girl responded yes, told her I had an appt. at 1 and she said sorry had a walk in you can pick. Color and have a seat. REALLY I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND CALED AHEAD OF TIME.

I went there once because my original nail place was closed I asked them for a fill and color with design. I was told they were not able to do any designs. Getting my nails done is my way of showing my individuality because where I work everyone has to wear the same thing. Then next time I went back to my nail place the owner was very upset because they did it all wrong! He told me not to ever go back there

Had full nails done. Within a week everything was cracking and chipping. Came back in after 1 week. All the lady said was who did your nails. I said the owner did. Not willing to stand behind the work. I will never again go to this location. Poor customer service. In todays world you have to look after your customers.Going to charge me to fix!!!!!

Wanted the basic pedicure. Charged me for the premium because I waited too long between pedicures. [7 weeks]. Not friendly. Not happy. Not going back. There are plenty of nail solons out there...go elsewhere!

I was told there would be a 40 minute wait. It has turned out to be longer, I did do some shopping. I just wanted a fill. After shopping, I came back and three others were taken. I ended up leaving.

Walked in there to get a gift certificate it had to be at least 95ﾟand totally dead silent besides one little tv playing CNN all 3 of the people that work there just stared at me. Its kind of odd how the sign out front says American owned and managed but yet there are no Americans working in their...

Was able to get right in. Friendly had a problem with one nail the following day and I called went in next day and they fixed it no problem. I don’t blame the salon for one nail.

Worse experience today. Every thing I just read in the comments were true. The lady was rude as soon as I told her I didn’t like my nails it got worse

I hate to even give one star. I took my two teenage daughters to get manicure and pedicures. They took 2 1/2 hours and talked about them and laughed the whole time. One of them got a decent pedicure, the other they set her in a chair with cold water and walked away for 20 mins then slapped some polish on her. They didn’t do anything else at all! She tried to pay so she could leave and they told her no and to just sit. She asked again to pay and they snatched her card out of her hand. When i came in I gave them a few choice words. This place is terrible!!!!

This was probably the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The lady was yelling on the phone with someone. When she did my nails I still had nail polish on and she used acetone with cotton and rubbed my nails soo hard and it really hurt. The nails were sooo sloppy and she didn’t even clean it up. NEVER come here if your going somewhere fancy.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!I CAME HERE FOR MY WEDDING DAY NAILS- HUGE MISTAKE!The lady nail tech tried to upsell me on a bunch of services I didn’t one so I politely declined and said I would just go with what I originally signed up for- she immediately got irritated and started to get sloppy with my nails including CUTTING ME SEVERAL TIMES- I NOW HAVE CUTICLE INFECTIONS ON 5 OF MY NAILS! My acrylic nails had chunks missing out of them and my Nail polish was is so thick and globby- it looks like I painted my own nails at home in the dark! I asked to speak to the manager and was confronted by a very rude man who yelled at me in my face and told me HE WAS THE OWNER AND THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR 17 YEARS! HE SAID THEY DO THE SAME JOB FOR EVERY PERSON AND THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN. I ASKED HIM NOT TO YELL AT ME AND HE SAID HE YELLS AT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME- IF I DIDNT LIKE IT THEN I CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.ATROCIOUS EXPERIENCE AND OWNER- I WISH INWOULD HAVE SEEN THESE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THAT SALON! BEWARE!!!!!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Rude and unprofessional and LAZY. Had to ask nail tech to FILE nails BEFORE she painted them. Dirty too. Never will come back again.

Honestly if there was an option for negative stars i would rate it a triple negative. They rush to get you done so i cam say they do not know how to style or paint your nails. I asked fpr coffin shaped and was styled totally different from that. Over that was charged ridiculously for full set . trust me dont bother coming here unless ur ready to leave unsatisfied

Rude woman ! Very unprofessional. The only thing she was worried about was how much I was willing to pay. Besides that..the owner was sitting right beside her. Terrible !!!!

Went to get my nails done the man that was doing nails is so disrespectful and the wife was too, they were on face time the whole entire time. He didnt even do my nails like I asked.NEVER WILL THEY EVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN

It was the worst experience ever they dont know How to talk to a customer. I had my tee lashes done they told me it would last for 2 weeks and a couple days fell off they kept telling me to come back I have made 5 trips trying to get them fixed. I finally told them I wanted my money back and hung up on me never fixed my eyelashes or gave me a refund. Told me to stop calling there phone. I dont recommend anybody going to regal nails.

Everyone is so quick to write bad reviews but we had nothing but good experiences we frequent often and expect if we wait to long between visits it wont be refill price because you are charged for the work provided

Please do NOT patronize this place it really is terrible . I’ve been here twice and each time my nails have fell off within a few days . Also, my acrylic nails were shaped so terribly . Pleeeaase don’t waste your time , go to Diva nails on state road 64, ask for Amy .
