Had my SUV towed on a Sunday, when I called they gave me a price, said they closed at 7pm and all I needed to pick it up was the keys. On arriving their yard staff said there may be extra charges to open the gate since its weekend. I called the number listed and spoke to the same person as before who then proceeded to give me an attitude for just showing up, saying Well itll take a while for someone to get there in the office.. its how all tow companies work on weekends. Absolutely terrible customer service and incompetent staff who failed to mention need for appointment on weekends as listed on their sign.

There is a sign inside the office that says We dont enforce the rules of a condo or HOA, we just tow. So I cant fault them for doing their job. I cant fault them for the rude behavior by the man in the office. Very unprofessional and clearly has never done anything in customer service well.

When picking up my sons truck, the differential was leaking, money was missing, and the truck had been unlocked all while sitting on this property. The owner lied and said they put the truck on a flat bed to tow it. It is a 4 wheel drive truck. He then told my son something else how they towed it. The truck had no problems prior to being towed. When confronted he got nasty with us and said he would sue me if said anything bad about him.Dont ever use this crook. Overcharged, unhappy customer.

Completely incompetent company, owner, staff, as well as outdated and almost inoperable equipment dont waste your time calling them your vehicle is in better hands with a garbage truck than these clowns.
