Jacquelin was my service tech. He thoroughly checked everything. He was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. I have been with Total Air for maybe 5 years now. This company does not invent things that are broken or need replaced, just honest good work. Thank you Total Air.

Looked at Google Maps to find an alternate air conditioning service company. My original companys pricing was getting a little pricy. I also looked at the reviews online and decided to give Total Air Solutions a call. Their prices were very reasonable. We have 3 air conditioners and went with their yearly service contract with two services per year.Carlos was our service technician today and he was excellent. Great personality, and a very good attention to detail.

Stephen was awesome, he discovered the problem immediately and checked all units. Turns out installer had crossed some wires so instead of ac, it was heating!! We just moved in, so had no idea. Stephen was mindful of all safety procedures so we were very comfortable having him in our home. We are thrilled to continue using and recommending Total Air Solutions.

The Total Air Solutions technician, Virginia DelGiorno, arrived as scheduled and went right to work inspecting and cleaning our HVAC system. She was detailed and gave me a full report on the systems status along with recommendations to keep it running efficiently. I have always been pleased with Total Air Solutions and Virginia continued to reinforce my view.

Had Al come over to give me an estimate, he took pictures and measurements. We agreed on a price for the job that he said his boss approved. He sent me a contract to sign and came over in the afternoon to pickup the signed contract and get measurements for the installers. All of a sudden he says I cant do this job, we need to replace the stand and we would lose money then he left! I even agreed to pay an extra $250 for the stand and he still said he prefers not to do the job! UNBELEIVABLE!!! Most unprofessional behavior Ive ever seen!

Awsome service needed Air-connditioning fixed, called at 8pm, Kyle was there at 8:20, diagnosed problem, and fixed the a/c with no delays.Very impressed with his professionalism, and knowledge..5 stars for Kyle, and total air solutions

Virginia was awesome. She was on time and extremely helpful. She changed our filters and checked the unit. I’m not to knowledgeable in the ac department my husband usually deals with it but she explained everything and made it easy to understand. This was my first experience with the company and I was extremely pleased.

Great experience from start to finish! Was seeking proposals to replace my old system in North Port, AL came by & was very knowledgeable with his recommendations & after receiving his proposal found it to be very reasonable, so we set an install date. Two guys show up on install day & one worked on the outside unit while the other took control of the inside unit, they both were extremely organized & efficient & very helpful when approached with questions or concerns. I felt very confident that I had made the right choice going with Total Air Solutions! Thanks guys!

Patrick and his staff were extremely precessional and did an amazing job with my AC installation. They were articulate with details as they uninstalled my old AC and installed the new one. They came out within hours of calling. Techs were on time, professional and went thru all parts of the air conditioner. They even got a snake out of the entry for me. Completely Satisfied!!

Sunday night our air went out. Called TAS Monday and they had someone out before the end of the day. Al. Said that it could be fixed but that the unit was already 14 years old and more issues could arise. We decided to change out the whole system. Installers were back on Thursday and completed the job the same day. We also had a UV light installed with the system.Excellent all around including $$$$Mark & Sue. North Port Florida

We have been with Total Air Solutions for many years. We are so happy with this Company --- Friendly, Efficient, Wonderful at keeping our unit in tip top shape (and giving advise/answering questions). Highly recommended.

Kyle and Stephen were sent out to replace the wiring from our air handler to our thermostat. They checked the wiring, cut off four inches of wire on both components, reconnected the wires, with fixed the system without having to rerun the wires. They saved us a lot of money.

Technician came and worked hard in the hot attic around 1pm.. They did a good job and gave details to what they did. Thumbs up

We had a split system installed last week and couldn’t be happier with the decision to go with Total Air Solutions. Al Benincasa was great to work with and helped us understand which product worked best for our needs. It was installed less than one week later by Moe, Burt and Bobby who were courteous, hard working and all around true professionals. Replacing ac system is not usually a fun thing to have to do but if it has to be done these are the guys to go with.

Good honest A/C company! On time, polite and through service! The service plan is a great deal and keeps your system working right!

Flawed installation of a 4 Ton carrier Air Condition at $8k. Discovered after six months when another Air Condition company performed its maintenance that the system was installed with no Filter rack and Filter. Total Air Solutions claimed to BBB that the system has no filter.Totally unheard of! This is despite the fact that the Salesman Al Benincasa asked during the installation if we prefer to have the filter installed at the return or in the main unit? We told him to install it in the main unit. They ended up not installing it at all! Total Air Solutions doesnt accept responsibility. It will cost me $800 to install a filter.

Total Air Solutions come out to check on my system. They worked with my schedule were nice and got the job done quickly. These guys are great!
