Gary Thompson and Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning provides a FANTASTIC cleaning experience! First of all, they respond to my call right away - I have never had to wait for a response (I have had to leave messages for them, but like the voice mail says, they always respond within 1 hour). Secondly, the work they do is second to none - they clean things more thoroughly than I would have thought was possible. They are the best cleaners I have ever seen. They are fast, efficient, polite, and flexible - they work around our business needs and get the job done in a superior manner. We called 1-800 Water Damage of Bowling Green / Toledo to come and clean our carpets, and not only did they do a great job, but it took care of the problrm AND our carpets looked great!
