This place did an amazing wash and express wax job on my car. I have to shout out Cory, who worked on my car. Great work and really nice guy. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that they have a price on their website that I went there for only to be told that its a mistake and theres no such deal. They were nice about it, but still it IS advertised on their website. Even still, Ill go back because they do really quality work and the inside is really nice too.

I have be customer this car wash through many years and their service get worse each week. I am come to support our local business and hope it will better each week. To the point, I encourage everyone to DIY car wash on your driveway and happy with your outcome. DO NOT COME TO BREEZE CAR WAR, COST YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GET SERVICE WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Great place to get a car wash. A truck always looks amazing when it comes out of there and it helps that the staff is extremely pleasant. Moved to the area recently and decided to pull in and check them out and I am more than satisfied with their service.

This is a pretty old car wash which would not matter if they had done the job right the first time. The exterior of the car was fine I imagine because they use a machine in order to do it for the most part. The interior needed some additional attention. I did pay extra for them to conditioned seats and wipe everything down. I dont believe they were super busy that day however their attention to detail was lacking. Before pulling out the car looked like what I paid for it however it did require me to play project manager which is not what you should have to do at a car wash. They really need somebody to inspect the cars before they ask people to come and claim them. Thats the only thing I think is lacking in this location.

Yesterday I took my new car to wash it at this location. When the car came out of the tunnel, there was missing a cover from rear bumper (towing hook, OEM part). I immediately notified to one of the employees, who found the part inside the tunnel, but was damaged on a way that was not able to placed it back. The supervisor also tried to placed the part back on the car without success. Then he took my info,created an incident and told me that in other moment they had fixed things to clients, also told me to reach today one of the managers (Chris), and gave me his phone number. In the morning I went to talk to the manager, who was not present and the Lady who was in charge, In a rude tone, told me that they are not responsible for damages to cars, and got upset because the supervisor gave me the managers phone number. Today i have been calling the manager, and he never answered my calls or return my voice mail. Also the car was not finished as expected to be for the chosen service.Dont take your car to this place, they are not good on customer service and they do not care about the property of others!!!

Staff were polite.Price is a little high. I got the full package detail.Did a very good job but didnt vacuum the trunk.

I arrived at 830am and was told 2hrs g or the maximum service. I am leaving on vacation so I needed it done so I agreed. It is now 1140 and they are telling me another 30 minutes until they are done. At this point it doesnt matter how well the car is cleaned. These people are supposed to be professionals and should be able to approximate their time better then this. I will not be back.

Not so fantastic of a job this time around... paid for the VIP wash... Bugs still stuck to the front of my truck and didnt bother to wipe off the running boards... Ill just wash my own truck next time.

Got the external works. They really took time to make it perfect. Also gave me a ride home so they had all day to hold their promise of results.

I got the VIP package and they offered bug removal for additional charges, which I accepted. I paid extra for a service that was either not performed or they just did a super lousy job. I took this photo of the front grill right there after they were done. Definitely not a happy customer - I feel deceived and robbed.

Did a great job of detailing our 2010 Malibu inside and out. We got the Ultimate Detail Package and even the engine looks like new now! They did miss the chrome around the license plate and the side mirrors though,but still an awesome job! Brandon is awesome and so is the rest of the staff.

Stopped in to have love bugs removed and car vacuumed. I was offered a special to remove the bugs and a wax to help with future removal. I told him I had 45 minutes and he said that was plenty of time. It took an hour and 15 minutes and because I had to leave I didnt inspect the work before I left. Once I finished my appointment I inspected the car. Other than the fact that the love bug wings were gone the bug guts were still on the car and have been waxed over so I have not been able to remove the bugs myself. None of the door jams or trunk jam were cleaned or wiped. I noticed a scrape on the top edge of the back bumper I hadnt seen before. But I cannot fully blame them because I didnt specifically look at the bumper prior to the wash.

I’ve been a monthly member for 4 months now so this is not a one-time experience. They don’t care about your vehicle. They slouch around. Barely dry your car. Leave water marks everywhere. Clean the tires of the car behind you first before you. They look at you and ask you if you want your tires cleaned like they have no idea what they are doing instead of checking receipts. One of the guys who checks you in smokes cigars while working. It’s definitely not express. A wash and tire shine takes 20+ minutes. Canceling my membership. It’s chaos. Not a professional place at all

Alex in Bay 4 was so amazing he made my wifes car brand new again and the whole time he walked me through every step of his process made me comfortable with choosing the right detail at my budget and he did so much more then I even knew about ! I give him 5 stars !!! As long as he works there I will be a regular customer of breezys car wash

Never opened back doors to wipe inside windows and never wiped back window. I have an suv. How easy . $50 not well spent. Never again.

Maybe if not talking so much it wouldnt have taken an hour for $20 car wash. I wasnt the only person commenting on all the talking and slowness. This was at 8 in the morning. Will find a different car wash next year.

The staff at Breezys were awesome. We purchased a deluxe was and my truck was sparkling clean including the tires and rims. They did a great job on the interior as well. We will definitely be back.

I went Saturday 1/30/2021 for a VIP car wash $44.95. It took 1.30 minutes for a car wash and they didnt even vacuum the trunk and I paid extra for that. Tons of people running back and fourth, yet when it came time to dry cars and clean the rims and interior. Everyone just walked past those cars, then back into the office. There process needs a entire overhaul they have 5 tents outside the car wash and 1 person per tent doing the interior and tires and wheels. They should have a group of people out there and 1 area. NJ does it right this place is sleeping. I will never go back.

First time going here a couple weeks ago and will never go back. A waste of money!!!

Took over an hour to get my car washed on a slow day! I actually had to ask the guy to please stop trying to do my windows because I had some place to be. Very disorganized. I watched employees go from the front to the back and the back to the front. three different people worked on cleaning my windows and the inside of the car and three different people got taken away from working on my windows and the inside of my car. No one there knows whats going on. They were only five cars there when I pulled in and it took over an hour to get them to have someone dedicated to wiping down my car. I will not be back.

I went to get an express wash. The guy asked me if I wanted the wheels cleaned, said yes, paid for it, guess what? The wheels were not cleaned. My first time was my last time at that place.

Took my car in on Sunday December 13 and had the works wash. Extremely disappointed, not only did it take an hour and a half, but my windows are still dirty, and there is no sign of armor all. One tire was never even cleaned and it was half vacuumed. I have been there once before and was not impressed, thought Id give them another shot. Still unimpressed. I will not be returning!

Very bad customer service took my car here yesterday brand new car with paper tag went through apparently my tag came off in the tunnel and employees failed to tell me I didn’t have a tag on my car after drying my car off didn’t get know til I got pulled and got a 300 dollar ticket

I did the $20 service that includes vacuum dashboards wheels onsole ECT ECT ECT. The first time I went, no vacuuming was doneg, no dashboard, no console. I went back to have them fix it, and they added a stain to it. Without cleaning the console

I drive into the next county for this business and its always worth it! Recently was amazed that two colors of melted crayons next to car seat were removed! Management is clean, organized and friendly. Comfortable and cool waiting area inside.

This was a truly mediocre performance. I live close by and hopef for a quality car wash. I’ve been twice and that’s enough. I waited 20-30 minutes before they touched my car. It had not been vacuumed on the driver side. The right side of car wasn’t dryed or had the windows cleaned. After leaving I could see the windshield wasn’t clean. I paid $27 for a lousy job. Their employees on the drive walk so slow like they don’t care about their job.

I bit pricey, took a little over an hour. Wash and wax, interior cleaned and windows done. Not bad. Id go back. 👍

This place is great every time Ive had my car washed here there is absolutely no water spots whatsoever the car looks brand new. The staff are very friendly and always very helpful I would recommend this car wash above any other car wash if you want your car to look pristine

I’ve been coming to this place for 3 years now and always paid for the VIP for $30, in between car washes I’d come and do the self service vacuum with no problem. Today there’s a sign that the vacuums are for express customers only. The vacuums are weak as an infant. I’m guessing it’s changed ownership again and now the service all the way around is bad. Not to mention in April when I bought a new car from SC I brought it in to get the VIP. Well that’s what I paid for. I had to bring it back again the next day because under my mirrors we’re still green from pollen. I showed them what was still uncleaned and untouched, and they gave me attitude. There’s other car washes in the area and I’m sure they will be willing to have my business.

I went to this establishment this morning with my mother to have our car washed and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. She drove up and a gentleman with tattoos and a beard (I’m describing him because I didn’t get his name) asked her what we’d like. My mother asked for something basic for $24.99, but he stated she’d need a waxing as well (because of mold or tree sap) and said he could do the choice listed for $44.99 and have it last for 30 days, or the choice for $99.99 and have it last for 6 months. He stated if she chose the former, he’d include something with “VIP” in the name. My mother chose the former, but her receipt showed the latter choice of $99.99. When she tried to have it corrected, he argued with her and stated that the “mold/tree sap” would not come off unless she paid for the more expensive option - which is more than our family can afford, thus why she chose the cheaper option. He finally corrected it and we waited for our car. When we received it, the inside looked like as if it hadn’t been vacuumed and the dashboard touchscreen was not wiped. Not only this, the antenna was still removed and, for some reason, on the driver’s seat instead of the front of the car. After we had left and were running other errands, we also noticed the driver’s seat floor mat was missing. We checked the whole car and called the establishment, but were told they didn’t see it but would call us if they found it. All in all, we spent $50 and lost a floor mat and left with a car barely looking washed. This was absolutely not worth the price we paid and we will not be returning as customers.Edit: We found the receipt and his name is Brandon.

Not like it was in the past. The last owner had it together. To much talking, then loosing track of what they were doing. Anyway will give them another shot at it.

Honestly, not what I expected. We bought the 29.99 vip wash. The cars carpets were still dirty, n, upon closer inspection after we drove home ( much is just 2 miles away) we found that the dirt on the side of the car was still there, though less visible of course. Had to clean it off the good old way with microfibers. My spouse had been at this location before, but with a much more expensive service, something like all interior dryclean plus wash , and then they did a much better job. So not sure what factors played here, different staff or different service package, or both.

They have done detail work on three of my cars. All came out looking like new. I’m satisfied and will use them again.

Usually have to ask attendants to go over spots they missed. The last detail was just ok, paid over $160 and the car interior was not even done, (except vacuum)front windshield was half done. The tire shine had to be reapplied. Would have returned for redo but had to go out of town.

I was told it would be quick since there were no people but 1.5 hours later the car was not ready. He consistently made up a story about where the car was and in no way sounded apologetic - he couldn’t care less. They even ask for tips on advance! Wonder why?I will find another place for my next wash.

I visited Breezys Car Wash with my Mom today. This is one visit to Breezys that I will never forget. Gina and Sheena were my Car Wash Angels today. I first met up with Gina inside the shop at Breezys. I told her about my childhood fear of car washes. I became a bit emotional while talking with Gina. I almost broke out in tears, so she offered me a tissue. As my Mom and I waited outside the shop for our car to emerge from the car wash, Gina came out to me, asked me my name, and thanked me for telling her my story. After it came out of the car wash, Mom and I walked with Sheena to our car. I was on Sheenas right side, and Mom was on her left. Sheena asked me my name, and gave me a big Holiday Hug! I would like to thank Gina and Sheena for their warm and caring hospitality :)

Understaffed and a very long wait. I got a completed car that left me to wonder if it had even been vaccumed. The staff is friendly but clearly overwhelmed. Expensive for what I got.

I took my 2013 Hyundai Tucson in today for the first time and I am beyond impressed with the job James did! My car looks better, inside and out, than it did when I bought it. My headlights are no longer foggy. Everything is so shiny and pretty. On the outside there were these swirl marks from where someone who had the car before me used a buffer that I could never get rid of and James got rid of them! I highly recommend this car wash and James!! I left a tip on my card for him and whatever cash I had in my wallet and I still feel like it wasnt enough for everything he did! Kudos to you James!!

Although the beginning of the service is not very welcoming ( still wondering if the employees that begin the process can speak or even smile). The young men at the end of the journey ( who do the final detailing) are always working hard and have kind words and a smile. My car looks awesome. Really need to work on the customer service. I will be back, but not if the lack of customer service continues.

I used to have someone come to our home weekly or bi-weekly to hand wash our Range Rover. When our regular guy wasnt available anymore I drove over to Breezys Car Wash to see if they could hand wash my vehicle. Luckily for me they offer that service and Ive been a VERY happy customer of theirs for the past 4 months! I request Sergio every time I go. He knows when im coming and takes excellent care of my Range Rover! He pays attention to detail - I love that because I am very picky and like things a certain way.The customer service at Breezys is top notch! They know me and my white Range Rover when I pull up and are checking me in/ticket before I even get out of my vehicle. The owner Bruce and his family really know how to treat their customers and make them happy! I wont go anywhere else.

Wow really not happy this time and they are too busy for me to go in and complain. I was there over an an hour waiting for my car too.

Breezy is the best car wash place out there, and Brandon makes it even more exceptional! He always looks out for your best interest, and gives you the best rates saving you a buck or two. Also, your car comes out looking phenomenal they go above and beyond, and I’m so happy I found this place. When you’re here ask for Brandon, because he will have your best interest at heart.

The manager was horrible to deal with. He is apparently too young to be in that kind of position . He dismissed me when i was upset over the service i DID NOT get . VERT VERY unprofessional. I will not recommend this place. and will take my car someplace else. Dolphin Car Wash off of Cortez took care of me in a timely manner. was very professional

Fast and efficient

Today the work was sloppy. Exterior was not clean, interior had over-spray from dash protectant. Dissapointed, as normally they do a great job.

On a Saturday morning, Breezy’s is quite busy but they’re fairly accessible on a weekday morning. The customer service is always courteous and polite. I like that they offer complimentary, self-serve vacuums, which are actually pretty powerful, after your car wash. I did have to ask an attendant to turn the vacuums on once because they’re on a timer and turn off automatically after a certain number of minutes.

Stopped in a couple of weeks ago, just arrived from Maine and wanted to get the New England road salt off my Challenger. A great group of folks!! Car was taken right care of. Even the owner was involved with people coming in. Great place and I will be back!! Thank you
