Pam is incredible!! She helped me with a hair nightmare! I got a curling iron ( the ones either the little “ teeth”) stuck in my hair.. and I mean STUCK! She took hours to help me and saved my hair for a nominal fee. She also does an incredible job with color, highlights and cuts. She cuts my hair, along with my husbands.Thank you Pam!!!

Its all about the stylist Pam at this location. I followed her from her previous location cause no one has ever cut my hair better. She does my teenagers hair as well. I was very impressed by how she can style any time period hairstyle we have chosen so far.

I usually go to a different location, but had a few unpleasant cuts. Made the appt with Katey online, easy! She did an amazing job! Best cut i have had in years. She listened!!

I called and was able to come in about an half hour after my call. I was so happy to find this place for no other place had a same day. And it went okay. I had a very good experience and the people were very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful. The price was not that bad either

Place is dirty and dated. They never answer the phone and the stylist are in a bad mood. Close this place down.

Supercut on star road 64 in Bradenton is a very nice clean welcoming place. The best thing supercut did was hiring PAM,I have followed her now to every salon she worked in. This tells you that you would be a fool not to appreciate her. Good people are very hard to come by.

Arrived today for a appointment at 10am with Pam the stylist for a cut. When checking in was informed Pam was pulled away for a meeting. I asked if one of the the other styist would be doing my hair? They informed me they had appointments and could fit me in in 1hr to1 1/2 hrs.I asked if Pam was called away why wasnt my appointment canceled seeing she had my number. If felt like my time was not valued at all and left feeling very frustrated. Choose not to wait in car for over 1hr for another appointment. Kathy walsh

I highly recommend NOT just to be a walk in! I was told 45 minutes and I waited well over an hour to get may hair cut. Seems like their time management needs some work! They are definitely not trying to get people taken care of.

I love my hair! I went to Supercuts to get my color and highlights and Sandy did a great job! She made sure my hair was strong enough and healthy enough to do the service, took her time and did exactly what I wanted. She was very professional and I loved the cut and style. Good job. Ill tell everyone to go there from now on!

I enjoy going here and Love Carla, she is the reason I come there!! She is funny and just a cool chick!! Victoria just started recently and she is so Kind hearted and genuine. They have lost a lot of employees, but I think its for the best and I hope they find some consistent stylists who want to work.

Got a great razor cut from Sandy yesterday! Shop was clean and pleasant. Her and her husband were both very friendly. Had a great time. Thank you Sandy, everybody loved the cut when I got home!

I normally dont have an issue with this place because I have a very simple haircut however, the stylist I had today decided to trim my beard without asking me. I didnt say anything in the moment because I wanted to see how she did. Lets just say its a good thing Ive got a beard trimmer at home.

As a male, it can be hard to find a place to cut my hair. I have a very specific way I like my hair to be cut, its not anything complicated (or so I think). But every time I come to this place, its like the stylist just started cutting hair for the first time that day. I am constantly repeating to the person cutting my hair how to cut it. Its simple 1 on the sides and back, a simple high fade and a trim on top. I have been to most every hair place near me and all the big chain hair cutting places are not worth my time, my money and my tip. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I came into today to get my hair shampooed and styled for my birthday party with Michelle and she wasnt there and she also didnt have consideration enough to tell me she quit. Patrick and Sandy fit me in even though clients were waiting. They were just as nice and professional as ever.

This is my regular place for hair care. My most recent visit was 07/27/2018 and as usual, I was perfectly satisfied. I used online check-in so my wait time was minimal. I was greeted cheerfully by all staff present just as a regular patron would expect to be treated. This will continue to be my go-to place for hair care.

I wanted a specific haircut and I was probably asking for a bit, but I was somewhat left confused. The lady cutting my hair commented a lot about how beautiful it was and I was very humbled. Still confused, but humbled.

I would have gave them no stars but I cant. The reason why I feel this way is because I was told they dont know how to cut ethnic hair. The person at the front desk asked me for all of my information, so I gave it to her, and soon after that she tells me that no one could trim my ends. also that they could not tell the difference between healthy hair and a split ends. Knowing people in this profession I know that it does not matter what kind of hair you have they can an will do your hair. In cosmetology school you can not get certify to graduate if you dont know how to do all types of hair. when this happen I was mad. I was really unhappy about all of this to know that these people are still here. This made me feel like I was worthless, and that Im not good enough to get service at this place. This took place 1-5-18 at 5:45pm.

Worst haircut of my life! She cut my hair 2 inches shorter than what I asked for. It was very very short on one side and just short on the other side. I look like a man. I even gave her a picture and it looks nothing like the haircut in the picture. I would not recommend that place or that stylist to anybody.... And she had a horrible attitude. Giving her a one star is overrated.

Its a haircut place. Better prices than some. $15.95 plus $4 tip. Maybe call in advance.

Typically a 15 to 30 min wait even if you check in. Prices are steep for a simple mens haircut, $17. If a regular barber was closer, id be going there.

The lady running this salon is very rude, she told us to come back at 11:30 , we waited and came back, she then told me there would be two other customers before mine. She got rude and said we dont do appointments here and said we can go somewhere else if we dont like the wait. Will NEVER spend a penny at another Super Cuts store.

Best walk in place ive been to in years. Didnt wait long at all, and customer service was fun and attentive. Michelle was also extremely awesome and did a great job.

It was an overall good experience except there was a language barrier between myself and the stylist, however, we were able to get through it all and everything was great!

Horrible first experience!! Decide to walk away when some one got service before me.No one to communicate with you regarding about wait time, the ladies are more worried about clean the freaking floor.Defenetly not going back at least at this location, no effort to acomodate walkins, customer service defenetly far away from this place.Shame.

Worst Customer Service!Made an appt for color, highlights and cut for the next day. Show up and they dont see my appt. They have me wait and explain that they just took another appt from another Supercuts on SR70. This person also had her appt messed up so they accepted this appt. This other customer arrives when Im now waiting 20 min. The employees there do not take my name or information as Im sitting there to put me in the system at all, all looking like they are ignoring the situation. Then the employee, I think is the manager, then take the woman who walked in to the back. Ummm Im sitting here, I had an appt even if it wasnt on your calendar and you still didnt address how the situation was going to be handled. Now the other employee is finished with her customer, 2 other men had walked in. She, the 2nd employee starting taking their name and tells one of the men hes next! What is going on!!! I state that, asking what is happening. Tell her that I had an appt even if it wasnt on the books and Im here waiting. She says sorry its not in there, referring to the appointment book. I then just get up and leave with my daughter who was also there for a cut.The situation could have been handled if they would have acknowledged me and the issue by coming up with solutions like rescheduling me, tell me to come back another time or day, but NO! They just didnt handle it and had a customer become irate and leave.Worst Customer service ever!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST HAIRCUT I HAVE EVER HAD! They dont know how to cut layers and screwed the whole cut up. I will be wearing my hair up for months until it grows back out bc I look like someone stuck my head in a blender. DO NOT GO HERE!!
