They are one of the rudest and callous business! I called 3 different times and spoke with 3 different representatives and i received the same energy and interaction. I solemnly care to write a review on here, but this is necessary. I called on behalf of my aunt. Her husband recently passed from Covid. Prior me getting involved, my aunt was doing her best to get things rectified. There was a language barrier, hence why i thought i should step in. When i called, they talked over me and interrupted me with no compassion at all. They literally told me “it is what it is”. Don’t rely on them when you really need them.

Rivardi Insurance company has been nothing but rude to me since I initially used them for Renters Insurance at my condo. During Hurricane Dorian, they threw a fit at me renewing my policy that was due to end because of the impending hurricane. When I contacted them for a car insurance quote, I was responded by a snobby Kim, who acted annoyed to be speaking to me. Then was quoted DOUBLE what a local insurance company quoted me and Kim says “this is the best I can find”. I NEVER leave reviews. I feel so compelled by the way I was treated at the company that I want to share my experience with others. Customers pay your salary. Treat them with kindness.

As a Florida based charity organization, we provide free alternative sports programs for children. What we do is complicated in the world of commercial insurance. I was referred to the Rivard Insurance Agency by an investor friend and I have to say - I was disappointed & slightly intimidated by the automated phone answering system when I first called, but proceeded through the process to be able speak with an agent. I was greeted by a very pleasant customer service representative who listened to me patiently and took down all of my property information and told me that the specific agents (Commercial & Residential) would be getting the quotes back to me ASAP. Within the hour I started receiving the requested Commercial Quotes from Joni Saunders.
