I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. It is quiet here, clean, and safe. We don’t have a problem very often but when we do the maintenance men are quick to respond! Maintenance man worked very hard to keep the property clean, they are friendly and very knowledgeable for doing repairs. I don’t have any plans on moving in the near future. I love living here!

I lived in these apartments 2 different times. For the value you cant beat it. Home is what you make of it. The only reason I moved was because I got married and we wanted a big yard for our kids. Now they are grown and my husband and I decided to live separately. So Im considering going back because I had no issues and it met all my demands.

Great people to rent from

This place is a hard pass. Save yourself the trouble and say no. Mold, filthy environment, broken elevators, poor service in office, out dated renovation, and the list goes on. It’s cheap, so you get what you pay for; except you don’t. If you need anything fixed don’t get your hopes up because maintenance won’t be there to assist.The real kicker is, if you manage to survive to the end of said lease, don’t hold your breathe for security deposit, leave the apartment in better condition than before and expect some imaginary deduction before you see a penny, if that.You’ve been warned. P.S. enjoying hearing loud music and domestic violence throughout the day and night.

AWFUL PLACE!I stayed here many many nights with my boyfriend who resided here for a couple of years. Over the last year I had been there, it has gotten worse and worse over time. Endless nights of music flooding into our apartment, unable to sleep in cause of it. Reports were made to the office, yet nothing had changed. Burglaries happened often in the parking lots- a couple in which we were victims of (shattered windows, stolen items). Many times officers have came to the apartment piecing together crimes. Washers/dryers usually “out of order”.Maintenance is awful, we reported one issue throughout the entire 2 years. One of the two toilets needed fixed, and the water damage from the hurricane be repaired. Took nearly a month for both to be addressed. They seemed to have just painted over the water damage- as they left their tools behind, and splattered paint all over our Tommy Bahama furniture.The entire apartment has been swarmed with termites and spiders, roaches came and went over the course of time.When my boyfriend and I finally decided to move, we did so accordingly. Gave a notice, followed all rules, cleared and deep cleaned the apartment, and proceeded on. When requesting personnel to come evaluate the apartment in order for us to collect the security deposit, we were told no. They’d do it when they could.2 months later, we returned to the office, where a list of (false) damages was given. Such as: damaged blinds, stains in carpets, cleaning fee, etc). Both of us working full time jobs and often traveling out of town for weeks/months at a time, and staying at my established home- We were rarely here- reason for choosing such a low cost apartment. The listed damages struck us by great surprise and disbelief. Nearly $150 of the deposit was taken for “cleaning”. The apartment was in better condition when we left, than it was when we moved in (photos to justify).I would never recommend anyone to live in these apartments what-so-ever, especially with children. they may be “cheap” but that is exactly what you get.Totally disgusted with this complex.

In a period of 2 years my car was vandalized and robbed twice at this place I finally decided to move out I left the apartment In a better shape than when I first got it yet the landlord ALLISON W. decided to hold my full deposit for made up stuff when i spoke to her she was very rude and could not explain why they took my money so I got robbed 3 times. This place seems to be affordable but you get what you pay for. These people are scammers!!! Stay away!!!

Regardless of the pricing, i would not recommend this facility to anyone. The Elevators are scary and half the time do not work properly to where you must take the stairs to avoid it not working or having trash/animal feces located in them. Also, they will not renew you lease at any given moment regardless if you are always on time with your payments. Move on to you next option to save yourself the headache.

My experience at venture rentals was very displeasing for a number of reasons.. First of all when you have tenants that you provide a home for,the number one important thing is communication.Any time we had an issue whether it was pluming or electrical we immediately contacted the office to notify maintenance,in a NORMAL apartment community issues like these are responded to with vigilance; But at venture rentals you are ignored and visited at their convenience..we literally had our toilet running water nonstop for almost 5 days and when they came to fix it the man who didnt speak english didnt listen to our observations and simply tightened something; when in reality the part inside the tank responsible for the water flow was very old and broken, so after the man left not 2 hours later the water began running again coming out of the toilet onto the bathroom floor soaking into the carpet..After the maintenance man left we had to call again and wait some more for him to come back and tell he put a new part in already after we showed him physically what was the issue, then he played off and finally took the time to put in the new parts..We put our rent money in their dropbox only to get a notice on the door saying we were late, it is a box that only opens with a key and we made sure it went inside.. so we got no sympathy from them when it was entirely their responsibility and had to pay 720 again out of our own pockets..Please im begging you reader to stay the hell away from here and take your hard earned money to someone who will respect the tenants as they should..

Rent keeps raising $10 each year. With the rase of rent every year nothing gets fixed, unless you bug them for two years, and thats for big problems. For medium sized it takes 1-2 months, and for small issues a week. I swear if I had this place as my own things would be different.

Buildings are very old they tried to keep up visitor parking socks need to work on that situation

Cheapo. Really tho their rates are great for single parents.

50 dollars for application fee which is non-refunable . they use a company to verify all the info on your application plus past landlords . takes 2 to 3 days yet its been 2 weeks and im still waiting on a response. Staff is no help and lead you on to saying they are waiting on the company to verify past landlords when i know very well they have called them already . spoke to both my landlords which gave thier statements already . havent looked anywhere else because waiting on them . such a pain !

Venture Rentals is a cesspool of degenerate losers.The apartments are terrible and the complex is not very safe. The staff are not much better. If you dont play by their rules, you are screwed. Stay away.
