All the above for sure!! They provide great care and are helping tremendously with getting my mobility back after shoulder replacement surgery. I highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, engaging, listen and friendly. I really feel like they enjoy doing their jobs instead of trying to make it to the end of the day. I am very happy with TFC and will return to their clinic if needed in future. Also had free gym membership while attending physical therapy which is a huge plus!

Singed up with them, received a call days later telling me I had to pay out a year membership due to a past account that was signed out in my name by someone else. ( 15) years old. I was told not to sign up with them just because they are horrible at canceling memberships. It has turned out okay thought, there are other gyms in BG that are glad to take my $40.00 a month. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

My experience with the Physical Therapy staff at Total Fitness Connection has been nothing short of phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, but at the same time make sure that you are progressing. Confidentiality is upheld in every aspect of the therapy process. I am so glad I found such an amazing group of individuals that really do care about their patients’ recovery in a very genuine way. Thank you so much, TFC Physical Therapy staff!

They are very communicative at this facility. They ask questions that are relative to your injury, and then they actually listen to what you have to say

I find their business model of not providing pricing without having to come in and take a tour, invasive and a little pressuring. One should have the ability to get basic pricing for the use of weights and cardio equipment without having to come all the way to a location to get the whole sales pitch.

Hands down, best gym in Bowling Green. The only place with a pool, and astroturf with tires, sleds, lift platfirms, and battle ropes. Saunas and steam room. Free weights, machines, aerobics room. Smoothie bar, and physical therapy, with free consultation!! Low traffic, friendly staff, and best rates in its class!!

Dont sign up for this gym. I made the mistake. Got a job out of town and it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to cancel my membership. It is a GYM MEMBERSHIP and they are treating it like some complicated process. The people at the front desk act like sending requests to management is some kind of super complicated and very hard process. DONT SIGN UP!!

I have tried reaching out to the owner and couldnt get a call back. I have had a few of the staff at the Russellville Rd location that where rude. Just over all not satisfied.

Decent facility.. Some of the front desk folks are standoffish, but Cathy is the main one who makes you feel very welcome and warm. Beeming personality on her!!

I want to give a big shoutout to Leah for staying late to sign me up for a membership. Leah walked me around and showed me the pool which I was most interested in.Leah also introduced me to one of the Physical Therapist, Dr. Nick Wheet. Thank you for spending time with me a couple weeks sago when I joined.

Great equipment. Friendly staff. Its busy, but not crowded. Prices are comparable. Best part is we dont have to drive clear across town to the gym since they have a location of Russellville Rd.

Angela is my personal trainer she is awesome! She truly cares about her clients. She is always so cheerful, a great motivator , helpful, and understanding. Angela is the best personal trainer, if there was and option to give her more than 5 stars I would. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer.

I’ve been going to this gym for 20 years. The last several times I’ve been I’ve encountered rude and/or unsupervised young people as well as unresponsive and borderline disrespectful staff. .

Place is a joke. Never have seen such rude staff and poor customer service at any gym in my life. Ive been to many gyms around the country. This place has astoundingly bad customer service and the front desk people glare at you and dont make you feel welcome. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went for PT and joining the gym because of the pool. Thankful to have it.

Clean gym & respectful staff. They dont tolerate bad behavior from visitors and are always ready to help.

Took off 2 stars for the very poor management or owners of this facility. Im a member and absolutely love the classes and the instructors are top notch but maintenance is very poor. Fans in classroom of RR facility have been broken for 12+ months, air temp is too high in RR classroom for the small size and large number of people who attend - without adequate circulation of air due to broken fans - and management nonresponsive to requests for fully working fans. Also with new class times schedule the 8:30 class gets cut to 50 min in order to put away equipment and get out of room so the next class can start at 9:30 sharp.

Love the fact I can take my daughter to the private rooms and stretch and work out ..the sauna is amazing mid morning and early afternoon are the best times to work out. Really wish they had a huge rock wall..

I wouldnt pay anymore than I do to come here and work out. Most of the time equipment is broke down and the staff is not friendly. I took my son to use my free guest pass AND WAS ACCUSED IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OF ALREADY USING MY PASS and trying to sneak a guest in after I had called the day before to make sure I was doing the correct thing bringing my guest since I have only been going here two months. I was embarrassed and appalled by the staffs behavior.

I had a membership 2 years ago and had to move for a new job. I sent a letter as requested to Fitness Connection to cancel as requested. I made the mistake of not sending it by Certified mail. I sent this August of 2017 and they never cancelled it. This is a scam. They say they never get it if you dont have someway to prove it. So they have debited me for about 18 months and now refuse to refund it back. Everyone who cancels, make sure you send it in a certified letter because they will lie and keep charging you.

Very friendly clean gym. Staff is very eager to help. Pool and aerobics classes all included in membership with free childcare. Everything I want in a family friendly gym

I had to go for physical therapy and not sure there name of the PT I saw, I think Darren zdx Derek, something like that lol but he was very good to work with, very knowledgeable and patient with me. Will definitely go back if my doctor orders.

Love TFC, they got everything you think about when you think about a gym, great protein shakes.

Just did my first workout and loved it. Came from an old school bodybuilding/powerlifting gym in Texas and this gym has it all.

The staff is awesome and it has a great exercise program.

Gym,locker rooms, and sauna are really nice , but the lap pool is gross. So if your coming to swim, dont expect it to be sanitary.

Its okay, a little smaller than I would like.

This place has an Olympic size pool, large jacuzzi, steam room,sauna and a large gym.

Staff is not attentive and the peer pressure is very high. Some of the equipment was not clean.
