Left the door to my house wide open.Edit to reply: I am 100% positive that it was Merry Maids of Bowling Green as I have only used one other cleaning service on one separate occasion. I texted Marsha about what happened, and it was left on read with no response.

Scheduled a cleaning almost a month in advance because I am having surgery and wanted a good cleaning. The day of my cleaning they were supposed to arrive at 8:30. 9:15 rolls around and nothing, I call and they tell me the girl is running late but she’s on her way to the office to get equipment then coming to my house. 10:15 still nothing. I call again and this time they say they haven’t seen or heard from the person who’s supposed to clean my home but once they do they will call me. Well I’ve already scheduled my day around the cleaning so this is a HUGE inconvenience. I call and ask will I be given a discount for the inconvenience and the answer was “I don’t know and I also don’t know if all be able to reschedule you but when I find out I’ll let you know.” Like absolutely ridiculous. The whole reason I booked in advance was to avoid these hiccups and extra stress before surgery. Extremely disappointed.

My mother was sadly disappointed with the service as the consistency and quality diminished beginning in the summer after more than a year of monthly cleanings. Finally coming to an abrupt halt when she was asked to postpone the cleaning for a week then the next week, they were a no show during Thanksgiving week. I cleaned her home yesterday Dec 2nd, hence the disgusting swiffer pads I have shown in the photos. Im not sure how long it had been since her home was dusted. I worked 4 1/2 hours dusting, mopping, vacuuming, not evening having the chance to clean the bathrooms yet. I hope this helps someone looking for a professional cleaning service because this is not.

Outside of my fridge was still dirty, outside of oven was dirty, dishwasher had water spots, mirrors had spots, floors went swept, toilets werent cleaned, mirrors had spots.... it was terrible. I called to complain and they were sending someone to fix it, and they didnt show up

Savannah and Sheila were so sweet and professional. They cleaned our house in record time and it was cleaner than it has ever been. They swept, popped, dusted, and cleaned all the nooks and crannies that collect dust. I will definitely use them again!

The cleaner sent to my home last week was fantastic. My old /antique furniture has never looked so good. My laundry room was deep cleaned. She did a wonderful job. It is so nice to come home to a clean home.

I had 2 girls clean my family house, and I noticed after they left that something of mine had been stolen (a lot of my things had been gone through as well). After making a complaint, the company didnt seem to do anything about it. Terrible and awful experience with them.

I have called Merry Maids several times needing a deep clean in a hurry. I have always been pleased with there services! I highly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs!

The attention to detail and the quick response time that Marsha and Pete offer are second to none. I have experienced first hand their quickness when we had a water loss a few years ago , in the middle of winter. Not only were they Johnny on the Spot, but they did this with snow and ice on the ground and saved our lake home from a much bigger disaster with that quick response.

My bathrooms have never been cleaner. Excellent products and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company!

Kathy does such an amazing job every time she cleans! Prior to hiring Merry Maids, we had a different local cleaning service that would bring a crew of 3 to 4 each time and they didnt do a fraction of the work Kathy does all by herself. A+

We made an appointment almost two weeks in advance. On the day of the scheduled appt ..when no one showed up...we called Merry Maids. They had forgotten about our appointment. Someone finally came later that day.Don’t recommend this organization. $120 is too much for services rendered. Will not be using this service again

If I could give negative stars, I would. They hire thieves & their employees smoke outside your house!! The lady who “runs” the place is completely rude!!!!! Can’t believe I ever gave them a dime. Worthless company!!!

Absolutely terrible cleaning and terrible service. They cleaned my apartment and looks like they spent all of 5 minutes cleaning. Literally the worst business that I have ever dealt with. Do not use Merry Maids service!
