I spent a year in this place and it was a really good experience! the services work well, I was always attended to what I needed. the manager and staff are very polite and efficient. the location is great, the pool really nice. I recommend.

Just moved in here and I can say its been an absolutely great experience. Based off other reviews I can say there has been no evidence of insects or secondary noises from neighbors. From the time I came to visit the property until now, I moved from Virgina, I can say that Taylor has made this process super easy and helped me above and beyond normal. The entertainment area is exceptional along with the gym. The pool is saltwater and is very similar to a resort pool.The community is gated and has security after hours, the valet trash service is super convenient, and the apartments are very modern and well taken care of. Hands down I can say this is one of the best properties I have lived at thus far.

First and foremost, we always felt safe. The location was perfect for shopping, eating, beaches, beer drinking, and other entertainment. Parking was good, pool was fun, food trucks were delicious, resident appreciation cookouts were nice, and the workout room was just enough. The maintenance staff (Big A) handled our issues timely and professionally. The local management (Tyler and Rob) communicated well with residents, accepted constructive criticism, and were quick to address issues. The one opportunity we dealt with the regional management was fair and reasonable. We had a great experience here while our home was being built!

Just moved from out of state and I have to say that Taylor has been amazing! Naturally I had a lot of questions and need a little help along the way. Moving sucks but she has definitely made this a little easier for us :) Apartment was clean and ready on time as she had promised and so far so good we really like it here! So if you’re thinking about living here give Taylor a call she’s your go to💯

Great place to live and so close to fine restaurants/ bar Grills coffee shops. UTC mall just 5 minutes away close to I75 to take you to St. Pete’s, Tampa, Fort Myers and beautiful beaches. Very quiet, great pool and grill area for your summer fun grilling. Great pool and gym for fun and fitness. Love my apartment! Oh the complex is gated and safe.

Very nice property that feels very safe. They seem to be still working out the kinks with the package locker system. And I do wish the hallways were cleaned more often but besides that its a great place to live. Prices can fluctuate quite a bit though so keep that in mind if you happen to see an apartment at a lower price point it may not stay that price.

I moved into Venue 2 months ago, and I absolutely love it here! The property is clean and quiet, and my apartment has met all of my expectations - I have not had a single issue or concern. Joey and Rob are incredibly kind and helpful. Of all the apartments I have lived in, Venue is my favorite. 10/10 recommend!

Location, location, location! Living at Venue, you really can’t get any closer to Lakewood Ranch Main St. I love being within walking distance of so many cool local hangouts. It’s an awesome little spot to call home in the heart of “The Ranch”.

We have been living here for almost 1.3 year and we totally love this community. Its located right next to market Street and lakewood ranch medical center. I love the location as university parkway, other shopping destinations and all the main beaches are 20-30 minutes away.Its a pet friendly society and stays clean. The pool area is nice big and vibrant. The staff is really friendly and courteous. Whenever we have any issues they respond and resolve it promptly.I love the fact that we have valet trash collection, car care center. Their gym is nicely maintained and have all the right equipment to stay fit.

The staff at Venue is amazing! They really care about the needs of the residents and make sure that everything is fun and taken care of! Move in immediately to be happy!

Maintenance team is the best we had Mike and Lloyd at the apartment to replace broken sink fixtures. They are very professional team and always very courteous. All the maintenance team is so nice they always have a smile and make sure they say hello. The property management team is outstanding especially the property manager Rob.

I absolutely love living here. The staff in the main building are always so pleasant and incredibly helpful. They helped my husband and I move to a bigger apartment in this building a BREEZE! The maintenance workers are so very efficient and work so hard to make sure the grounds are in tip top shape. They’re also very friendly. My husband enjoys chatting with them. They’ve been very proactive to keep all of the residents safe throughout this pandemic & even during hurricanes and thunderstorms. They send out updates constantly About what’s going on & very friendly reminders of the rules. Im a young woman & safety is one of my biggest concerns. I feel safer here than anywhere else I have lived. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else anytime soon!

Office is very responsive, beautiful pool and property is well maintained. Has a nice Fitness Center, Car Wash and even a Pet Wash Station! It sits directly across from Main Street Lakewood Ranch! How much more convenient can you get. Many stores like Publix, CVS and Walgreens is walkable and around the corner. The Hospital is next door plus UTC (Mall) and 75 is right down University!

Do not recommend. (1) Packages are constantly stolen from the mailroom. Instead of putting a video camera or lock on the mailroom, the complex just allows packages to continue to get stolen. (2) the stairways are never cleaned. Day after day, I look at the same q-tips and discarded masks that were there 3+ months ago. (3) The gates never work. The front and back gate are either broken or the remote control key doesnt work.

I love living here! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I can’t wait to renew in July!

I absolutely love the location of the venue, and how everything is so updated!

The rating I give it is terrible for several reasons from the beginning they gave us the apartment dirty and with the bathroom with the light bulb in the bathtub broken, it does not seem that being luxury they are able to deliver it in those conditions, and I left the property due to the lack of tolerance and education on the part of the general manager Rob Kime, our intention was not to affect the property or the company since the only thing we wanted was a transfer since we lost our job due to all this job instability for which The country is going through the covid 19 pandemic, the manager was not flexible in the face of our situation and did not want to help us transfer to 5 OAKS at westchase, we decided to deliver everything you take and the apartment in perfect condition much better than what we received, I I told him that the problem was that he did not want to help us and he very ironically told me well guys enjoy tampa, we are very disappointed because he did not help the company to recover the c Customer and be flexible because we never stopped paying in the middle of the pandemic, we were never always very punctual with the payment, what happens is that we are also Latinos, we do not do very well in English and he lacked a lot of ethics nor did he appear at the Talk to us or look for a way to help us. I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE A STAY AT VENUE AT LAKEWOOD RANCH

Excellent! I have been living here 6 months, and I really love it here at The Venue. The place is new, clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool, fitness center, and social room are especially nice. And all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location across from Main Street is wonderful - restaurants, movies, music - lots to do. Great place to live at The Venue at Lakewood Ranch!

The best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Emails are sent out weekly regarding what is going in the complex, always doing some event, and any update you may need. Rob at the office was so incredibly helpful with my quick move in & has always answered any question I may have. Maintenance is always around and very helpful as well. I feel very safe in this community, which is so important. Great location & wonderful staff!

I have to say that out of all the apartment complex Ive lived at, this is by far the best run. Ive been here for over a year now. Tiara the manager and the rest of the staff really go out of there way to make you feel welcome and like your part of there family. They are dedicated to there work and do a fantastic job. Few times will you see a manager pick up a broom and start sweeping if necessary, they usually call someone else to come do it. This Ive witnessed myself, and what that tells me is that if shes willing to do that, she will go out of her way to help anyone. The maintenence does a great job as well maintaining the property. I would like to say thank you to the entire staff for the great job they do.

Living here at the Venue at Lakewood Ranch has been amazing. Our apartment is well maintained, the amenities are awesome and the management staff are friendly and pleasant. The maintenance staff is amazing and prompt. They are always professional and explain every detail. The location is close to everything including the University Towne Center and all of its shops. Its awesome to be able to walk across the street to different venues, shops and markets. We highly recommend living at the Venue at Lakewood Ranch!

The location is perfect... we just need better follow-up via phone or email from our management office. it is extremely difficult to reach the staff by phone. since im aware that at times they may be busy i would stop by the office to present my issues. 9 x out 10 it gets handled. thank you especially to this new management available to us.

I relocated to Venue for business and enjoyed my stay immensely. Rob in the front office took care of all my paperwork from afar and I was able to simply move-in and pick up my keys. Painless transition and wonderful experience! The apartment was better than he had described over the phone. Neighbors were very laid back, gym was amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed very friendly. I met with the property manager (Tiara) once and she took care of my work order for a light blown that same day. My only gripe is that I should have gotten a top floor that way I had nobody above me, but Ive lived in many apartments in the past and the noise levels here were nowhere near as bad as others. I highly recommend choosing Venue if you are looking in the Lakewood Ranch area.

DO NOT LIVE HERE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! We signed a one year lease and had to move out three months early because it was so bad. We still had to pay for the months we weren’t living there, but it was better paying double rent then living at this horrible place. The venue is incredibly over priced and when you pay over $1400 for a 600 square foot apartment you expect things to be high quality but that is not the case. Once you sign your lease they don’t care about you anymore and don’t help with anything, they just nickel and dime you for everything all they care about is how much money they can make. In the 9 months we lived there our ac broke over 12 times. Every time the maintenance team comes to fix something they do the bare minimum to get it to work which results in it breaking again. Our apartment also had a roast infestation that they did absolutely nothing about no matter how many times we told them. We ended up having to pay someone else to come out and treat it because the venue is useless. You also pay every month for valet trash which is mandatory to have and they don’t pick it up half the time so you end up bringing it to the trash can which is half a mile from your apartment. You also pay higher prices to live in a gated community, but 99% of the time the gates are broken. We also had a BOMB THREAT in our building because of the lack of security they have. We were woken up at 7am one morning to the fire alarms going off because someone got into the complex (since the gates were broken) and said she had a bomb and was telling us all to run because she placed a bomb in the building. After this happened the venue did not even address the situation, no courtesy email apologizing or anything. If that doesn’t show how much they don’t care about you and your family’s safety I don’t know what will. We also evacuated for hurricane Irma and when we came back our front door handle was hanging from the door looking like someone broke in and no one even told us! Also there is no assigned parking so if you get home after 6pm good luck! You’re going to be walking half a mile to get to your apartment. On top of all this, when we left after paying for multiple months we weren’t living there, they charged us $800 to replace the carpets in our 600 square foot apartment because they said we had “pet stains”. Yet it’s weird how we would have pet stains when we never had a pet there. We even had a rug that covered 90% of the carpet because it’s almost white and we didn’t want to get it dirty and be charged when we moved out, yet they charged us anyways. We also specifically requested not to have carpet in our apartment to start and Rob at the leasing office said that was no problem, but then when we moved in our apartment was fully carpeted when he told us it wouldn’t be. Before moving out I paid $150 to have the carpets professionally cleaned and that still wasn’t good enough for them because they just want to charge you as much money as possible and not give you your security deposit back. There are much better apartment complexes for less so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT live here, you will regret it.

I thought I would love it here but now I dread having to walk my trash clear across the complex to the disposal. The walls are thin, the parking has become non-existent, the lights flicker all day for no apparent reason, and the elevator is broken more than it works. It has the potential to be a nice place but falls really short, especially for what you pay.

Girlfriend got a new job wanted to move out of the venue and they couldnt of been more difficult and rude to deal with. This place has such a hard time leasing that once they manage to get someone in a contract they will squeeze every dime out of their tenant. Almost $1400 to live in a tiny one bedroom. You can buy a house for that monthly payment... Would definitely re-think your renting options before moving here. Bad service rude people.

Awful! I would leave 0 stars if I could. Gates never work so dont be fooled by the gated community, constant infestation problems with cockroaches, pests and so over priced for what you get! They will nickel and dime you for everything. Beware if you have children- the pool gate is always propped open (electronic entry system never working), I complained constantly and it was never resolved.

Recently moved in, great place. Very safe, clean, quiet and we love walking over to Main street or the lake daily.

This place is terrible! Lived here for a year and HAD TO GET OUT!! Had one stain on the carpets and they told me they don’t patch carpets, they replace the whole thing and charged me hundreds of dollars when we moved out... air conditioning broke everyother day... found cockroaches multiple times... gates never work so some one came in the complex at 7 in the morning and said that she put a bomb somewhere... This place may look nice but looks can be deceiving. I recommend everyone to look elsewhere and don’t put yourself through the hassle

Beautiful apartments but very loud street noises depending on where you are located. They recently switched companies so that now we pay significantly more to have trashed picked up which is frustrating because we literally have to walk our garbage clear across the complex or put smelly trash in your car and drive it there. So its not picked up at all, and In fact the garbage is always overflowing. Otherwise staff is usually friendly and pool area is very nice.

Absolutely the worst rental. There is no management....nasty, rude, and will never help you after you sign the lease!! Random tenants without background checks, not safe, paper thin walls....I cannot express RUN!!!!

Love being here. Not much negative aside from noise from hospital and people driving crazy late night.

The only good thing about this place is the location. Nothing else is up to expectations. I only lived there for 7 months and there is a very good reason why. Our kitchen sink came loose and was falling into our cabinet, we had to have the maintenance crew come fix our door locks twice, the washer would only wash on hot water, which we tried to get fixed several times. The lights in our unit flickered about 50 times a day and the management company told us from day one that they would fix it.As soon as we could get out we did. And at the end of our lease they tried to jack up our rate 300 a month then preceded to charge us 1000 dollars to replace carpet in the unit that was nasty when we moved in. The location is fantastic, however I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Apartment has very large roach infestation. Magement is very nocholant about the matter and doesnt understand the parasitic diseases , allergens these bugs carry.The bathroom area in my unit has the larger roaches. Meanwhile the kitchen is infested with smaller sized roaches that roam throughout your cabinets and even get inside your refrigerator.I have received emails from other clients indicating they had similar issues at this Complex with roaches. It would be a decent place if it didnt have so many roaches but its an amount thats not tolerable. You see them everyday and their scattered throughout the hallways too.

Location is the only thing the Venue has going for it. Constant issues with lights flickering and dimming out are among a long thread of negatives I could list.
