This place is very busy because their prices is cheap but overall my car came out clean and will did a fantastic job on the finishing touches

Blue dolphin employees are always polite efficient and very kind. They do a complete and thorough job and I never have to ask them to go back over something because it wasnt done the first time. Well worth visiting them anytime you need a clean car

I have gone to blue dolphin for years but the last 2 times I’ve been there the work has been incomplete. Today was the worst yet! When you pay $32 for a car wash you extra quality. Vacuuming incomplete. Windows still weren’t completely clean. There was no armor-all inside etc. this will be my last time going to blue dolphin.

Always used Blue Dolphin, the last couple years they havent been up to par with the quality of service that they had always had. Having a pack of gift certificates I continued to use them. Found out today that they were no longer accepting the gift certificates any longer. They had sold a few years ago and will no longer accept gift certificates from the previous owners. Was never told they were going to stop accepting gift certificates and since they had to be pulled from a card the cashier has know I had multiple washes left. Because their quality of service has gone down the toilet I will no longer use this business or recommend them to others.

Cheap, but great service.

They did a nice job washing my car. I also like how thorough they were cleaning out the inside of the car ( wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming and cleaning the windows). Its all included in the basic wash for $14.95. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they missed a spill in my cup holder. Overall pretty happy with their service.

My one and only time there was a pleasant learning experience. The staff was informative, nice, and efficient. The prices and service are great. Ill be back.

The car wash itself is fine but the new management as of the last year refuses to honor gift certificates and prepaid car washes that do not expire until the end of 2022.

I have been to this place many times before but I will never go back. They did a horrible job on my truck and when I complained I was told by the lady to go somewhere else. Which is exactly what I will do. She is just a nasty human being. My paint is scratched and didnt even get all the sap off. Windows are still dirty. I will tell everyone I know not to go there , their customer service is terrible.

Very efficient and very fast, they will get your car clean. Wipe down is nice and they actually get the wheels, unlike the blowers at express washes. Will return.

I brought my Toyota SUV in for a full detail. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Joe did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. The car was spotless, and looked brand new.

The first time we came here, a few months back, the service was OUTSTANDING. Not a detail was missed. So this time, I spent a little bit more and included the Armor All. I left a decent tip because I thought I knew I was getting great service. Next time, I will look it over before doing so. The dash, vacuuming and exterior all look great (and FANTASTIC team up front taking care of the vacuuming and exterior) but some obvious areas were completely forgotten after them. Id understand if they were busy, but there were only two other people that got there sometime after me. Last time, they at least wiped stuff down with a damp cloth. Im a little disappointed. Ill give them one more shot next time to see if it was just a fluke. If so, Ill adjust my rating.

I have never posted a review before but I was so impressed I had to share. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even though they were very busy they took the time to answer my questions and did a WONDERFUL job on my car. The icing on the cake was that they found money that I had dropped under my seat and they came and found me to personally hand it to me. I couldnt believe it!!! Such a great experience.

Just went here for the first time. Paid for the best package they offered. Staff was super friendly and they did a good job on the outside and decent on the inside some spots were missed but nothing I can’t hit real fast l. But it was okay because my car was really dirty on the inside. They were also busy at the time as well. I would recommend coming here.

I took my black 2016 Cadillac SRX to the blue dolphin car wash on May 26 at 2:12 PM, I purchased the works large Package .I was kinda in a hurry, so I just got in my car and left, after they told me it was doneAs I was going down the road, I was looking around , and pulled over to look closer,There was a film over all of the controls, there was actually crumbs of chips ( we have never eaten in our car, )I bought the passage that includes tire shine,Abs only about three quarters of each tire had tire shine on them.And there were water spots all over the outside,That was due to them not towel drying my carI was watching,And the crew was not towel drying any of the cars that were being washed.I called, and they instructed me to bring it back in, and they tried to do better,But, instead, I just got tired of watching them walk around my car wiping a spot here and there.First time in my life that My car left a car wash dirtier than when it came in.Absolutely do not recommend this place, and will do everything I can to let everyone know about this terrible serviceThe ratings area does not have a zero star rating choice because that’s what I would have picked

Had a gift certificate that expires in 12/21 today, they refused to honor it, citing that they were under new management!! This is crazy. I wont be going back!!!!!

Took my car in and paid decent money and had to point out several spots they didn’t wipe down or vacuum. Windshield was smeary and still dirty. Everything they did, I had to redo. First and last time ever going here.

I have been customer for thirty years. I have used their Bonus “10” card for years, and most recently one month ago. That visit gave me nine visits,so next one would be free. Today, May 20, I got my car washed, but when I presented my Bonus “10” card, Vivian, the cashier said “we don’t accept that card anymore”. I said it was initialed a month ago, and the cashier said nothing about it not being good anymore. She said “We haven’t accepted those for a long time”. Something is seriously wrong with this car wash. I will no longer use this car wash because of the dishonest behavior regarding the bonus card. I guess just another scam.

They do a great job cleaning your car

Took my Ram 1500 there yesterday and was thoroughly disappointed I spent $78 to get my truck detailed hand waxed Windows interior and even shampoo floor mats which I thought was a great price until I realized the outcome not only was my white truck not even clean but on top of that there was wax residue everywhere including the bed rails the windows are streaked every single one of them all over on every single window the interior is still dirty and this morning the truck smells like mold from Im guessing carpets being shampooed all in all definitely not worth the $78 I spent and will not be going back

You cannot beat a $6.95 exterior wash with a wipe down. The friendly attendant asked me if I wanted my wheels done, which was slightly extra but worth it. The vacuum attendant was working HARD in the heat. These negative reviews are from picky, ghetto, “customer is always right” folk who quite honestly don’t deserve the premium of full service car washing. This mom-and-pop shop, like many others, is being priced out by private equity express washes, which is absolutely heartbreaking. The owners are trying to give the best value and service, and the riff raff takes advantage of that, expecting a detail out of a full service wash. This is why the industry is trending towards the business model of making you vacuum and “detail” your own car at this point. Kudos to this operator for standing strong in this oversaturated car wash market. Your staff, and your wash tunnel did a phenomenal job. I manage sales for a large car wash chain, and seeing your good ol’ Sonny’s and Peco equipment doing its job strong made me very happy.

I decided to get my car washed today went to the blue dolphin big mistake. Not only is the outside of my car still dirty and looks like they didn’t even wipe it off but the inside is just as bad. I paid for a scent to be added to my car which I was not asked which one I wanted they never put one on either. when I got home I noticed a new scratch on the surface of my vehicle that was not there before thanks a lot blue dolphin won’t be coming back again. For anyone else that would like to get their car washed go somewhere else I guarantee you they will not do the job that they are being paid to do.

I took my car back in after a bad experience, turns out the guy that detailed my vehicle was new and didnt make it through the week. When I went to pick up my car Katie approached me to make sure everything was in order. She had noticed a few spots had still been missed and I was bout to just give up and find another location. I kid you not when I say she stopped what she was doing grabbed another crew member and they went through the whole vehicle right in the parking lot. Didnt get the shampoo done but the determination and teamwork these guys showed to rectify someone elses wrong doing will have me come back for sure. Hopefully they find a reliable replacement for the detailing so that they can be the stellar carwash I remember it to be.

Everytime I allow them to do my car they always get armor all on my windows and give me an attitude because they dont pay attention to detail.

I bought multiple gift certificates back then. I wanted to clean my car up. Then I walked across the road and a car at 75 mph hit me and totaled her car. I died 3 times and went to hospital for 191 days. 12.10.19-6.17.20. Now I couldnt go get my car cleaned, obviously. Now they are canceling my gift certificates that I paid for. They are basically stealing my money and canceling everything because of a new owner.What can I do and call about this now?

We had some cards to get a free car wash and they wouldnt honor them after we had 10 car washes.Said they dont do them any more,even if they stopped them they should have honor them.The ladys attitude was not the greatest,lost 2 customers.

I waited for very long, after almost an hr. Car came out, they just dry one side, they moved seats and didnt put them back, so unprofessional service and expensive for what they do.I want to mention my car is brand new and they just didnt a good job, everything done in a rush and wrong.

If you go here , make sure you pay the extra 3$ to get your tires done, Im not sure what they use but it keeps your tires looking new for about 2 weeks. Best 3$ I even spent.

It’s a lady there behind the desk that’s extremely nice. Then you have this other rude individual that answers calls. That one needs a lesson in customer service. Also they did a half job on my car side doors was not wiped or cleaned . It was a rushed job.

Have used Blue Dolphin for over 20 years. My husband took both ca4s every 2 weeks. Last week I took the SUV for the wirks. Awful. Poor vacuuming job. Raised rear gate ; sides full 9f dirt and no armorol on the tires. Will bot be takibg my Vette there or any other car I own. Lost my business

Just left the Blue Dolphin Car Wash and had to leave this review. I was so impressed with the service and the friendly staff here. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly. They took care of the little things that other car washes in the area never do. I have found my new car wash.

Steve chenot 8-27-21 took my car there and paid the $127.00 dirt muddy wheel wells dirty floor dirty mirrors interior the y quit giving rain day another free wash, terrible woman at the service Hispanic ..NEVER GO BACK .

After getting my car washed and looking it over j noticed a lot of spots that didnt look like they were washed much by hand, if at all (I paid for the works). There were multiple smudges and some residue which came off with light scrubbing, so I was quite surprised to see that they hadnt been cleaned during the wash. I did observe for a bit and it looked like they lazily run the towels over the vehicle while its slightly damp and dont really go for a thorough clean, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I would recommend it if youre not too concerned about getting your car spotless and just want to get a wax coat and a once over on your interior and surface, but dont want to do it yourself. Personally Ill probably be looking for a new car wash (Ive tried Blue Dolphin several times) or doing it myself in the future.

It wasnt cheap but they did great work and it was worth it.

So they left my window down some as the it went through the wash and no one noticed the puddle of water on the floorboard. When I went in to say something the old lady behind the desk was extremely nasty and I also had to point out seven different spots that they missed on arm rolling the interior. the lady at the counter flat refused to do anything about this or even apologize. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We took two of our vehicles to get cleaned. When I was dropping the two in the vacuum area, I specifically told the man taking the order that my second vehicle had weathertech mats in it and I wanted them removed and cleaned as well. He assured us that it will be done. After the first vehicle was done, I clearly saw that nothing was really cleaned in the inside. Once second vehicle was up, not only did they not remove mats and cleaned them, they also did not clean under the mats or the back seats (which can be lifted up) with storage area there. We recently moved into the area and like to support local businesses but in this occasion, I think I will drive down to Bee Ridge and 41 area from Bradenton. Johnnys know how to really clean cars.

They do it right! Crew is polite and I even saw them maintain a pleasant attitude trying to satisfy a complaint that was handled rudely by the customer. They did above and beyond to send her off with a smile.

They hand-waxed my car til it was beautiful again. I had so much tree sap and tree-crud on my car, I really appreciate them taking the time to do a thorough job

$20 for bug guts to remain on the windshield, actually make the side mirrors disgusting (had to go out and windex them)No scent, no wipe down, nothing. They sent it through the wash, said it was done and said goodbye.

I was greeted by a lady not wearing a mask. She said they dont wear masks there. I paid for the full-service works . When they were done there was still sand on the floor and outside windows full of spots. Maybe they were mad because I asked about masks. Im just trying to stay safe.

Needs better pricing on detailing 140 is way to much

Had interior detail done, it was late in day sure whoever did it was exhausted, but missed just about every extra detail.Marks came off easy with wet cloth that they missed. I will not go back.. $75 gone.Friendly service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve used BD services...doubt I’ll go back. Some time ago, I had to go back to have my windshield recleaned (inside). I have trouble driving at night if windshield isn’t clean.Took my car in today for the Works; I noticed right away that the vacuuming job wasn’t done properly. It takes me longer th brush my teeth than Kirk took vacuuming. Observing one worker that was a window man, sprayed the hatch inside, lousily wiped it, I could tell it wasn’t dried or cleaned properly. I asked another person to go over it again...I don’t think he understood English; I kept saying it was on the inside...to no avail. Once home, I had to redo all windows inside and put! Very frustrating, as I am disabled and it is a very difficult task for me. I mean, why else would someone take their car in for a wash, if it’s not much better AFTER?Not happy spending that kind of money for not much more than a wash.

We want to sell our car and they did a wonderful job detailing inside and out. Looked like new. Cleaned carpets and upholstery perfect! Worth every penny! Friendly staff! Doing everything to do the best job! Ill definitely be back!

Terrible Service Experience- Stay Away!Use Jax Carwash instead they actually care.I generally pride myself on being a fair and open minded person who personally has over 10 years in customer service experience, but my experience today warrants no excuse!For a lack of phraseology, Im going to light this place up.To start I assume the owners or management must care little for customer service experience or maintaining a disciplined and well trained staff. What I saw today was a joke. Lackluster service, obvious attitude, and little motivation from the staff was obvious. This place gets my first ever 1 star review...I may be old fashioned, but I believe you should get what you pay for. Ive had issues before with car cleaning locations that detail the exterior or interior but this was the worst by far. Generally there are elements of the cleaning job that are skipped over, which to me makes little sense. Nobody would go out to eat and settle for 75% of their food would they? Or settle for only part of it cooked? I dont follow the logic, if I pay for a service I want 100% of what my hard earned money went towards. That premise aside this place was the ABSOLUTE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED.About once a month I like to take my car in to be detailed inside and out. Generally the basics for the interior, a vacuum, wipedown, windows, leather dressing touch-up etc. I had read some reviews on Blue Dolphin and had my reservations. Nonetheless Jax where I generally go is a lot further from where I live than here and decided to try Blue Dolphin due to time constraints. I purchased the 28.00 package which was a detail outside wash, tire cleaning, undercarriage and everything inside I already listed that I prefer. Needless to say I wasted 30.00The outside of the car is overall clean, not the base of my frustrations. Though the rims on two of my tires are clean but the third has dirt and the fourth is absolutely filthy. Its as if they overlooked the entire back right tire. I failed to notice due to location until later. My mirror/window glass is a huge priority, I hate streaks and smudges make it difficult to see driving at night. Both my outside mirrors have distinct traces of water stains all over them. Best described as what you see when drying glass with a wet towel. Im not saying thats what happened but they resemble that effect.Inside the car was a joke. Dust still covered my dashboard, inside my cup holders was dirt and the armor all treatment had been clumsily dumped all over my leather. What I mean by that is the liquid was clumped around, not evenly distributed or rubbed evenly across the leather surfaces. How sloppy can you get? My inside glass still has streaks on both front car door windows. You can skimp on some things, but not my glass!My teenage daughter was so outraged she went and located a clearly disinterested employee, one not jamming out to music with headphones... It was obvious he didnt like the implication that requirements of the package were missed and he had more work to do. You wouldnt believe that despite that he was recalled once more for touch-ups. The last time my daughter asked for a cloth herself and evenly spread the armor all. I was on a phone call at the time, and from experience I knew she knows the drill so I watched as she handled the employee recall. Due to time constraints I immediately left after his third time in my car.After getting home later I discovered the prior mentioned tire filth, and smudges on the glass. We also found the back seat cup holders to be filthy as well. I myself scrubbed the tire at home and revaccumed the passenger seat carpet at an air machine when we found crumbs and dirt along the edges of a clearly unlifted matt. Now at this point I have to ask, what did I pay for?? In the morning I will address the glass smudges.I paid for a service that despite two recalls wasnt done correctly! That is unacceptable. Further, cleaning a car isnt rocket science these employees just didnt care. I will be calling and I demand a follow up.

I stated the inside wasnt clean or wiped down. So before you go snapping on customers and saying that my last review was a lie. Know who you are talking to. Poor ownership once again and showing your true colors as an owner. My car was a Toyota Rav 4 dont know what car your talking about. Everyone stay away from this car was. Been coming here for about 3 years but since they have sold the company to another owner the service has been going down hill. My last two visits were a bad experience all around. Paid $30 for the works car wash as I always have and they forgot to wipe down the inside and this visit they didn’t even clean my tires. Unacceptable and will be my last time coming here. Spoke to management about the last visit but shouldn’t have to keep coming to them about issues every time I’m here. There team needs more training and more caring as the old management had done. Time for another car wash.

Much better than most, since they dont use wet towels to clean your windows! Go early when the boss is around & attention to detail is provided.

First time there, great service

I paid for a super wash, and it was not worth the money I paid , bird droppings was still on the hood, my windows still had the same smears on them I had before I came. And I feel tire shine should be added to the super wash. And I left a tip

So, thankfully I didnt write this review upon leaving blue dolphin. As when I got home and really looked, my vehicles were very poorly done for the money I spent. I am very unhappy, ad I had to take all my rugs out and re-vaccume. I didnt spend $60 to have to re-do it. Very disappointing.

Blue Dolphin has really ticked me off. They bring my car out of the wash but forgot to put my car in PARK instead just turns my car off and left it in RESERVE. All Bs Aside, My Car Could of been messed up. I asked to speak to the manager and told him about the event and he state that I will be alright..They customer service has gotten BAD over the years.

Sent my lady to get the car detailed and I think cause it was a female they did a bad job something that has never happened in the yr ive been bringing my car there ,so had to go for a second re wash and the second time it was great.,maybe cause i brought it back with her in the passenger seat this time and they seen the bad wash and vacuum job prior ,manager was very. Courteous and opplogetic.

Been going for MANY MANY years. I had a $5 coupon so showed girl asking for Super wash which was reg.$24.95(out on board as u drive in) but was now $18.95 so using $5 would be $13.95 right? Well cashier says that will be $19.21!! I said why I wanted the Super wash which would be total $13.95. She says that is not what you are getting...well my car has NOT gone anywhere yet so TELL the people what I WANT? She would NOT and could care less attitude. I said outloud: WOW LESSON learned...RIPOFF...and again she did not attempt to make it right or seem to CARE period. I wont be back! She couldve fixed it and have a PERSONALITY! Car washes are not cheap anymore HENCE using the $5 coupon. Not the workers fault but need change up the INSIDE staff to work with CUSTOMER SERVICE! Good LUCK!

After driving a very dirty car for so long I was ashamed to be seen in it, I went to the Blue Dolphin car wash. My ride came out clean inside and sparkling outside. Smelled great in there too. Am so proud to be in it now! Great job, fair price.
