I cannot say enough good things about Andrea Givens at this location. Not only did she make a process that would normally be a pain totally painless but she was so nice I left in a better mood than when I came. She made the entire process from start to finish so easy! I had put off addressing a problem with my phone, thinking it would be a time consuming process and thinking that I might be gently pressured into getting a new phone. As soon as we entered the store ( the one next to Panera Bread) John came right up and asked how he could help. He was very pleasant and polite and got my problem solved in just a few minutes. Although I am not in the market for a new phone right now, I will certainly return there, hopefully to be helped by John, when I am. My husband and I both agreed that our experience there today was just perfect and we appreciate it.

Kendra was a fabulous help especially after I had such a poor experience with staff person, Jessie Graham. Kendra calmed me down after Jessie failed to answer my call or honor my appointment. I visited the store to buy a new Apple Watch which was dead when it came out of the box. Jessie told me I would have to go home to charge it and then return.Well lo and behold it never charged. I return to store for my second appointment with Jessie and she was nowhere to be found even after i held on the phone for 15 minutes as I drove to the store. Fortunately, Kendra stepped in and was a Godsend.She took ALL the time in the world with me, never complained and had endless patience with me. I usually skip going to the store and go to Best Buy for phones due to the pushiness that the sales person is expected to push on the customers. They had the phone that we needed, and luckily for once the sales rep was very understanding and didnt try to push when we were blunt about what we have, what we needed and no more. I didnt like that her boss or associate was also looking at our account and called her to the side to try and push a few things on us, but I heard her say it wasnt necessary. I hope this didnt cost her commission, but ATT needs to get back tot he basics of helping the customers and not trying to sell us garbage we dont need to drive our bill higher than it already is. They are only getting a 3 due to the sales rep was great.

Very professional store personnel. Unfortunately store personnel have no authority to correct inherent issues in store inventory. Went in for trade in discount which because of inventory could only apply to either Samsungs or iPhones. No Google PIXELS in stock no Motorola RAZRs in stock. I spent more than one hour to attempt to complete to upgrades. Cannot do it without a second visit after phones are shipped to my location. No ability to make a deposit on phones not in stock even though I have my charge card on file and can charge me for them.Recently have had service issues with reception on three of my 5G phones. 5G works perfectly down interstate 65 between Nashville Lynchburg and Chattanooga. As soon as I cross Kentucky State line it is intermittent and spotty and at my home only one or two of my phones will receive 5G the others rarely if ever do even when they are all in the same place at the same time. No explanation although extensive time has been spent speaking with tech support to explain why they all three work perfectly in Tennessee but not in Kentucky. Even when I am in 5G areas in Kentucky.

I had to get my number ported to AT&Ts network. What should have been a fairly straightforward process turned into a huge ordeal (mainly errors from my old carrier) with many hoops to jump through. Sarah Sejdic and staff at the 1770 Campbell Lane Bowling Green Ky AT&T store took the time to make sure my phone and number worked properly. Their diligence and persistence to get my service switched over took a couple days, but they worked together and figured it out. Im glad to have a fully working phone with a strong signal now!

Went in the other day to upgrade my phone. We had to wait but one employee told us that they were a little shortstaffed. The wait was shorter than I thought, considering. I had tried the store up the road a few days before and it was very busy and I was not acknowledged at all compared to coming to this location and being greeted and checked in at the door right away. The employee we worked with answered all of our questions and helped work out different scenarios to get us the best deal on our plan and upgrades.

Sarah and Kendra were great! I needed to switch to the first responder network and had to split my fiber internet account from my phone and they were able to get the job done fast! They even gave me a crash course in how to use my my FREE Apple Watch.

I have done nothing but run around contacting both AT&T and apple only for them to keep referring me to one another. This has been going on for two months now. I’ve been in contact with people both over the phone and at the other AT&T location in town. I decided as a last hope effort, after having been told it’s on me to figure out, to bring the phone I received as an upgrade to this location. I didn’t have very high hopes when coming in but I’m leaving ecstatic. Andrea has been the most amazing person I have interacted with this far. Everything from her bubbly personality and calm demeanor to her drive to get to the root of the problem. The phone I had came in unable to activate a sims card but Andrea took her time and troubleshooted the issue and now I’m walking away with a working phone. Truly amazing at her job

The associates were very helpful and thoughtful. There was an incredibly rude woman who entered the store and LOUDLY announced she would not wear a mask due to health concerns (no documentation, however, and spouting false claims), and the associates handled it very professionally. Especially since she did not allow anyone to speak until she was done with her rant. Shame on her. But many kudos to the associates! I left very pleased with my service.

I must say they went miles above and beyond absolutely great customer service. I want to give a huge shout to Cord Stockton sales consultant & Keith Thomas Manager. When you want the best customer service stop and see these two gentlemen.After starting this account a year ago and dealing with the other AT&T STORE at the other end of Campbell Lane. I will never step back in that retail store. I will do all of my upgrades with Cord.
