My car never looked better! Great detailing inside and out. Very, very thorough. I chose the Radiance for $21.95 and I think it was a great value. My tires, wheels and rims all looked great. The windows were very clean. The vacuuming was excellent even with all the pet hair in my car. And, the exterior of the car was perfect.They do need to streamline the wait. It can be ridiculously long and that doesnt lead to a great impression. Once they figure that out this place will really be rocking.I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a thorough, professional cleaning inside and out and from roof to tires. Just make sure you check to see if there are more than a few cars in line waiting. If so, youre going to need to plan some serious time in line.

I would say that Im very impressed with this car wash. I waited in line to get my car washed and vacuumed. When it was my turn to have my car vacuumed and taken through the car wash, I went to the waiting area to wait for my car to be finished. My car never made it past the drop off point because they informed me that my car had a gas leak. So not only did they help me move my car out of the way to make sure they could attend to their other customers, but they made sure I was ok and that my car didnt blow up while I waited for the tow truck to take my car to the local mechanic. They also issued me a total refund right after they noticed the issue. Of course they were not going to take a car through the car wash with that big of an issue. Fast forward 6 days later after I got the leak fixed. I came back. Some of the people remembered me and they gave me a free car wash because of my ordeal. I would also like to mention that it was my first time at this car wash when the leak happened. Plus I was looking for a local car wash since Im pretty new to the area. Im coming here from now on to get my car washed. I would highly recommend this car wash for the sole reason of their professionalism and the fact that these actually care for their customers. Will definitely come back for all my car washing needs.

DONT GO!!! They kept one of my floor mats and would never return my calls. I would have dealt with the poor job, but a return call would have been nice, and I was sweet as pie, not Karen. I miss the old owners - this new one SUCKS.

The car wash is rated Ok. I brought my car here with a Supernova, got my mats cleaned as well.When I recieved my vehicle I fully checked it out before leaving. The inside was very clean, mats were clean. I dont like the automated Tire Shine brushes due to the oil on my side skirts, front bumper, and quarter panels bottom.The other star loss is because of the condition the guys in the front have to work in, I wonder where are the tents, and sun protection?

Have been going to this car wash for years and never had a problem. New owners come in, all the old staff is pretty much gone and quality and amount of time needed has been horrendous! I gave them a couple chances thinking it was growing pains but still had no change in quality or time needed. Still wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again only to find that every time I’ve been back by they have been closed. Unfortunately I work during the week so my only chance to get my vehicle washed is on the weekends. You’d think that’s when they’d be most likely to be open!! Went by today, 7-10-21 around 1pm and again, comes out and not a car or employee in sight. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE!!!

Great prices. They got the sand and the dog hair out of the carpet! I didnt think it was possible! Ill be taking my car there to get cleaned more often!

I once loved this place! My family has used this car wash since moving to Bradenton. They are usually quick and get the job done. I guess they now have new owners and my experience here was absolutely NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TIME! My car detail looked like it was done by a 7 year old trying their best. Actually, I’m sure a 7 year old would have at least wiped the dust off of the interior screen and cleaned the cup holders. The staff was slow and taking their time. I ordered the best detail they offered because my car needed everything cleaned. The wait is absolutely insane... an hour in line and no way to leave once you pull in. Even though this place is the closest to my house, I will never go here again.

This is the best car wash in the area! I’ve lived here my whole life and always used this wash but, since the new owners took over it’s very clear that they care more about their customers and the value of what we get. My car has never looked so clean after coming out of that tunnel. The employees are super cheerful and do an incredible job vacuuming and cleaning my interior. I can’t wait to see more changes that are coming our way because it’s obvious that the two new owners know exactly what they’re doing and are going to continue to give us better than we thought that place could give us!

WOW, this place was once amazing. Always top quality. Then it changed owners and went downhill. I just paid $25 for a carwash and detail. Didnt vacuum my trunk, didnt clean by doors inside, didnt seem to even wipe down screen. How disappointing. Not to mention how long I waited in line. Never again.

Excellent cleaning of the inside & outside of my car. The workers had quite a mess to clean up because I recently transported plants , potted plants & soil in my car. Thanks guys.

Well I was used to the standard of American Car Wash. Now they only have 1 lane open for Full Service and it takes minimum 6 minutes before the next car is serviced. Had the do the most expensive service they have. The interior had a few spots done with Armor All, but definitely most surfaces got missed.Worst service I ever had at that location and will not be back for sure. Good thing is, there are better ones around.

I used American last week for my four year old Range Rover. There are two new owners, young guys, who have made some great changes the line moves much quicker than it used to and the cars look much better when they exit the tunnel. The employees were very professional and took good care with my vehicle. My car looked unbelievable when it came out of the tunnel. This is the best car wash in Bradenton!

What an excellent car wash! Even the economy wash is great. They hand dry the car thoroughly. The Best.

Loved the fact two lines were available; one for outside only and one for inside and outside. I chose outside only and waited less than two minutes. By the time I finished paying with a CC, my car was done. Sun and Suds did a great job.

It was about 12:30, Pulled in heading towards first lane and some woman with blond hair on top of her head motioned for us to go in the right lane. There was a car in both lanes. We sat for about 10 minutes watching them work on the car in front of us. The car was finish in the left Kane and pulled toward. Some older man pulls up in the left lane, gets out and walks up to a female worker who was working on the drivers side. Talked like they knew each other. Man goes back to his car and pulls up where the other one left. One of the workers of 4 in front of us walks over to the check in and produces a ticket for the guy and us going to start working on his car! This was wrong. We were there 10 minutes before the older guy was. It appeared to us because they knew the guy they were giving him preferential treatment. I yelled to to them that this was wrong and the worker who had talked to the guy looked at me and motioned to the woman with the blond hair. She did not turned around. There was a guy sitting in some storage room right next to our car and just looked at us. We left! What your employees did was wrong! Just because you know the other person does not make it right for them to take them out of turn!

The single lane is ridiculous. I sat in line for 55 mins. Once you are in line and realize just how long this is going to take. There is nothing you can do about it. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Place is really going down hill with the new owner. Vehicle still left dirty after purchasing the best wash possible. Which full service is ONE LANE. The women who was cleaning the car wanted to do a good job for us but the male was rushing her and being super rude to her. This guy is also rude to customers making you feel very unwelcomed. Will NOT be returning after using this car wash for years...

Very sad to see new owners and complete set of new staff. $23 vs $21 for an Ultimate Wash from old business. NO ONE wearing masks inside or outside first thing that turned me off. Very slow pace, for $23 not one thing was armor all inside or outside (all was included with old business) Inside was barely touched other then mats being beaten . Not happy at all with the changes and will not be returning...ALSO any good reviews you see on here are for Zach and his crew NOT FOR THE NEW OWNERS so beware

Pleasantly surprised by how good of a job they did. Washed the outside, wiped dash, and vacuumed and clean the windows for 17 bucks. Can’t beat it. If I lived around here I would come here every week

My first visit to this business; Sun & Suds car wash. Its conveniently located on HWY 64., In Bradenton, Fl. Whats unique is you have options. Thecar wash is not a diy; it is staffed with employees who do the work for you! I will say they are kind, courteous, and effecient! You have two options; one is you may have the exterior wash, and hand dried; the option I chose; or you may chose both interior, and exterior cleaned and again, hand wiped, which is a feature I like. The Car Wash also offers a complete detailed option also for a brand new car look, and smell. The waiting area features clean bathrooms, clean floors, and view windows to watch the complete process.I was very pleased with the completed results of the exterior wash and dry on (Maggie),my F-150 truck! I will return to this business, oh just do you know, there is a tip jar for the employees hard work!

Was the absolute worst car wash I have ever had. I drove out of my way to go here. Was excellent in the past when it was All American Car Wash. My car was worse after the wash. They did not do my tires which I paid for! The vacuuming was horrible! Sprayed the interior of the car and never wiped down! I literally had to come home and redo the entire car. I called the manager out and he offered to re wipe it!!! Really!!!! I also had waited in line for 1 hour. I guess no one takes pride in there work anymore. Needless to say we will never use this car wash again and I will spread the word NOT TO GO THERE!!

We have used this place several times with no issues and near perfect cleaning services. Today my husband took our 4Runner and got the Ultimate package, and we were very happy with the service except we were blown away that my loose change was taken...... seriously? not even $1 worth...... they do say to “remove valuables” so it’s our fault But still. Come on.UPDATE: I received a message from Zach stating the change was probably sucked up in the vacuum and he offered to replace it. Certainly not necessary but appreciated him reaching out and addressing it -Never thought about that possibility.

I just had two cars cleaned and I am definitely not satisfied. I complained about the 1st car because the dashboard and wheels were not done after I paid for a premium service. I took the second car there and told them what happened to the first car, I thought it was taken care of. The wheels had to be redone. I pulled out into Manatee, the windshield was so dirty I couldnt see through it. I took the car home and cleaned it myself. They will never see me again.

A few yrs ago I went to American Car Wash & was disappointed & went elsewhere, after that. Was close by & went back today and, WOW, what a great difference! Truck had been parked under a huge oak tree for months & was in terrible shape & didnt expect much. Boy, was I pleasantly impressed with the terrific job they did with that poor old truck. They worked so hard to get it to look so good. I highly recommend them & I will definitely go back again! My thanks to everyone there!😃🇺🇲

New owners are trying something new, which was called the Express Lane by an employee. The left lane is for Exterior Only washes. Well, that leaves one lane for all other full service washes. The driveway to the business is one lane. Once you commit to turning onto the property, you are pretty much stuck in line. I was vehicle #13 in line when I arrived. They were averaging 4 to 5 minutes per vehicle at the one vacuuming station. I wasnt going to sit there in line for almost an hour just to get to the vacuums. So, although I needed a full service wash with interior cleaned as well, I opted to bypass all the vehicles in line to get into the Express Lane because I could not get out of line with my full sized truck. Another lady got out of her car to speak with employees about the long line. She was fortunate to have a small vehicle and she drove in the grass dodging palm trees zigging and zagging around them driving against the flow of traffic to get out of the line. Employees apologized for the long wait and advised that the owners are trying a new thing and this is how it will be. I expressed that I dont have time to sit in a line for that long with only one vacuum bay open and one closed. I advised that I will not be a returning customer. I was a faithful customer to the former owners since they opened their first car wash on 14th St W then this one on Manatee Avenue. I will be taking my business elsewhere now.

Excellent service! Even if they are busy, for me its worth the wait. They have a lot of employees working hard and as fast has they can. Ive never had any issues. Before i leave if i need them to do anything else they do without hesitation. Thats why i keep coming.

This place is who I recommend to all my clients for fishing charters and our Airbnb’s! They not only offer an amazing car wash service but the two owners make you feel like family when you walk in! You sit in and they know the majority of their customers by name and has personal conversations with each of them! I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have a car wash at the end of my street.

Always treated well. Employees are honest and trustworthy. Inadvertently left $50 on my console prior to the wash - no problem! Owner really cares about your satisfaction.

Took my suv there a few weeks ago. They left my door cracked when going through the car wash and soaked the back seat. We saw then drying the back seat with towels but they didn’t mention anything when we walked over to get the car. I felt the seat and it was still very wet. My husband asked if there’s any way they can dry the seat more and they suggested that we can “blow dry it when we get home” and “hope that doesn’t leave any water marks.” Also the windshield and front number still had some leftover bug guts. Very disappointed

Had my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed there the other day and it came out unreal! Looks brand new on inside after being beaten up by two kids and dogs over the years. We are thrilled with the end result and now my son gets a great looking car for his 16th birthday in a few days! Thanks Zack and staff!

Finally went in to the car wash I have been using for years. New owners.Usual wait. People at vacuum and check out were very nice. No more full detail wax service as they had all quit. Waiting room was very sparse and not like before with items but clean. I am there to get a great full service wash etc. Did not happen.Prices have gone up(which I dont mind paying as long as the job is good) and the wash/cleaning service is sub par compared to previous ownership. Vacuum/interior wipe down was good.My yukon xl was still wet in alot of places/door jams were still partially dirty/lots of dirt marks/bugs never removed from exterior which were very obvious. My truck is white as well.Had to stop after leaving and wipe my car down. Will have to finish the job at home that I just paid $22 for.Good luck but I will not be back until I hear better stories!

I went at a bad time around 1230p and got in line. Once in line you cant get out! It took me 35 minutes to get to the vacuum, and 30 more to get out! I watched 3 different people get in my car with no mask! 😷 They did a great job though!

Totally disappointed waiting more than 15 minutes paying for Radiance service and paying extra to wash the floor mats a total of $ 30 dollars for not vacuuming completely for not cleaning the dash between the seats and watching the guys drying the vehicles in a very bad way when I told him that many parts were missing from cleaning the hill reluctantly my truck what a bad experience for what they charge for very bad work.

Broke the antenna off my truck and didn’t tell me. Accidents happen but not telling me and covering it up is not cool. I found the antenna stuffed in my door the next day and the antenna jack is damaged.

This is the best carwash Ive EVER been to, they ALWAYS do such a good job!!! I cant believe how clean my car is. On Tuesdays and Fridays you can get the works for 19 bucks, its usually 25 I think. Highly recommend.

Been coming here for a while. They do great work on your car, but it would be nice if they had a rain check policy after spending over 20 dollars and it raining the same day. You might want to offer something like that, even just a basic wash.

They have a line that traps you in so be sure its what you want before entering. They have slow service, so you are better off going else where. Also outdated compared to other car washes.

Paid over 20 dollars for the works and was extremely disappointed. First, the front lower end of the car looked completely unwashed. It was still caked with dirt, and even had a bug splat over 5 inches across, just left on the front of the car. Next, they took no time to wash inside the badges of my car, so while most of the paint is shiny, the paint in the badges is still caked with dirt. And then, the wheels.... they washed and polished the outer face of the wheels and nothing more. Every other surface of my wheels were still BROWN with brake dust and completely dry. Directly after the wash, i rubbed a finger on those portions of the wheels and my finger came off colored black. I will not be returning to this car wash.

Horrible! Took over an hour just to get to the beginning of the car wash...serious lack of personal...had to reclean parts of the car.

Always go there to have my cars washed. First time I went there to have the interior of my daughters car deep cleaned( I believe a cat got in thru an open window and used it as a rest room) made you gag driving it. Getting the car back 8 hours later......Wow not a smell, interior looked new. Great service, great value, good all around people

I have come to this car wash for years. When I bought my new car a few years ago, I was there almost weekly. The place is now under new ownership. The first wash after the change was great. However, since then, theyve changed the system to one lane, changing the second lane to exterior only. Ive been twice and both times there are 10-12 cars waiting, at even 5 minutes a car thats an hour. So Ive done the exterior only lane. Still take about 25 minutes. The staff is nice enough. The nice man that sprays off the cats as they enter the tunnel is a hold over from previous owners and is great. Very friendly and does a great job! I believe the exterior only lane is a mistake as it exponentially increases the time for the full service. But they do good work. Just expect to wait.

Service was the tops, but it took awhile. Guess you cant rush a good job.

Ive been bringing my truck here for a few years and I think they do a great job. I see some people think it takes too long but thats been my experience everywhere. They do a good job, its worth the wait.

Although they did not work on my car, I will definitely take it them in the future. I had driven through some paint that was in the road and it was on the sides of my car as well as on the trim. I talked to Chris initially then Zack. Zack said they would be glad to work on it, but were backed up. I asked if there was anything I could try. He spent time talking to me, giving suggestions, and trying a few things to see what would work. That is the kind of service that will get me tell others and go to them in the future. Thanks for the time and suggestions Zack.

So I went to American Car Center with little notice to them. And they were very Attentive to my needs. And even tho they closed at 6pm. I wasnt rushed and they took their time and made sure I left with a vehicle. They answered all my questions and was very patient when I was test driving. I even asked for a bumpy road usually a dealer worse nightmare, they didnt mind and didnt rush the test drive. At the end of the day they stayed late until the deal was done and I was happy. Thanks Joe Moreno and Joey.( The GM). I got a Ford Fusion.. its a beauty. Id share a pic but I cant figure it out. Thanks again. Id differently would recommend this dealership!

Always a top notch experience. Theres often a wait during peak hours and weekends, but that speaks to how well they take care of their customers. My car always comes out sparkling clean!

They do a really good job here and I trust them with my truck every time it needs a wash. I love the scents they have for your car and my favourite scent is the new car smell. They even have a sitting area for you while they are washing your car and you can watch it through a window.

If you need to hav your car detailed, this is the only place to go. When they do inside and the outside of your car it looks showroom ready when you pick it up. They also have the best car wash in town. The employees bus there but making sure your car goes out looking pristine. If they had 12 Stars I would give them 12!

Theyre mostly good but it takes forever. I dont like the way their line works. They have two bays for vacuuming before the wash. Instead of waiting in a single line and then the next car in the queue goes to the next bay that opens up, you have to pick one bay or the other. Which sometimes means the guy behind you has his car go into the wash before yours. And in this slow of a place, that definitely matters.

Best car wash on the Florida coast. Really busy expect to wait. Its worth the wait

First trip here a few months ago my car was truly only about half cleaned inside, pointed it out and they did a half ass job of finishing it up...no apology. Decided to give them a second shot, today after they gave me my ticket to go inside and pay while they started cleaning my car, 2 cars that pulled in behind me magically jumped in front of me while I was inside. Turns out they are regulars as hey know everyone by name and when I complained, again no apology. There are other car washes in the area that do a better job but more importantly they have MUCH BETTER customer service.

Yup. Car was taken care of nicely. However, Im a tad upset that I discovered, a few hours later, that a $50 gas card was STOLEN out of the center console of my car. Oh, and the other $50 card that still had $12 available was also STOLEN. So happy I tipped them $10! Not.

When they were all done cleaning my car, I got in & needless to say it was STILL dirty! Then I got one of the cleaners that DIDNT speak English and showed her wear ALL the spots they missed she then had to go get a male cleaner who somewhat understood me and then cleaned the areas that were not even touched in the first place. So then I had to wait another 10 minutes to have them clean those areas. Then u got in my car again and theres was still a few spots that I had told him to get that he missed!!!! Will not return and will tell others about my experience!

Went for a $44.95 car wax. He saw me holding a $3 off coupon and charged me $49.95. So, in the weird world of this business a $3 off coupon means the service cost $2 more. Didnt even notice until after the work was started, double checked the flyer when I was leaving. No, I do not own a van/truck/suv. The paint on my new Mustang is fantastic. Ill rate it two stars, because they actually do a fantastic job. My car looks really good. That is why I drive 15 miles one way to go there. It would seem however that if you are using a coupon, your business is not desired/you are charged a premium. That is fine, I can take the expense of semi-monthly hand waxes to one of the other half dozen car detailers some of which are not only closer to me, but cheaper as well. So, if you need a good hand wax check this place out. Just leave your coupons at home.

BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN - When driving up, some might be discouraged by the long line of cars- but the staff at American Car Care make sure to have the line flow as best as possible. Lines may be extra long in lovebug season, but they are sure to handle any concern you may have regarding your cars cleanliness. If you have a weird smell? Spilt milk? Smoke? They will be sure to get that mess out. GREAT QUALITY SERVICE for a good price. Employees are very trustworthy and they treat you like family. Be sure to save a customer rewards card for that FREE WASH. I wouldnt go anywhere else! My car smells like a pina colada paradise.

Waste of Money. They didnt take the time. Another employee even had to get an employee to get dirt off the outside that was left after being washed and he was put out. They didnt even vacuum back seat nor sides around mat in the front or sides of seats. Very disappointed! I tipped generously before looking so look before you tip. I assumed they would do a great job and they were hired to do a job I assumed they would do it. I shouldnt assume!

Im amazed at all the great reviews for this place. I payed $22.95 and my car was barely clean. Inside of Windows were dirty, my cup holders werent wiped out, there was even dust on my steering wheel. The outside looked great but the interior looked so bad that I went home and cleaned it. I wont be back!

I was actually quite disappointed after visiting this place for the first time. The price was fairly cheap, but the service was not as good as other places I have been. I probably could have cleaned the car better and paid a lot less for the products they used. They are fairly quick, but there was tons of debris left behind and all areas of my car such as dirt, dust, fingerprints , Etc. Not sure if the car cleaners dont know what theyre doing or just dont care, but I was not happy at all with the result. I have been to other Car Care Centers, and have been amazed at how clean the car comes out after they do the inside. I did get the cheapest package which included vacuuming inside and out, outside wash, and wipe down on the inside and outside. However, the inside did not look like it had really been vacuumed at all or it had been vacuumed by a very poor or small vacuum. I will not return to this location, and will probably go back to using another car care center.
