Not a friendly place. Cannot give reason for charges. Want you to blindly give them money with no specific amount given or a reason for it. The agent I spoke with was condescending and belittling to his customers. I asked for why the payment was so much when I had proof of monthly payments and was told to take it or leave it. DO NOT USE!

Horrendous staff. They do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. I have cancelled and obtained insurance from another provider and this company continues to withdraw from my account and have been reported for fraud!!! Do NOT get insurance from this company. RUN!!
