A very casual packaging job on my large Lladro figure. The packing materials that were used in this box were somewhat irregular, and it is only luck that brought that parcel to my home, without arriving in pieces. First off, if youre going to use a 22 x 22 x 22 cube carton, go with the double wall not the single wall box. The corners get deformed on a single wall when the object inside is heavy. Secondly, utilize some individual wrapping on the fingers of the porcelain figurine, instead of folding thin bands of bubble wrap and adding layers over and below the fingers. I would not have used standard bubble rolls for light to medium users. It should have been 3/16, 5/16 and heavy duty blow wrap blankets should have been used to encase the figure, instead of the light to medium bubble wrap that it meant to use for short cycles. Finally, your loose fill never kept the figure from moving since you chose to use Styrofoam chips instead of Biodegradable loose fill. The biodegradable would have suspended the object more securely and left less chance for movement inside the carton. You dodged a bullet this time, but I doubt if I would choose your store for another $108.40 shipping tab on a $500.00 vintage collectible item.

Do not go here!!! This is another prime example of South Flordia (FRAUD) living!! They charge $3 for you to email a PREPAID label to them and print. FedEx does not charge a dime. UPS really needs to regulate their company owned stores. I will never ever use their services for business needs.If a label is prepaid then that means you have already received your compensation, do not take advantage of your customers to make an extra dollar.The owner responded and explained exactly what i described as an issue. I understand that a prepaid label does not cost anything.I am upset that you charge $3.00 to print out a label that you have already been compensated for while FedEx charges 0 for the same exact process.

I have had issues with other UPS stores in the past when dropping off boxes that were delivered to me damaged. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was shocked at how nice he was and it really made my day because I was expecting an issue. Thank you Mike!

To manager David Grzech,I came in for a quick package drop off expecting a hassle trying to find shipping items, irresponsible me didn’t have everything needed to ship out this tiny little Item. I was in and out thanks to Christian for providing great, fast and SUPER FRIENDLY SERVICE. (I usually get the greetings when I come in to a UPS store but Christians’ kindness and friendly manner made my experience The BEST one I had in years at UPS.)I’d like to recognize him for his efforts, I hope that you are able to show him this comment...Thanks Christian!

Went there to ship a package. They told me my box had to go inside another box. The shipping was $31 but the additional box was $20 plus $5 for packing materials. Bringing the total to $61. I declined and went to FedEx. They shipped my package as it was for $29.

Customer service is a lost art apparently. I walked in, I was the only customer. I approached the desk and said a friendly hello to Jerry the clerk and set my 2 packages down. He gave no verbal response, but rather inspected my 2 packages, found the one with the pre paid label, scanned it and pushed it aside. He then gave further inspection to the second package- a box with a note that had an address attached to it. He flipped the little note in his fingers curiously and finally ushered his first few words to me... whats with this one?Well, I said, its a package and it needs to be shipped to that address on the note.He then let out a big annoyed sigh and began banging away on the computer, dropped the package on the scale and did what he had to do to get the printer to spit out a label. He then tossed my label down on the counter and said- insert your card. I put my credit card in the slot, paid for my transaction, collected my proof of shipping and left.As much as I would like to say this business has lost a customer, the reality is... its the UPS store, its less than a mile away. When I need to ship something again, I inevitably will return because whats my alternative? Wait in line at the post office? Perhaps this is why they dont invest in customer service.The whole exchange could have been completely different with 6 little words- Hi, how can I help you?6 little words...

BEWARE!!!The manager is extremely rude and unhelpful, I went with an Amazon return CODE in hand and he would not accept unless I made a UPS purchase of a box. My item was already packaged and Amazon assured me no UPS purchase was necessary. If this happens to you CONTACT AMAZON it will be handled appropriately.

Second time I came into this store and its extremely friendly. Jerry took care of me and helped me with everything. Very friendly, attentive, detailed, and I knew he was smiling under the mask. Explained to me what I needed to do in sending a package. I got amazing service at this ups store located at 1313w boynton beach blvd 334326. Even the manager david was giving excellent service to another customer. Good to know that even during this pandemic there are good people working cheering up others. Great team

Jerry helped my daughter get a package sent out overnight that was very important..He was the best and nicest person. The manager David helped her finish up and fix a time on the delivery that we messed up so it would get delivered on time. I will always use this store in the future and i think you should to.

After using this location for quite a few months I noticed that employers were getting annoyed with the consistent packages I would drop off. I assume because they were large and heavy they didnt want to deal with them. Very unwelcoming and half the time when I would say bye have a nice day, they wouldnt respond..

I called around and other UPS stores were not willing to help me. This UPS store said if I pulled up outside their store, they would come out and take a box from me that had prepaid shipping already on it. It was very nice of them to help during the pandemic and make sure that their customers are safe. I will definitely use this UPS store in the future!

Id like to start off by saying Id give these wonderful people a 10000/10 if it were possible. There has been never a time that I could consider as a major turning point for me in my life than today, as today marked the very first day that I, a 22 year old patient, started biologics. Due to an appointment I had in the afternoon, I was initially unable to receive and sign for my medicine that was being sent to me and in a panic I couldnt even begin to think about what I should do. That being said I made my way to the closest UPS store (store 2807) and was immediately greeted by the manager David whom, after I explained my situation to, did everything he could to get me my medicine. Words cant even begin to explain how grateful I am to David and UPS for helping me start my journey on biologics to live a healthier life. 10/10 can recommend these guys and gals anytime of day.My Sincerest Thanks,-Kota/Ethan

Came one day and was given wrong information. Was told an item would ship for one price and be there at a certain day, went to USPS to see if it was cheaper, came back the next day because item was cheaper with UPS and they told me that it won’t ship because the box that was in. Then they told me I had to use one of their boxes and try to charge me extra telling me that they would pack it as well. I asked if I could just do it myself and that’s when he said oh well yeah you can do that. I bought the box and then thankfully asked them if the shipping was going to be the same day as I was told before and told me that it wouldn’t and gave me a completely different date. The manager was really rude even to the employee SO RUDE!He was making the employee feel like a fly with the way he was talking to him.Just terrible! Never coming back to this UPS store. Even if I have to drive 10 miles away for another. Not coming back.

Poor customer service. They clearly just want you in and out and the store employees simply didn’t seem interested in helping anybody out. Heck, at the register the gentlemen didn’t even make eye contact with me and almost didn’t care about my shipping needs. His attitude screamed “I’m just here to collect a paycheck”.I will make it an effort moving forward to avoid this particular UPS store and use FedEx more.

Walked in, 3 employees total in the store, 1 working 2 on their cellphones. Asked for a UPS envelope he literally threw one to me and left. I than asked for 2 more another guy came to help. Than he told me they didnt have pouches to stick the label on, other guy had to navigate him. Simple visit was made difficult and unpleasant

My friend delivered a package at this store. He received tracking that the package was delivered. Upon delivery to the store I was greeted by a Nilesh who was rude to me during a time when I was in distress as this package carried Financial information. He proceeded to tell me that I was “wasting his time” and that I need to leave. I called ups they directed me to the regional office where I learned the package was definitely delivered to the store. I have since filed a police report. This ups store and in particular this Nilesh who insulted and disrespected me. I highly recommend that if you are shipping valuable objects to not use this store. The manager clearly does not care about people and there shipments and should be terminated immediately

Best customer service Ive ever gotten from a shipping store. Everything about this UPS store is the exact opposite of the postal service, it is clean, well lit, friendly staff, nice selection of odds and ends, quick service.The staff is always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in, they are very apologetic for making you wait, even if it is only a few seconds/minutes and they are extremely attentive and patient.They get that you dont know how to ship anything and jump at the chance to correct your stupid mistakes (dont use duct tape to package up a box, the glue will melt, thanks David).They even have a little USPS bin that they can accept small packages from the post office which has saved me the misery of dealing with the ugly, old, dark/dingy post office.

Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Dropped off two packages and both are “lost”. Coincidentally when I left the manager said “I’d be screwed if it got lost.” Now I’m out $200 never sending out packages for UPS or USPS at this location again.

This UPS Store specifically the one in Boynton Beach East, always have fast service,with smiles faces. The annual rates are compatible with higher service compared with regular USPS where I also have another mail. It is important to me to keep the UPS for more options, speed and better address to receive mailed and special delivery.

David gave amazing directions to his store on the phone. when we arrived at the store, he was extremely patient and helpful. he even stayed after hours to accommodate our order. he is going to make sure our bridal boxes get to their location as safe as possible. i highly recommend this location!!

Just about every UPS interaction I have in this town is a negative one. Yesterday I went to drop a box off at this location it was already labeled needed no help whatsoever from the person at the counter to find that they closed this location 1 minutes early and then refused to serve me. Customerservice is a lost art with UPS. Their employees seem thoroughly consequence proof. No matter if its delivering you a box that is Thoroughly beat up or closing their store before the hours of operations are over no one seems to care. From here on out Im not dealing with UPS at all, if a package delivered at my house by UPS Im going to refuse it have it go back to Amazon and send it to me either Postal Service or FedEx.

After my first review every time I go, (looks specific him) we ( customers ) are interrupted him. After my previous review, I hope someone read this and do the proper training.This Store is amazing ! My UPS Boynton Beach Store, mail I call now my home address. I can receive FedEx deliveries of special costly medication without being exposed to the heat from Florida. If were delivered to my home would be damaged. I receive also my self healing Nutraceutics treatments which is very important to me that use to take me over 2 months to arrive my mail to my home. But NOW I get it in 1 week or less to my UPS Store new mail address who makes it so much more convenient with tracking on when it arrives. I love my UPS Beach Beach Store. Thanks to David the Manager and staff.

Its small, not really helpful. I was waiting for my turn, in the mean time I saw how some elder lady was having some questions and the way they tried to explain to her was with a cold one or two word answer. Meanwhile, another register got available and the tall bold guy did the same to me, when I asked if I could to modify something he even said they dont do that and I should try at the post office, in a take or leave manner. Its really bad customer service. The good thing is there are many of these stores around.

Im new to posting a review about a company, but after my experience at this UPS facility I had to describe the experience I had. Before I went to this UPS place I was going to the Gateway store. And that place is the worst store in Florida. A young looking guy named David helped me. He went above and beyond to solve all my problems and answer all my questions in a way that was outstanding. I will never go to any other UPS place ever again. Not only was the service outstanding but David was very sociable and got to know me as a friend and not just try to get rid of me quickly. Thank you for having people who are very friendly and helpful.
