If you want to be inconvenienced constantly then this is the place for you. Pay top dollar for such things like ;the dumpsters being overfilled and no wear to put trash, pressure washer guy spraying gallons of water into your living room, the fire suppression system wailing for hours before anyone attends to it, gates being constantly broken, etc... Has been one of the worst experiences Ive had with an apartment complex.

The residents was wonderful, the pool was wonderful, the whole experience was great. I really truly enjoyed my time there and Destin Florida.

It doesnt get better than being next to pool with this view everyday. I love my apartment, the location, and the staff are very attentive. The maintenance crew are competent and quick to respond to any issue.Also, the River walk is such a plus. Just open the gate and I can access the most beautiful walk in Bradenton, just steps away from my door.

Great place to live

I lived here for an year and it is a very good community to live. Accessible Riverwalk is ofcourse the best part. Best location, close to everything.All my maintenance requests were completed on time even during covid. Mariane is very thoughtful and helpful. Everyone in office is very polite . I would totally recommend this place.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!If I could rate this place a 0 I would. 11 air conditioning maintenance requests in a few months that they just patch until it breaks again a few weeks later. Cockroaches everywhere and we have even had a bug climb up our shower drain while showering. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s incredibly disgusting and the management team couldn’t care less. Poor poor management.

Management is disrespectful and will talk down to you. They also have the worst towing service in town, $200 don’t get towed and you’ll be lucky if it doesn’t have an extra dent.

So I’ve lived here for 2 years now, and I absolutely love it. It’s quiet, clean and perfect for me! I love the management, if I need something fixed, it’s done that day! No matter how big or small. It’s close to everything, the rates are more than fair for the size and the location, and the security of this place. I’m actually upgrading to a bigger place just so I can stay longer! I don’t ever plan on leaving until I buy a home. I absolutely love 210 Watermark, I would recommend it to anyone who asks! This place is home

I have lived here over 2 years. When ever I submit a work order the maintanence team Drew and Justin take care of my work orders right away. The management team in the office are great communcating with me when issues arise. The location is great and i love the pool and gas grills.

Very nice

A really wonderful experience for children. Most children love water, especially on a hot day. (Don’t forget the sun lotion). There was a problem with the rubber flooring, that was coming up. Older boys were throwing chunks of it around and the very young were putting it in their mouths. This made it a harrowing time for parents. I hope it will be rectified soon.

I love this place! I will live there again when I move back to FL. The office staff, maintenance team, and especially the property manager, Sheila are top-notch

I was miserable at my old apartment but now that I live here Im so happy. I walk on the river walk and to local shops my neighbors are friendly the staff here are great . Drew the maintenance man works his tail off yet keeps a smile on his face and I have never heard him complain. Many of my neighbors have dogs from tiny to really big but I rarely hear barking and never see doggie poo on the ground. I could go on and on but will end this review with I love my new neighborhood

I picked this place souly because of how well we have been treated by Amanda Boitet! I could not ask for better service. Shes the perfect amount of professionalism with just enough of that family feeling everybody likes!

Great location. Maintenance team is amazing and has yet to let me down and the office team always does what they can to resolve any issues within their control. Parking can be a little rough at times but the location and amenities make up for it.

Love living at 210, people are courteous, the maintenance staff is quick to respond, and the front office has been phenomenal if I have a question or concern. Looking forward to a long relationship. Ive found my home.

Id like to compliment the Assistant Manager Alissa Patterson. Before deciding whether or not to move to The Watermark I went back to visit her several times with more & more questions, and she was unfailingly patient with me. She took all of my questions seriously, showed me around the property on several occasions, and provided very detailed information about the property, the management, the neighborhood, and the city. She even went above & beyond the call of duty to help me with my own computer searches while I was in her office, all the while making me feel as if I were the most important person to walk through her door! Her professional behavior, her friendliness, her knowledge all inspired me to believe that she represents a company that is trustworthy and my decision to move to The Watermark was based on my interaction with her.

I will warn anyone planning to stay at this complex! I had my car towed because I parked over the line next to the dumpster. The tow was $600.00 and the damage they did was $2,000.00. No one took responsibility for it They go into your apartment when you are not there. My wifes wedding ring was stolen at some point. Did not realize it until we moved out. The security gates were broken most of the time. The management was unpleasant . Read your contract with a fine tooth comb.

I have lived here at 210 Watermark for almost a year now. I have truly enjoyed my experience here! The office staff has gone out of their way with any concerns I have had. Savannah, Allyssa, and Noel are great!!! The maintenance guys, Justin and Wesley, are wonderful too! I have always had any maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. You cant beat the location here! Theres a locked gate right out to the River walk! Ive enjoyed the free concerts and events, not to mention a great place to walk my dog! I enjoy living in a gated community. This seems to keep the River walk visitors out. The pool here is great. In fact we now have all new pool furniture! If you want a great place to call home, come here to live!

Great location. Close to downtown and Riverwalk. Complex has been updating apartments and painting the buildings to create more upscale and modernized living! Wonderful dog park that my dogs love to go play at with other dogs. Friendly and accommodating staff. Best apartment complex Ive lived in. People complain about noise, but its an apartment and its going to happen at any apartment complex.. Its apart of apartment living. If it ever gets out of hand, staff is quick to respond. Maintenance is quick and efficient as well.

If youre living in 2017 then DO NOT sign a lease with this apartment complex. Today my friend was kicked out of their pool area for having an inappropriate swim suit on even though she was just wearing a bikini and there was no pool rules or regulations regarding the type of swim suit a person can wear. This was extremely upsetting as we were keeping to ourselves relaxing and enjoying the day when management came out and told us to leave.

I truly appreciate the way this staff responds immediately to my maintenance needs I also appreciate the way the office staff truly tries to keep the community informed with their Timely emails giving us updates on everything that is going on the staff is friendly and truly tries to keep up on the general maintenance needs of the community Riverwalk surrounds the community and is the icing on the cake because because it offers so much to everyone and our community is right in front of the Manatee River which also adds to the beauty of the location I am very pleased to live here and truly does seem to be like home to me

I would like to thank management for their quick rectification of my car being towed earlier this week. The quick response from the DM allowed the manager Noell the leadership she demonstrated with the negotiation with the towing company. Thank you so much.

Beware of this complex. There is collusion happening with the local towing companies to limit visitor parking and aggressively tow. The visitors parking will be full with dozens of empty “non visitor” spaces, and if one of your legitimate guests parks in an open spot for a few hours to wait for an open space, they will absolutely be towed. It will cost $210 dollars, and when you call the dispatch to see if they have your car, they will tell you they only take cash while there are Visa/MC stickers all over the tow yard pay window. What’s more, when our Lyft driver came to pick us up she knew exactly where to take us because she’d taken so many people there. Someone’s cleaning up around this towing scam but it won’t be your authorized, legitimate visitors who will be charged $200 if they park outside the lines.

Just recently moved in and couldnt be happier. My apartment is spacious and was very clean upon move in. Not much noise from the neighbors and I love the fact that this community is so dog friendly. Parking hasnt really been an issue for me. I have been able to always find a space and I have had numerous guests over without issue. The office staff and maintenance team has been so kind and friendly since before I even signed my lease. The maintenance guys even went as far as to help me carry a heavy box upstairs! Living a walking distance from Riverwalk is awesome too ☺ I really feel like I made the right choice with picking 210 Watermark!

Dont live here if you have a life or friends they will tow your friends car away. I wouldnt be so mad at this if the apartment complex didnt have ghetto people who wont pay $50 for a sticker so they can park where residents park. That is why there are never spots for visitors.

Good location, HORRIBLE management. They were constantly making mistakes on billing, including making me pay more due to their clerical errors. Bad communication, and even worse management of accounts.

Helpful staff, great maintenance guy, easy application process, nice color accents in our apartment with nice flooring and GREAT location.We chose our apartment site unseen using the website, chose our floor plan and completed application over internet and phone. Thanks to Chris and Noel and office staff we were able to get everything done while being out of state. They answered all our questions and we had many.We chose Watermark for its location, with many choices for entertainment and nice restaurants to watch the sunset on the Riverwalk, within walking distance.Other features include, nice landscaping, very pet friendly, and a good pool area with new furniture.People complain about parking in previous post. Rules were explained to us so just follow the rules and park in designated areas. Our kids have visited with no issues so far.Friendly residence and our first month has been a positive experience.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Worst maintenance, staff is uncaring and unhelpful, this place is a scam! They restrict where you can park, they restrict you to have visitors, the offices closes too early, the staff have no idea what they are doing, takes weeks before you ever get a response back from staff. This place is sad, paying top dollar for run down and slow maintance.People pay to live in a gated community yet you cant even park in here without getting towed. There has been a car with a flat tire for months and still has never been towed. If you are considering this place I would reconsider 100% not to live here unless you want to pay every week to go get your car from a towing company.

I recently found out that I am transferring to Texas for work and I couldnt be more sad to leave this apartment complex! Since Day 1, the staff has been extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have quickly helped solve any problems Ive had, from noisy neighbors to a sink that stopped working.Also, the new maintenance crew always goes above and beyond on maintenance calls. I had an issue with my bedroom light one morning and by the time I came home from work, it was fixed and all of the light fixtures had new light bulbs!Besides the outstanding staff, the location of 210 Watermark is ideal. Its walking distance to the bars and restaurants of downtown Bradenton and there is gate access to the river walk. It is fairly centrally located with close proximity to anything you could need, including a 10 minute drive to the beach.

This place does not offer enough parking for their residents so they have visitor cars towed to make room for more parking for the residents.They say they have a 72 hour consecutive over night visitor parking policy where if the towing company sees your car for three nights in a row they will tow you. How ever they will tow you no matter when you are visiting,the morning the afternoon or the evening. The tow truck comes by at various times and if they see your car they write down your license number. After three times they will tow you. But yet your not staying over night. When trying to get a straight answer of what they consider over night parking they will not give you a direct answer. All they tell you is that they need to make room for thier residents. Whos fault is it that they have more units then they do parking spaces? Surely not the visitors fault.They are not abiding to their policy. They do not care if you have friends visiting. They just want your car out of there. When you call the towing company (who has terrible reviews that they have a scam going on) they will insult you when you confront them. As for the apartment complex,when you Ask them the policy they cannot give you a direct answer.GOD forbid if you need home health care on a daily basis becasue after three days thier car will be towed . Does not matter how long they are parked for.So when does over night parking mean any time of day or night? The tow truck comes through the neighborhood any time,not just in the late evening . And becasue they do not have enough parking spaces for thier residents they tow the innocent visitors. The towing company COMMTOW basically steals your car and then makes you pay 200 dollars to get it back. 210 Watermark hires this company so obviously 210 watermark does not care about thier residents or residents having visitors. Its a crime that you pay a high price to live in such a small unit and you have no where to park. Many times you have to park on the street outside of the comnplex. There also is only a hand full of handicap spaces for all the people that live there. And worse of all DO NOT HAVE ANY VISITORS BECASUE THEY WILL HAVE THEIR CAR TOWED.I am a lease holder in this complex and its a crime how both the towing company and 210 watermark treat thier residents. You will read that many people say that if you like having your car towed on a weekly basis then 210 Watermark is the place to live.

I enjoyed the great location with a pedestrian gate to Riverwalk in Bradenton. After 27 months, I decided to move to an apartment closer to the beach with a garage and a dog park on the premises. I found that the apartment management nickeled and dimed me on my security deposit, asking for more money! I was never late with my rent and followed all the complex rules, picking up after my dog, etc. I left my apartment clean, even dusting the tops of the ceiling fans!! This apartment complex was a big disappointment in the end!
