The only positive thing I can say was they arrived prior to the time our insurance company stated. If I could do a negative star I would. I was on the phone with my wife when the tow truck arrived. The driver stated he needed to back his truck up. While waiting for the driver to get back out the truck, he actually drove away without saying anything to my wife (again I was on the telephone during this). I had my wife call the dispatcher, who then stated a different type of tow truck was needed. Leaving a woman on the side of I-95 in South Florida, ZERO communication, NO APOLOGIES. Yeah, we would have gotten better service from the Road Rangers. As a Veteran & Small Business Owner, I could not even dare recommend this company to anyone.

I was in a car accident and they towed my car. I’ve been hospitalized since my car accident because I cannot walk and I got covid while in the hospital. They have no sympathy or anything and they are so rude it doesn’t make any sense at all. I told them I can walk so how am I able to come get my car several people told me “well idk what to tell you” this was the manager, the person above the manager & an employee. I would not recommend having them tow your car because they’re attitudes are so nasty.

My car had flat tire in front of my house. They came towed my car and pulled it for 20 miles on flat tires damaged the tires and wheels. And they told me at the office any damages happens to the car while it’s getting towed is on owner expense ( I’m not sure if this is true) . But when I told the (professional manager) that’s wearing long sleeping t-shirt, no pants with Nike slides that’s I am going to complain to the HOA she answered that they don’t care and they have a lot of business.

This Young Entrepreneur Man Took Care of Me and Brought me Home Safe and At The Right Price. I Will Highly Recommend This Company to Everyone.....

Probably the worst time possible, Sunday morning 9 am exit 81 off the turnpike i had a flat tire. no caddilac dealer was open, roadside assistance did not have my size wheel. Zuccala was called. they not only responded in 20 minutes they switched from wrecker to flatbed to take into consideration the vehicle i was driving. The driver knew exactly how to handle it and knew exactly where to take me to get a new tire. Thanks guys.

As I was driving from pompano to ocala today I had an over heated engine. Had to stop on the I95 and wait for AAA towing. I did not expect my day to have this delay as I was tight on time and have an important meeting in the afternoon in Ocala. I had the pleasure to meet Luis the towing truck driver who was very pleasant and made the experience amazing.

There in five minutes and a local named Josh knew all the body shops! Even knew what was wrong with my car. Affordable and my car was towed safely. Highly recommend!

That a horrible company! They damaged the transmission of my truck. Their guy didnt know how to do his job! They took my money for towing service but didnt tow my vehicle from the highway but locked and damaged the transmission and left me on the road alone. I tried to contact them but they didnt answer my email. So, my lawyer open a case against them and we will go to the court.
