From the process of signing to moving in I have received nothing but celebrity quality service and hospitality from all of the staff! The management staff (Jennifer, Rae Lynne, and Rachel) made transitioning pleasant and really welcoming while also helping with every question and request as quick as possible. The maintenance staff (Jason and Justin) are always reliable, quick, friendly, professional and very patient when it came to any help that was needed. The entire staff makes the experience that much more special and really does show they all care about their residences. It is everyday I experience this exceptional hospitality and service which is highly appreciated!

I have lived here for 1 year and this is my best rental experience I have ever had. high-quality buildings, cool design, no noise from A/C as they are on the roof. Management treats you like parents to their children. Rae and Jennifer do a nice job. all that is required from you is to follow community rules that are the same for everyone, respect your neighbors and be decent. thank you!!!

This apartment complex is Gorgeous! Residences at the Green, offers a 24 hour club house to all Residents. The club house features different areas to use to work or unwind. The Fitness Center is fully equipped. Outdoor space is super accommodating. The apartment homes are spacious and have great finishes. The location of this community is prime, within walking distance to the plaza where you can grab lunch- enjoy a smoothie or pick up dinner from Winn Dixie! Lakewood Ranch is a trendy up and coming area! The office staff at the Residences are Rockstars!!! They put 100% into customer service and ensure you are above satisfied with your home here. This is BY FAR the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in! My home is Beauitful, the amenities are incredible. It is so nice to leave your home and walk around in a clean, friendly, welcoming environment. The staff is the best, they are so responsive and you never have to worry about anything. It’s also a great location where you can walk everywhere which is so convenient! Love my home!!

I would like to give so much appreciation to Jenn, Raelynn and the staff at The Residences at the Green. This property is run like a 5 star resort. the care and professionalism is by far the best I have seen. The grounds are immaculate, staff is helpful and friendly and Jenn truly knows what it takes to run a quality property. Raelynn even came up to my apartment and helped me set up my TV, the service and care from everyone is 100 stars. I cant say enough about this place and coming from NYC the bar was set high and this is the only property that has such great standards that I have seen here in Florida

What a great place to live! No place is absolutely perfect, but Jennifer, Rae Lynn, Jason & the rest of the staff, will do their best to fix any problems you might have. The amenities are outstanding.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff are super friendly and responsive, the amenities are great- seriously, cancel your gym membership. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants and parks. We’re coming up on a year and if we weren’t moving states we would definitely be extending our lease. We will miss this place so much!

Ran into one of the maintenance guys, Jason, here at Lido beach, he told me about the community, I just so happen to be looking for a new apartment, Super happy with coming here. The ladies in the office were very helpful. They were both busy at the time I walked in and both acknowledged that they saw me and said would be with me in a few minutes. They were able to show me the apartment I wanted to move into. They made it so easy for me, renting can really be such a task, they never made me feel like i was bothering them, which has been the case in the past with other places. I am happy they helped me and cant wait to call this place home.

I was the first occupant in the unit that I am renting. As a result, I am the person who is discovering the little things that need repair/modifying for mechanical issues. Residences at The Green has an onsite repair request process. They have responded incredibly fast. Heres the best part. The maintenance supervisor stops me when I am out walking me dog to double check that everything is functioning fine and that everything was taken care of.

From the moment Justin helped me find my perfect apartment, I knew that this place would be magical. I absolutely love living here! Everyone is so friendly and the office staff are so attentive and fabulous. I am so glad I can call this place my home. 😊

Rae Lynne is amazing! We are in the process of selling our home and they have been so helpful with getting us ready to move in. We look forward to living here.

You cant just sign into the WIFI its a community based wifi. So all of my sonos, google home, smart plugs etc are not hooked up. They are not compatible. I would have to get spectrum out here and its a whole deal. I tried to call and get a simple fix. Extra keys are $100 per they are all key fobs.. if you get locked out better hope you go to LA because you need to spider man the wall to get inside.Just bought a boat parked it at my place of residence to work on it..radio, depth finder, etc and got a notice if I did it again I would be evicted.Neighbors complain.They have implemented a pet poo DNA fine program.. Good luck with that. if you dont clean after your dog you get a $300 fine.I was happier paying less with less rules without looking over my shoulder. The people are very nice though.

My family and I couldnt be happier at the Residences at The Green. The ladies in the office (Jen, Rae Lynn, etc) are super friendly, helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond to any concerns. Jason and Justin in Maintenance are fabulous as well. They address any issues immediately and always in a pleasant manner. We enjoy the whole staff here at The Residences!! Our 3 bedroom apartment is gorgeous and spacious, and we have an enormous patio to enjoy as well! We couldt be happier with our decision to stay here!

They helped me tremendously during a very challenging time and were nothing but helpful and empathetic in getting me everything I needed during my move into Residences the Green. Been here since nov- small issues but the new clubhouse employees Jennifer and Rae are awesome and always take care of you. Best place around town hands down. Maintenance guy Luis is awesome💯

We chose Residences at the Green because and the close proximity to everything. Literally... its walking distance to KeKes, 7/11, CVS, Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle, LA Fitness, and more! The staff are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and fun. The amenities are top notch with the beautiful pool and outdoor fit pit areas, and indoor game and entertaining spaces. The garbage service is 5 days per week for the most convenience for all tenants, and we recommend the very affordable monthly upcharge for the water view balcony as it was wonderful to catch those nightly sunsets from our very own private space. The elevators also made it extremely convenient for our needs, but there are stairs also available if you choose. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Let’s see if things get better now that they cleaned house ! The staff was not great ! Place is beautiful and could be amazing if they hired customer service oriented people who gets things done. I’m glad they saw this and acted accordingly !
