Today DJ Janiszewski did maintenance on the furnace, hot water heater and the gas fireplace. He also installed an air scrubber on the furnace. I chose to become a premier member also. DJ has awesome communication skills. He effectively answered all my questions showing me the checklist for the inspections. He kindly demonstrated how the thermostat can be programmed (I am a 70 yo with little technical ability). I am thankful to know that these units are in very good working order.

They were also extremely friendly from the person who answers the telephone at the company to the technicians who do the repairs.

Professional and Thorough. We had our HVAC system installed by Premier Air when we built our house. They did such a great job (and listened to preference of vent locations, etc).We signed up for their Maintenance Program (they come out twice a year and inspect all components of your HVAC system and include filters). Its a great program. We dont have to remember to call about servicing our units. They call us to schedule.Our recent service was no exception. Chris was professional, thorough and shared what he inspected and how everything was working. Gives great peace of mind. Who wants their AC or Heating units to go out in either the dead of summer or winter.Thank you!

Discovered our water heater leaked all over this morning. We called Premier Air and we had a new water heater up and running before lunch! Zac came out to perform maintenance on our furnace. We purchased the house in May, and judging by the looks of the furnace filter at the time, it hadnt been serviced for a while. Zac found a couple of things that needed attention and let us know about them and the pricing before performing the services, which we felt were needed. Zac answered all the questions we had beforehand also. We feel very good about the service we received.

Premier Air installed a High Velocity Air purifying system in our home a year ago and it has made a huge difference for us. We just had them come and change the filters and bulbs. On time and very efficient. We have been very happy with our service from them.

Premier is premier. They came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot a heating issue. It turned out that a previous installer of an AC unit didn’t finish the installation, leaving the system inoperable. Premier diagnosed the issue quickly and were done in no time. The tech was respectful in wearing a mask and booties.

Recently had Premier Air replace my furnace and air conditioning. They were able to get me on their schedule very quickly for a free estimate. Lucas came out to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t seem to push any products but rather just educated us so we could make the best decision for our family. After getting several other quotes from reputable companies, we felt most confident in Premier Air to do the work.

We had a issue at our vacation home in Big Sky and were onsite within a couple of hours of calling. The tech was knowledgeable, polite and called to give a run down of the issues/repairs made. I am apart of their Premier Membership Club, I highly recommend and it will save you a bunch of money.

Premier is definitely the leader when it comes to customer service, communication and billing, three things I value when dealing with a service provider. Upon making my initial appointment, they walked me through what the tech would be doing and more importantly sent me a profile brief on who the person was so I knew who to expect. The tech made contact with me before his visit, during and after. Billing was prompt after my appointment and service charges were very well laid out with exactly what the tech did. Most importantly, our furnace is working great thanks to Premier. Highly highly recommend and will be using them for seasons to come.

Premier just finished up doing an air duct cleaning for me and I was very impressed with their service! We had to reschedule multiple times and the office was so wonderful working with me and my availability. They took pictures of before and after so that I could see the difference. Our home is a new build and it was needed to get all of that construction dust and debris out of the ducts. They were friendly, clean and efficient. I will definitely use them for future services!

We recently purchased a home needed a humidifier installed. I called 3 different companies based on recommendations by others including the people who had the home built. I chose Premier Air (recommended by our realtor) because 1) they gave me a written quote immediately after taking a look (I waited about a 3-7 to hear back from the other guys) and Premier Airs prices were better 2) Joe Cameron was also the most professional. He explained things better than anyone else and did a great job at answering all of my questions (this is not something I know a lot about) 3) In the world of customer service, he definitely went “above and beyond”. For example: he noticed that we leave our shoes at the door, and without me asking (and I hate asking), he took his shoes off. The second time he came (to install the system) he knocked just in case the baby was sleeping - again, not something I asked him to do. Joe also periodically continued to check in with us and answer questions even after the humidifier was installed 4) I also appreciate that he worked with my schedule to get the humidifier installed as soon as possible. 5) My initial impression was that I could trust him, but he definitely earned my trust when he found and took a picture of a poorly repaired leak. At first I was shocked because we just had a home inspection. Then I discovered that this was found upon inspection and just poorly patched by the previous home owners and not something we caught in the final walk-through. Joe also brought up the manual from the crawl space and explained that if I registered the furnace, it would extend the warranty. He did this before I even chose to work with him and the other guys never mentioned anything about this. I recommend Premier Air without reservation and I really hope this review helps others in search of a good company to work with! And a big thank you to Joe.
