I have calluses on my feet and I understand that it’s annoying to clean but making me feel bad about my feet. Something I can’t help with was very hurtful. I’ll definitely never come back here again.

I was in the area for the first time on a last minute weekend trip. I had no time during the week to get a pedi in so I thought I’d try somewhere local on my stay. Luxury nails and spa was amazing! Not only when you walk in is the atmosphere clean and friendly, it’s also beautiful. I got a pedicure and they had lots of options for pedicures which, I’m from Wisconsin, I’m not used to. My pedicure was outstanding (I even got the basic). I was extremely relaxed and on top of that, they offer a one per visit drink menu. Pedicures and cocktails? Heaven on earth:) It’s a great place and I will be back tomorrow to get a manicure, as I’d rather come back here than even go to my normal establishment at home. The color choices are very broad from both regular polish to gel so I had no issue finding a color. Danny took care of me and definitely took his time on my pedi, even though I came in within the last hour. Definitely recommend this wonderful salon!

Rude customer service by Tony and Jennifer.I visited this place for the first time, and I was mistreated and felt like crying and leaving.I got my pedicure done by Tony, and then he was about to do my dip nails. I was confused between acrylic and dip, so he started becoming rude to me and handed me to Jennifer. Then Jennifer was extremely rude and failed to answer my questions. I am a student, and I have some budget to get my nails done; I was asking her about the pricing, and she got so angry at me and was loud. I felt too uncomfortable and wanted to cry and leave. She did an okay job; some of my nails were not appropriately shaped. I asked her, and she said, “it cant be more, or else it will ruin the shape” it was not even appropriately shaped at the beginning. I hesitated to ask her anything else, and I got scared from inside.When I usually visit spas, I like to feel relaxed and not stress about how these two made me think today (9-18-2021). I would rather spend $100 somewhere else where I am treated and respected as a human.Jennifer wanted me to pay with cash, cash app, or Venmo because they didn’t want to pay the credit card fee. I decided to use my Credit card, and again she got angry, and they charged me $1.00 to use the credit card. This is ridiculous.I will not recommend this place to anyone where you feel you are being bullied and disrespected.And also, Jennifer is the manager.Poor team And team leader.

Leo did my nails and i love them !! He just recently did my fill and they look amazing!! Ive had no chipping, lifting and no broken nails !!! I will never go to another salon again !! They do an amazing job and im always in and out quick and they always exceed my expectations !!!

Loved every second of my experience. I was asked what I wanted and no detail was left out. The artistry is masterful and was checked for perfection and satisfaction before I left. The pricing was reasonable considering the excellent experience. I will be returning and making this my only go to place for nail care and waxing! If I could give this place a 0, I would. 0/5Absolutely DO NOT go here. I went here Monday 4/26 to get my nails done for a wedding on Friday. I made my appointment for 6:30. Then I received two phone calls back to back and a text message desperately asking me to come in earlier. I had work until 5:45. But I still made it in early to my appointment. They didnt even say thank you to me for coming in early. They were very rude. My nail tech told me I shouldve been off earlier because I work at a bank and the banks around there close at 4. She barely spoke to me at all otherwise. She was distracted and doing other things while doing my nails. When she was done I asked to pay with a credit card, but she made me pay through Venmo. Then the worst part is, two nails chipped after one day. Then by Friday I had 6 nails chipped/ broken. I was so angry. I politely asked if they could refund me some money and they said no because I liked my nails when I left and I left a tip. Ive never had more unprofessional service in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. TJ Nails is right down the road. Go there instead

I found my new favorite nail place! Went here tonight for the first time because I have been so unhappy with where I was previously going. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who worked on my nails but he did such an amazing job. I showed him a picture and told him exactly what I wanted and he did not disappoint! He gave me exactly what I asked for and I will 1000% be going back!

Jennifer is AMAZING. She took the time out of her busy schedule to fix my nails and give me a full new set. I told her that I wanted matte red and gave her creative freedom to do whatever else she wanted. I’m obsessed. I just moved from Orlando and had to find a new place and honestly this is it. The atmosphere is wonderful, and they have a full menu of services! Their colour wall is amazing as well!!

The owner is Jennifer she very rude and don’t give out the same service to everyone but will take your money. And they pushed me to get enrolled in the texted program but you can’t ever use your coupon they send you in your text which is a reminder for you to go in because you are due to get service . As many times I have gone there because to I like Leo service, never have I complain not getting full service for what I pay for . Like to today Danny was doing my nails he was going to do the towel, the hand massage, lotion which is included with the price and she told him not to do it . But she sure Charge me for it. I don’t recommend this place no more .

This place is absolutely ridiculous! i had an appointment at 2:30 and i had to wait an hour for my appointment to start. i had showed them what i wanted and they turned out looking nithing like what i wanted. they were too long and too pointy and they all looked different! and all of that for 60$. definitely will not be returning here again.

Leo and Jen are wonderful, respectful people ! They are amazing at their job! All the staff are wonderful and very professional! Leo has been doing my nails since I moved to the area and his work is exceptional! You show him what you want and he will get the job done 20 times better... Jen is the sweetest and so patient and caring of her customers! You will absolutely love this location ! This is my 2nd home and love it!

I love coming here, I love how welcoming everyone is here. The pedicures, and manicures are amazing. From the massages to the nail polish to the after skin feel. I go to sunny he’s nice and friendly, and I love his work. All the customers I see in there all sound so happy. I’ll continue to come here they are great!!!

Did a last minute appointment a on New Year’s Eve . They were extremely professional and were not rushing the service at all ! My eyelashes look great ! So many compliments in a few hours . My manicure was exactly the way I asked for . All the staff were friendly and professional. Will be making this my prefer salon for everything .

Sometime their jokes arent funny. Can be slightly offensive. Tech asked me if I knew where to buy weed. Mind you he himself doesnt smoke.If thats the only entertaining conversation you can have, just dont say anything. I run a restaurant, have a staff and in the middle of expansion, I dont not have time to sit around and smoke WEED all day.Again, great nails but sometimes, subconsciously your biases may show without knowing. Check yourself, be more professional. I still tipped well because Im in the industry but keep doing what you do best. Best salon I have been to around here. The manicurist I got was fabulous!!! I hesitate to say his name because I dont want him to get so busy I cant get appointment but that is selfish. It is Danny and he is not only excellent at what he does but also great manners and understands listens too your needs.The salon is very clean modern relaxing and they make you a cocktail 🍸 if you want for free. They also do waxing and other spa treatments! Cant wait to go back!!! It is a little more pricey than some others I have been to but not bad and so worth it.

Ive only been once so far but I immediately booked my next appointment after getting my nails and toes done!! Taylor, the receptionist, was unbelievably nice and helpful! She helped me match colors so my toes and nails looked gorgeous, offered me drinks and checked on me and all the other clients throughout our visits! Tina did my nails and toes and she did a fantastic job! She was polite and thorough with covering all edges of my nails so she didnt miss a spot! The salon is very clean, friendly and welcoming. My daughter in law & I are truly impressed with their work. I got the dip for the first time and they lasted a month without polish lost. My daughter in law acrylics lasted for the same time . I bought her a gift certificate for Christmas & she had a pedicure with her set & we both had our eyebrows done. We will forever be there customers. I have been going to this location and supporting a local husband and wife salon. I booked my appointment ahead of time and was quoted $55 design/fill. As my appointment is coming to an end and realize that this looks NOTHING like the picture and it was almost time to start my next shift at my second job I decided i can come tomorrow as its my day off. Leo used blue on my left hand and green in the other. I asked him why he didnt use blue in the first hand when he did my design he said your nails are already blue as he started my second hand he only used green? (Take a look at my pictures below) I also asked Leo if Jennifer could do my eyebrows she did with a little bit of a wait. She tells me I owe $70??? How come it jumped from 57 to 70? I paid $70 and left a $5 tip on top of a bad job and being unsatisfied.I then called and spoke to Leo asking why it came out to $70. He asks Jen and passed the phone to her and she said for sanitation products which I fully understand if they were practicing sanitation guidelines. Then she rudely says I have to get back to work. But he did my acrylic powder in the same jar not even in a separate bowl aside from the acrylic powder. Eyebrows at most give or take should be no more than 10$. So that would make it 67 dollars. In total I paid $75 much more than what I should have paid. The only thing they offered me was to repaint the nails a solid color. In a business its truly about making your customer happy. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone nor will I be coming back. Its not about the money its about the quality but I am walking around with nails like my 2 year old did my nails. They advertise high end and elegant this is far from that and the customer service is below a zero.

Jen and everyone who works there are all great. They do a great job. I have been getting dip nail polish there for the past several years. I have even talked my husband to try pedicures and he loves them.

This place is AMAZING - and contrary to another review - the Manager - Jennifer is an EXTREMELY pleasant - efficient and professional nail tech. Perhaps some people misunderstand the nature of being a MANAGER...it requires one to be on top of the store and needs of ALL clients and staff. Having over 30 years managerial background I salute Jennifer for her professionalism,, kindness and cleanliness. This is the BEST studio in town.

Great place!!! Called today and made an appointment for 2pm and they were able to schedule it. I got there just before, and was warmly greeted! Offered beverages (water, soda, wine/champagne or Mimosas) and given a Menu of offerings they have to look over and polish colors! I chose my selections and color and they promptly took me back to meet my tech John. Super nice and professional and gave me options for both my nails and toes!! We came up with an ombre design and it turned out great!!! I chose the powder dip (over gel) which is super cool!!! Id never done it and am so glad I did! The pedicure was very relaxing and long while I enjoyed my mimosa🥂🍾! Overall it was a great experience and the staff was super attentive! The 30% off grand opening flyer was nice to use and is valid ALL month long. Upon leaving I was told if I didnt like anything about my experience or how my nails turned out, to come back and they will fix them. I appreciate that, but everything was fantastic!!! I will definitely be going back!!!

The nail service has gone down hill, years ago they did a decent job but the last several manicures were extremely poor. In addition, the woman who is either a manager or the owner ??? is extremely disrespectful to the staff. Ive seen her be extremely inappropriate on multiple occasions (yelling and openly/loudly reprimanding) with her staff, and this salon will no longer be getting my business due to the last altercation I witnessed.

I had the worst service yesterday Ive ever had. Been there 3 times and they took at least 3 hrs just for a gel pedicure and gel nails. I was there yesterday and they took over 4 hrs. My nails look horrible. After I choose my color and got my pedicure she tried telling me I couldnt use it on my nails and didnt have anything close to the color. I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks for the last 8 yrs and Ive never heard that. They were uneven and I had to go home and fix them myself. Don’t go there!

Upon walking in the decor was stunning. I had booked online to have my nails done. The female tech closest to the door answering the phone was super rude. She would hang up & loudly mock the person on the phone speaking badly about existing customers. She was also very rude while I was picking my colors. I sat back down & she loudly told her customer that she was working on that if she disnt like her nails she wouldnt fix them. The customers eyes about popped out of her head as my mouth dropped. I was super concerned, but she told me to go sit without being specific. I had waited 30 min past my appointment time. My nails look okay, but the male tech used a different color of glitter that was very very hot pink & my actual color was basically silver . I made him stop & do what I had asked for. He slightly sniveled but not overly bad. My nails look nothing like the rose gold I wanted, but what ever. Im on vacation & will never come back to this salon. I will choose another next year. The woman at the door almost sent me running, but it was 1:30pm on a Sunday & nothing else was open. My nails are quite thick, and the top is wavy/uneven by feel not look.

I honestly have been to almost every nail salon in Bradenton and was never fully satisfied, so I never went back, just jumped around from salon to salon. Until I came to Luxuruy Nails!! Now, I dont go anywhere else! The whole staff is so nice and accommodating!! Any style, cilor, whatever you want, they will make it happen!! I highly recommend Jennifer, shes the best!!

I loved this place. I moved here from Dallas and Denver. U have tried several places over the past 2 month. They were not very good and I was frustrated. I walked into this place and Bella gave me one the of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had and at a fair price. I would recommend her to all.I will be back.

This is a beautiful place with an excellent atmosphere. They have lots of services and take care of whatever you need. If they do something you dont like they will fix it before you leave! The atmosphere is very clean and most everyone here is friendly and kind. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is a bit expensive especially when you start to add on some services. So I would suggest to look at the full menu and get the full price before telling them exactly what you want. Overall Ive been there several times and great experiences!

I took my 72 year old father for his first mani pedi with the herbal spa. They were all AMAZING! He had wonderful time! Felt like a king!

The whole family came I (me, wife and daughter) and had an amazing experience. Got us in 30 minutes before our appointment and did a fantastic job on my pedi. The girls nails looked great and everyone was so nice. Will be back!

My sister and I were visiting our father from out of state. We needed some sister pamper time and arbitrarily chose Luxury Nails because it was near Freedom Village. OMG! What a good choice! CLEAN, Nice people and skilled!

I called early in the day to schedule a mid afternoon appointment. The girl on the phone was very nice and told me that for what I wanted (a gel pedi and mani), I didn’t need an appointment. When I got there, they told me to pick a color. The first three I picked out, they said they didn’t have enough of. On top of that, they told me they wouldn’t be able to take me for an hour. I had been standing there selecting a color for 30 minutes, for them to then tell me it would be another 45 minutes due to spring break. Why wouldn’t they give me an appointment in the first place? I called to avoid all this. They didn’t offer me anything while I waited, but I heard them offer a drink to someone else. Terrible first time experience and do not recommend walking in.

It was late and we were of the last appointments. The manager did my nails and $45 for dip powder gels she did not shape the ends of my nails. Had to have my sister in law shape my nails the next morning. They also only lasted a week before lifting. They give a great pedicure. Not sure why my full set was done so poorly. A waste of money for what should have been the best nail extension service they offer.

Jessie did my nails she was amazing did a wonderful job but the manger/owner was so rude. Bossing everyone around. I went there to relax but felt like everyone was walking on pin cushions. Yelling back and forth at each other. If the owner wasnt there I think that place would be an amazing place. The lady next to me felt the same way. The staff is great as well. Just the owner needs to learn some manners and customer service skills.
